I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The transaction blocked was on a company in California, which as of today has not yet seceded, not a foreign transaction.  This is the same answer I have received on three different transactions with this online company.  I would be happy to call if an extension had been provided.   I appreciate the Revdex.com efforts.  Please do not waste any more time on this complaint, as the credit union will continue to give non-answers.  Note that I am no longer confident in making transactions with this credit union's VISA card and am looking for other options now.

[I would like to know exactly what I am paying for.  Can they please explain on how long I've been paying on it, provide records on how much has been paid on it thus far, how much is owed on the CPI, and when does the CPI end?  Was this CPI backdated for the start of the loan or just for the time of the insurance lapse?  Is this CPI accruing interest? ]

To Whom It May Concern, I appreciate the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint. We are aware of her damaged footboard, have a replacement one order for her and have communicated this information to her.  Unfortunately we do not have any more footboards in stock so we had to...

order a replacement footboard for her from the factory. The replacement footboard will be on our next [redacted] truck and the factory is telling us we should receive this truck in the next few weeks.  As soon as it arrives we will contact Ms. [redacted] to arrange a date to come out and do the exchange. We have verified our records a second time.   Our initial response is factual and correct.   We are providing [redacted] copies of his statements from January through June of this year so that he may review.   We are unable to verify whether the credit bureau file that [redacted] is reviewing contains the most up to date information available.[redacted]

The following was a copy/paste by Revdex.com staff of an email sent to JS: On March 16th, 2018 I spoke with our Englander sales rep that visited the D[redacted] home and he explained to me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the mattress that Miss D[redacted] had purchased April 9th 2015. He said there wasn’t any sagging or even a body impression. He said there was no justification to authorize a mattress exchange. I have attached  a screenshot of my transaction history. It clearly shows a payment was md on the last business day on June 30 2016. And drafted out oh my account on July 1 2016.

Fort Knox's employee [redacted] told me on May 2, 2017 that I would not be reported as 30 days late as long as I paid off the loan within a few days. I sent the first check certified mail on May 6, 2017. Fort Knox lost that check. I send a 2nd check on May 25, 2017. Fort Knox cashed it on May 30, 2017. I have a new totle that says 'no lien' on it. Therefore, I do not owe $1 as Fort Knox claims. Fort Knox has had over 2 months to update my credit files. I was not late as per agreement with [redacted] and my balance should read 0 and paid in full. Fort Knox's mistake caused my credit score to drop 40 points. This stopped me from getting a recent loan. Therefore, if Fort Knox continues to refuse to keep to their promises, I will soon sue them in a court of law. I have all proving documentation. If Fort Knox wants to spend money on attorney fees and pay me damages I know I can win ( I've done this many times before) than it is up to them if they wish to face the consequences of their own actions.

                [redacted]  [redacted] complaint references transactions not being allowed...

and his Visa card being blocked.   Fort Knox Federal Credit Union uses a 3rd party provider to monitor transactions.  This company monitors a large amount of account and transaction level information to help control risk and mitigate fraud against our members and our organization.  For security reasons, we cannot disclose specifics regarding the screens and filters applied when monitoring transactions.  However, I can confirm that the Credit Union does not have anything in place that would block a transaction simply because it was originated by [redacted]. [redacted] states in his complaint that the Credit Union blocked his card and did not provide notice to him.  Authorizations on his card were blocked after a transaction was detected that was originated in a foreign country and was being processed online.  Again, for security purposes it is prudent that we not disclose the Credit Union’s  security settings, however this type of transaction looks suspect and  prompts the Credit Union  to verify that the transactions were properly authorized.    The Credit Union’s records indicate that the  3rd party provider immediately placed a phone call to [redacted] and left a message in an attempt to verify the activity on January 27th.   [redacted] states in his letter that his wife visited our location on Fort Knox on January 28th, 2017.  That facility would not have been open on that day.   It is possible that he meant to write January 27th as that is the day the account authorizations were suspended.  Our office would have been open that day; however the Credit Union’s records do not show any transactions or status changes made to his card at that branch that day. Additional transactions were blocked on later dates, however once [redacted] contacted the 3rd party provider on January 31st and indicated that the charges were valid, the block was immediately lifted.   The Credit Union considers the matter to be resolved.   [redacted] is welcome to call me at any time should he have any additional questions.
