I ordered the 2 above kits on Nov. **. The kit is supposed to open up to the sides. I did this and each side broke off. The eye shadow when arrived was out of the spot where it belonged and several eye shadows were powder spread all over the kit. I tried the second kit and same thing happened. This item is very poor quality.

I purchased the items via [redacted] and filed a claim and also emailed the company. Absolutely no response. On 12-** (after several emails and zero responses, I escalated the [redacted] claim). I finally received a response on 12-** indicating the ELF would accept the return, but I pay the return shipping!!

This was the fault of the manufacturer, sending not one but 2 defective products. I want a return shipping label emailed to me.Desired Settlement: I would like a return mailing label emailed to me, in addition to my full refund.

Review: I took advantage of elf cosmetics' cyber monday sale, and made an order. It is now Friday, and I still have not gotten a tracking number, or an additional information regarding my order. I usually love elf, but this has been so disappointing, because thursday, I tried calling their customer service number, and their phones were off. Then I emailed them, like they said to do, and I still have not received a response back.Desired Settlement: First off, I would love for my order to be delivered to me asap, with everything correct in my order. Then I would prefer some other monetary settlement, or acknowledgement of the horrible customer service that was displayed. Something to show that you still care about your paying customers,

Review: This company has sent me shipping information TWICE in a week and a half time that was not linked to an actual package. I managed to get the first one cancelled and "supposedly" refunded my money (I have not seen this in my bank account as of yet). The second one was "supposedly" shipped on November [redacted], but the tracking link that they sent me says that it does not exist. This company is super shady and sends shipping confirmations when nothing has even been packaged, let alone, shipped. I am considering seeking legal council and having this company investigated.Desired Settlement: Have my package overnighted or be immediately refunded

Review: I made an order which qialified for a promotion - to receive a free Skin Care Esentials kit. My order (#[redacted] on 1/*/16) arrived without the kit. I asked about it and was told I had never ordered it. The kit appears on the emailed order confirmation and on the packing list.

This is false advertising. I would never have made the order if I had known that ELF would try to rip me off and not honor the promotional offer. I am not surprised to see that ELF has such a low rating and so many Revdex.com complaints.Desired Settlement: I want ELF to honor the promotion and send me the skin care kit my order qualified for.

In order to receive the skin care essential kit for $10 offer, the customer needed to add the actual kit to their order, as noted in the instructions for the promotion. They never added the kit to their order, and therefore did not pay for the kit. The kit costs $10 and the $10 was not added to the total. Despite repeated attempts to explain this, the customer insists that she is entitled to the kit. Thousands of customers purchased this kit with their order correctly; it needed to be added to their order, and then the coupon code applied to receive it for the discounted price. We cannot ship out the kit to the customer because she did not pay for it.

I DID order the promotional item; it appeared on my confirmation and packing list. e.l.f just didn't send it. This is fraud, and there are many other similar complaints (unresolved) here on the Revdex.com site and [redacted] and elsewhere in recent months. When you offer a promotion you have to honor it. I would not have made the order and spent the amount I did if I had know they would deny the promotion (a minimum amount needed to be spent to qualify for the free gift). e.l.f used to be a reputable company, but sometime in the last few months something changed. They had many people who made orders for the 2015 holidays who were ripped off and didn't receive their orders or who were charged for entire orders but only sent part of what they ordered, as I was. Now e.l.f is denying their promotions too. I used to be a very loyal customer of e.l.f but now I am very determined to spread the word about their deception and theft so others don't get ripped off too.

The kit in question had a $10 purchase price - it is a purchase with purchase promotion. The customer was not charged the $10 for the promotion. As a one time courtesy, we will send the kit free of charge to the customer, however please note that it did need to be added and paid for at the time of purchase.

Review: My order too 3 weeks to arrive. While waiting for my order I emailed the company from my email, I went to their contact us page and messaged them from there and I phoned them and I never received a response. When I tried to call I was told they they're too busy and not taking calls. I them received my order and 2 items are missing. I have AGAIN called, emailed and used their contact page and received no answer.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on part of my order or for future order. I would also like my missing pieces to be replaced at no cost to me.

We responded to the last e-mail informing us of missing items asking which items were missing, so that we could issue a refund. We never received a response to this e-mail. We will gladly issue a refund for the missing items, or reship them if we have them in stock, however we do not know which items were missing. We are very sorry for any miscommunication or inconvenience.
