Case #: [redacted]     Customer canceled the day of pickup.  Customer was charged administration fee. If you look in the contract article 3 it states Elite Auto Shipping agrees to provide a carrier to transport your vehicle as promptly as possible in accordance with your instructions but cannot guarantee pick-up or delivery on a specified date. An administration fee of $200 will be charged for orders canceled prior to one week after the requested available pick up date. Customers signed contract and cancellation email attached.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Yes, it is true that I signed the contract, but verbally the [redacted] said that this was a general contract, and that I am signing the general contract but this was considered an emergency military move. [redacted] verbally guaranteed that my car would be picked up without fail that weekend, and he never came through. Not only did he not come through, but no one would return my calls or emails until I cancelled the charge on my credit card, and when about 10 days later a driver called to pick up my car. The driver told me that he did not even get the request for pick up until that day. I know that my money will not be refunded because I was swindled into signing the general contract, but I want this business and this [redacted] negatively reflected. Upon research, this is not the first time this company has done this and I am not the first consumer to have a bad experience with this company. It is not fair that they keep taking advantage of consumers and their situations.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I did not request a pick up on may [redacted]. I spoke to [redacted] and requested 5/*/15. I booked this company on April [redacted]. The conformation number is [redacted]. the company had plenty of time to get one of their carriers. I had to get home and I was held hostage to accept the other carrier. If you look at the reviews of Elite you will see the comments about the horrible situations they ran into. I will try to scan the contract so you see I am stating the truth. [redacted] from their company called me a week before with the new price and to pick up the car on the [redacted]!

Review: Upon booking a vehicle to be shipped to Florida, I was told by their broker that it would cost me a total of $499.00 to ship the vehicle. I was informed by the broker that a $150.00 deposit was due now and the remaining $349.00 would have to be paid upon delivery of the vehicle when it arrives in Florida. This morning (11-*-15) the Transport driver arrived to load the vehicle and informed me that it would be $499.00 total. I disputed the charge and informed him of what was explained to me. He then called his office to have the [redacted] contact the broker, and have him contact me. He never did. After 30 minutes, I call his office to which he informed me that the conversation about pricing never took place, he then informed me that the $150.00 I paid to him was his setup fee. I informed him that he never mentioned any type of fees. He used the word "deposit" for the $150.00. He became upset and started using vulgarity and hung up the phone.I then paid the transport driver the $500.00. He was very apologetic and advised me to look into what had just happened.Desired Settlement: Refund. But I would rather have this business closed down.I am a business owner, and when you receive this kind of fraud, I can understand why some Americans are Leary of some businesses in the U.S.

Review: Elite Auto Shipping failed to ship the 3 vehicles we contracted them to ship. The salesperson [redacted] was unresponsive to emails and phone calls when the driver never appeared. After speaking with the [redacted] twice about the issue, he refused to acknowledge that their failure to provide the service we contracted them for was an issue. Elite charged our company credit card in the amount of $200 for a penalty fee for 'canceling' the service they never provided. I attempted to resolve this with [redacted] over the course of 14 days but he refused to issue a credit. I followed up with [redacted] in Elite's Accounting department, who would not discuss the matter with me and transferred me back to [redacted]. This company is not reliable, reasonable, exhibits poor communication and is unethical.Desired Settlement: Elite Auto Shipping should issue Beyond Productions a credit back to our company card in the amount $200.

