March 26, 2015Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted by Mr***.Our General Manager, *** *** has been in contact with Mrand Mrs*** and arranged a meeting between all parties concerning delivery of the vehicle they are trying to purchase.Mrand Mrs
*** are attempting to purchase this vehicle after purchasing two new vehicles the same day. Our finance department has been working on trying to obtain financing for the purchase of the vehicle. Please make sure check is made out to the customer, which is me. My name is *** ***. You all need to start going over a checklist with customers before they pick up their cars to make sure all of the work is completed. The Midway Chevrolet service department got it wrong 100% of the time. Please make sure not to make a mistake when resolving this Revdex.com complaint as well. Make sure check is made out correctly. Dear Revdex.com Representative, We were able to locate the deal Mr*** is listed as a Co-Buyer on. We also took the time to review Mr*** statements.We played Mrs*** call in to us,on February 3, 2017. Mrs*** spoke to our Internet Manager and asked if the advertised trade in allowance was valid. Our manager advised it was valid until February 6th (Monday). The terms of the advertisement were not discussed, nor was the trade information discussed during the call. Mrand Mrs*** purchased their Chevrolet Spark later on that evening.The advertised trade in allowance was $for Qualifying trade in vehicles or newer. Mrand Mrs***' Dodge Caravan did not meet the requirements for the advertised trade in allowance. We reviewed Mrand Mrs*** signing and each document was explained, as per our company policy. Each document necessary to complete the purchase of their Chevrolet Spark was signed by both Mrand Mrs***.Midway Chevrolet does not have control over the interest rate of any customer. Mrand Mrs*** were offered their current interest rate, by their lender, in relation to their credit history. We would be happy to address the seat belt Mr*** states is missing from his vehicle. Mr*** can call 602-866-and request to make an appointment with our service department. Our Operations Director has been in touch with the customer regarding his issues. He clarified that the radio had been replaced and was not the original which was damaged.It appears that the issue is with the amplifier, which will be replaced at no charge to the customerWe apologize that our

Dear Revdex.com representative,Midway Chevrolet will agree to honor the Presidents Day sale promotion as related to the trade requirements, until Thursday February 16, 2017.The vehicle Mr*** was looking at over the weekend has been sold We do have three additional Sparks that are the same price plus an additional $to cover the ZAK protection package already placed on these vehicles We also want to clarify that, as per our advertisement, sales tax and a dealer DOC fee are not included in the price of the vehicles. The explanation by Midway
Chevrolet does not address my issue and is factually incorrect. 1)In Midway Chevrolets response they indicate that my trade in did not match their required criteria per their ad, which is not true, my trade in matched their requirements perfectly per their ad posted on their internet site at the time the complaint was filed and I was trying to purchase a new car that was on their lot (see copy of their ad that I included with my original complaint) 2)In Midway Chevrolets response they added more to the "terms of the advertisement and discount" which were NOT there on the ad when I was trying to deal with them and filed my complaint (see copy of their ad I included when I filed my original complaint)3)Nowhere does it say that they would ONLY give the "Cash for Junkers" amount of $off if you paid the full MSRPI negotiated the best price I could get from them on a car in their lot, but then they wouldn't give the additional "Cash for Junkers" $off as their add indicated it wouldAnd the examples of the many cars shown with their ad showing how the "cash for Junkers" $would apply over and above any other discounts would be considered very DECEPTIVE advertising if it didn't apply to, as they stated earlier in their ad "to any new or preowned vehicle on the lot" (again see their ad at the time, that I included with my original complaint)4)In the documents I submitted with my complaint against Midway Chevrolet they told me that it was an EITHER/OR type of deal, either a discount or the $Cash for JunkersIt sounds like they are sticking to that line in their response to you which says, "Mr*** was given a discounted price of $4,which did not include any rebates that may have been available, or additional discounts for a trade vehicleThis offer is $more than the $junker offer" Therefore, given the above information and all the information and documentation I submitted with my original complaint, I believe that Midway Chevrolet advertised deceptively and with the intent of misleading car buyers like myself and should be held accountable for their actions with me and to the public in general who were misled as I was and with all probability Midway Chevrolet made money from their "bait and switch" tactics.

Yes, that bit was
upgraded but seeing as I paid for a platinum coverage with a longer term it doesn't exactly cover itWhile I'm glad they are trying to resolve the issue, I don't consider getting half the paid for coverage to be satisfactoryIf they knew later model vehicles could only receive a certain type of coverage then why did their guy sell me something I can't useI'm out $(when I should've only had a $deductible) for trying to use the warranty and now they're telling me the warranty I was sold I can't haveWhich in fact the silver plan doesn't cover what needs fixed eitherSo I'm really not happy all the way around