Review: In March 2015, I entered into contract with Elite Auto Shipping to have my 2013 Honda CRV shipped from Guam to Augusta, GA. I was sent a contract in the amount of $3800. My vehicle shipped from Guam in May 2015 and made it to CA in the end of June 2015. At that point, the vehicle was supposed to be transported by truck to GA however there were issues with import fees and port fees that were never quoted or disclosed by Elite Auto Shipping. We were told that we needed an additional $1100 to cover these fees. I had to make re-arrangements for family to drive to Port Hueneme, CA to pick up my vehicle because we did not have this money for this expense. I had to cancel the remaining portion of the contract with Elite Shipping to have my vehicle shipped to GA and at that time, I spoke with Serge K[redacted]. He assured me that I would be receiving a $800 refund check for services not rendered and he apologized for the whole incident. I was also told that I will be receiving my refund check within 2 weeks and he confirmed my mailing address however I have not received any refunds. I have called Serge and Ellyn (original sales clerk) several times and sent them numerous emails in which they have not responded. We are stationed in Korea and this is very frustrating and disappointing that a business is very unprofessional and does not return or answer phone calls. The whole process with Elite Auto Shipping has been stressful and now, they refuse to communicate. I'd also like to make it a point to say that Elite Auto Shipping is the professional in their business. I was their client and business professionals can not assume that customers know about import and port fees. This is their profession and that's why customers go to shipping companies for their shipping needs. Elite Auto assumed that we knew about import fees and port fees. We had no idea about this stuff and we should have been disclosed an approximate amount to expect to pay since these are fees that MUST BE PAID. If Elite Auto would have disclosed this from the beginning then all problems could have been avoided and we could have budgeted for this amount and had to vehicle taken to GA as originally planned but they failed me. And now, they have failed me again by not refunding what is owed to us since they did not ship our vehicle to GA.Desired Settlement: Elite Auto Shipping stated they were going to send me my refund in the amount of $800 in July 2015. I want a refund in the amount of $800 for services not rendered by Elite Auto Shipping.

Review: I was lied to and lead to believe my vehicle would be picked up for four days Jan[redacted]. This company did not dispatch to a driver for pick up on any of those days. My credit card was charged $200.00 by this company. Three times in three days their exact words were " I have a driver in your area, he'll be there today". I spoke to a second individual at the 800 number who told me on Wednesday the driver would be there between **& **. When I called the contact "[redacted]" to discuss the charges on my card he told me he was busy and cannot talk to me. I was taken advantage of when my vehicle broke down 380 miles from home. I am currently unemployed and feel as my money was stolen. How can a company be allowed to treat people in this manner? A little honesty would go a lot further. If they could not get a driver to pick up my vehicle they should have told me.Desired Settlement: REFUND $200.00.

Article 3 of the approved and signed contract by [redacted] Elite Auto Shipping agrees to provide a carrier to transport your vehicle as promptly as possible in accordance with your instructions but cannot guarantee pick-up or delivery on a specified date. An administration fee of $200 will be charged for orders canceled prior to one week after the requested available pick up date. [redacted] cancelled her order via an e-mail. Elite Auto Shipping can provide the exact contract signed by [redacted] and documentation proving [redacted] cancelled her order via e-mail when a driver was in route to pick her vehicle up.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

I was lied to every day (01/[redacted]to 01/**) that a driver was in my area and on his way to pick up my vehicle. EVERY DAY he said a driver was coming so I stayed there waiting EVERY DAY. Finally on 01/**I cancelled because I was leaving 01/**a.m. to go back to Texas. I told Elite from the beginning I had to leave 01/**and would not be available to meet a driver on that day. When they tell me EVERY DAY there is a driver coming how could I ever take their word as the truth? There is no proof it was EVER dispatched. THEY LIED! Other transport companies I spoke to can verify this as they could see that it had never been dispatched.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Response:

The contract signed by Lisa Roach specifically states that she has to allow Elite Auto Shipping 7 days to have her vehicle dispatched, and a driver assigned. [redacted]cancelled her order within the 7 day period which violates the contract, and an administration fee was applied as stated by Article 3.

I requested a quote for shipping my car online from multiple sites. I received a quote from Michael R[redacted] of Elite Auto Logistics, stating it would be $797 to ship my car. During the phone conversation, he stated that I will need to pay a deposit of $197 upfront via credit card, and the remaining $600 will be due when the car is picked up from the driver. After confirming that I will owe $600 remaining, I paid the $197 via credit card and signed a form for the payment. A few days before the pick-up, I confirmed it again with Michael that I will be paying $600 to the driver and he said yes, that it had to be in cash, certified check or money order.

A few hours before my car was delivered to my destination, the driver tells me I owe him $800. I told the driver that it was $600, and that I had already paid my 197. He said no, to call the broker and he sent me a picture of the contract the broker sent him for $800. I immediately contacted Mike, and he first asked me if my car was picked up already, and after I said yes, he told me I owe $800 and that's what I agreed upon. I informed him of our initial conversation and when I confirmed it, in which he completely denied having said any of that and what I paid for the $197 was just for him to create a reservation and to locate a driver, and it is separate of the $800. I know for a fact that he did not mention that at all. No matter what I said, he denied it and said that this is a normal process for companies to collect a separate reservation fee and the driver fee was an additional cost.

Michael R[redacted] lied to me, and unfortunately, I was never sent a contract for the upfront payment with the remaining balance as proof. I know of another person that I referred to this company(the same time I got the quote and didn't know of his conning methods) who told me Michael did the exact same thing to him, so I know I was not mistaken. It could not have been a misunderstanding for both of us.

Review: Folks I hope you are reading this before you contract with Elite instead of after they have your car as I did, and others as you read the complaints and reviews. I would list my entire details but they are the same as all the others. These people are scam artists. [redacted] comes across as this nice gentleman who says trust me. Says the contract you are signing for the deposit is written so that if their drivers have to go out of their way only then will you be charged more. "The price I quoted you is the price", he will say. After your car is loaded, and the only way you can get it from them is to pay the full amount, you will find out not from him but the trucking company they contract, that your deposit is not included in the price they quoted you. And they have the scam down to where you won't find this out in time to cancel the shipment. When you go off or question this they will offer you a $75 gas card from corporate that takes 21 days, just to calm you down, which they have no intention of sending. It has been 6 weeks and no gas card was sent. They figure you will just let it go. It is amazing that people can get out of bed in the morning and go to work knowing that this is how they make a living. Sm of the Earth! Please everyone that has had this comany scam you, take time to complain. They should be put out of business.Desired Settlement: I want my $150 returned so the price is $450 which was the quoted and promised amount. I ended up paying $600 because [redacted] would not include the deposit towards the total.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Elite Auto Shipping, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted].There is possibly a problem with the name of the business that the complain was directed to. A few hours after submitting the complaint, I called the Revdex.com to question the name Elite as I started finding several using that name in the trucking business. I had latched onto this one because others referenced the same scam in almost exact detail, and mentioned the same person, [redacted]. Below is the website that is the exact name of the company that I was unable to find on your site. This is definately who I want to file the complaint against. I think the others may have wanted to as well, but again they are not listed on your page.[redacted] They also go by Reliable United Auto, which is the name they used to charge my credit card. I have disputed this with the credit card company.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: Contracted for a shipment of my son's car for a set price to be picked up on 10/**/2015 in [redacted]. Called in the afternoon of 10/**/15 about no contact from a driver for pickup. female answered the phone said she would get back with me. NO RETURN CALL. Sent an email and finally got a return call from an "Isreal" on Monday 10/**/2015 telling me if I could drive to Indianapolis he could have a driver pick the car up on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. His reasons were the driver he had at the price quoted had a break down on his truck. No calls or return calls on Tuesday or Wednesday. Then on Friday Isreal called and wanted me to email him asking for me to cancel my contract because he could not find anyone to transport the car. I told him I would not cancel the contract because I had read the contract and if I am the one who cancels it then they can charge my [redacted] $200.00 Isreal then hung up on me. Then today 10/**/2015 I checked my account and Elite charged my credit card the $200. I called them requesting a reversal of the transaction and the female said it was marked as a client cancellation and she would forward it to her boss. I would not ship a dog biscuit with this company.Desired Settlement: Reversal of the charge - and an inquiry into how many other people they have pulled this shady practice with.

Review: On June [redacted], 2014 in the late afternoon/early evening, I called Elite Auto Shipping to have my car shipped via their "emergency shipment". I needed my car shipped out within twenty-four hours ( no later than the [redacted]) and the [redacted] who works for the company, known to me as [redacted] said that it would not be a problem. He knew that I was in a panic to get my car shipped before we transferred to our next duty station. He made me feel comfortable by telling me he was an ex-Marine and knows how these moves go. He explained that he could have my car picked up the next day without fail, I would just need to pay to the $200.00 deposit to begin the contract and get a driver out there ASAP. I believed him. I had to sign a contract to get things started. When I asked about certain lines on the contract that said that there was no guarantee that my car would be picked up on the date requested, he said that in this situation that did not pertain to me because it was an emergency shipment. He said that he could not start the driver search until I signed the contract. Again assuring me that my car would be picked up without fail. I signed the contract and gave him my $200.00 After that, I never heard from him or anyone in the company for about 5 days. My car was never picked up, I called and called and no one returned my calls. I sent an email formally requesting a cancellations based on the above mentioned and requested my money would be returned. Again, no one called or emailed me. It wasn't until July [redacted] that a contracted driver called me and said he would be picking my car up on the [redacted] or [redacted] of July. I explained my car was already shipped with another company, and continued to explain the situation. The driver told me he did not even receive the request for pickup until July [redacted]. It wasn't until after I told the driver no services were necessary that a [redacted] from Elite called me. I explained everything, he said he would talk to [redacted] and get back to me. It is now September [redacted] and to this date no one has ever contacted me. In July, I turned this over to my credit card company to investigate the charge because they never refunded my money or called me back .Elite Auto Shipping has been in correspondence with [redacted] services but a written response they sent to [redacted] was incorrect. [redacted] ultimately said that their hands are tied because I signed an agreement, although [redacted] verbally lied, they said they can't get my money back. It's no longer about the money, it's about the deceitfulness and bad business, and according to reviews, this company and this salesman does this frequently. it's not ok to cheat people out of hard earned money.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to have my $200.00 refunded to my credit card and that they be marked as a bad business.

Review: On 03/**/14 I traveled from St. Louis Missouri to Jackson Mississippi to pick up 1995 Ford Mustang GT from an auction. I was taking a chance that it was in good mechanical running condition but after leaving the auction facility with the vehicle it began to stall so I had to pull over and park it on interstate I-20 near [redacted] Mississippi. My wife was following me in our personal vehicle. We left the Mustang on the interstate and proceeded on to our hotel in [redacted] Mississippi. I immediately began researching car transport companies and filled out a form online where I would be contacted by an auto broker. I was immediately contacted by Elite Auto Shipping within a few minutes of completing the online form. I received a call from [redacted] ###-###-#### from Elite. I explained my situation and told him I needed someone to pick up the car off the interstate as soon as possible. He put me on hold for only a few minutes and said he talked to his ‘’dispatcher’’ and said he could have it picked up by 5pm on Tuesday 03/**/14. I told him that would not work since I had to get back to St. Louis MO earlier that Tuesday. He put me on hold for only a minute and came back and asked if an 11am-12pm pick up would work. I said that’s great. The shipping estimate was $800.00. I gave him my credit card number because there was a $200.00 deposit due to book the shipment. He told me I would be contacted by the driver the next morning regarding pick up. The next morning at 11:33am I called [redacted] and he gave me an Illinois phone number ###-###-#### of the ‘’driver(s) [redacted] or [redacted]’’ from Urban Transport that was going to pick up my vehicle. I called this number and received no answer. I received a call back from another Illinois number ###-###-####. I spoke to [redacted] but he explained to me he was not a driver, only a dispatcher. He instructed me that he couldn’t get a driver to pick up my vehicle until Thursday 03/**/14. He stated his closet driver was currently in Houston Texas. I told him that wasn’t possible because the car was sitting on the side of interstate and I feared it would be towed by the state of Mississippi. I called [redacted] back furious. All the promises he made were complete lies. He made up a story that his secretary contacted the wrong shipping company but she was out to lunch for ½ hour and would have to call me back. He never called back. I called him back again and he then claimed by vehicle was booked on a transporter that was already full. How is this possible? I told him to cancel the order. How convenient that the deposit was then immediately charged to my credit card after I wanted to cancel the order after they didn’t follow through with the pickup time & date. Fed up and having to get back to St. Louis I had the car moved to a Storage facility in [redacted] Mississippi. I paid for one month’s storage and secured the Mustang at the storage facility. On my way back home my wife and I called the 1-**number listed on Elite’s website. We were very upset our credit card was charged for services not rendered. The owner [redacted]/customer service rep answered. I told him who I was and he knew right away the situation. He was very frantic on the phone. He stated that there was a driver in route from Memphis TN. I told him I already sent an email to [redacted] per [redacted] instructions to cancel the order and I told him I better not see a deposit charged to my account. He stated I forfeit my deposit because the driver charges a dry run fee. I told him that is absurd. I didn’t believe this driver even existed. I asked him for the phone number of this driver that’s allegedly in Memphis. He repeatedly asked why it was necessary for him to give me the phone number of this driver. After repeatedly demanding the phone number of this driver he gave me this phone number, ###-###-####. This phone number is listed in the state of Alabama. I called this number six times on my using another cell phone while on speaker phone with [redacted]. No answer at this number after trying the ‘’driver’’ six times. I can provide phone records from using both of my cellular phones. I told [redacted] I wanted a refund immediately for the $200.00 deposit. Frantic, he said he will contact the driver and see if he can knock off $100.00 from the ‘’dry run’’ fee. He placed me on hold and after a few minutes he hung up on me. I called back again and he answered the customer service line, ###-###-####. He stated that the driver is willing to give me $100.00 of the dry run fee. I said that’s funny because I tried calling this driver too and he didn’t answer. It’s funny that you were able to reach this driver immediately and he was willing to give me a rebate! He made the whole thing up that there was a driver in Memphis. I left a message for this driver to call me back on the voice mail attached to the phone number. There was no personal greeting on the voicemail. After confronting [redacted] about the false claims that I believed this driver didn’t exist he placed me on hold again. I called back several times to the customer service number and he never answered again. It would go straight to voice mail. I immediately contacted my bank and reported the fraud charge and cancelled my credit card. I didn’t want these scam artists to have my credit card information. Upon arriving home in St. Louis I began to research his company. I found one horror story after the next with stories almost identical to mine. Please visit [redacted]

And a full list of bad reviews at [redacted]

Also bad reviews on the [redacted]

My question is how is this man still in business? Bait-and-switch is a form of fraud used in retail sales but also employed in other contexts. First, I was "baited" by [redacted] & [redacted] for an auto shipping services at a certain time & date, but when the time came, I discover that the advertised service is not available, and I was pressured by sales people to consider similar, alternative shipping options that absolutely didn’t work for me. ("switching"). I wish I would have researched this auto shipping broker business more prior to using this company but I was strapped for time. After doing some research after I arrived home I see that brokers don’t have any trucks. The dollar amounts/quotes we receive are only estimates, UN denounced to the actual customer. There is only one place for brokers to go called the National Dispatch Board. Any company you choose will post your vehicle to the board and on the other end is thousands of drivers that see your vehicle and if it will fit into their route. I need your help blowing the whistle on this scam artist. I’m going to make this my life’s work to get my $200.00. As a business owner myself I just want to make a point that this is not the proper way to do business. No matter what the cost & time spent I’m going to seek justice against [redacted] and Elite Auto Shipping. I can provide phone records to document my claims. I can be contacted at ###-###-#### or [redacted] .

Sincerely, [redacted].Desired Settlement: $200.00 fraudulent deposit charge plus my storage expenses $93.00 per month. Car still resides in Jackson Mississippi.

Response:

No one is trying to scam [redacted]. He canceled on the same day of pickup and left the driver with an empty spot on his trailer. We know it doesn't mean anything to [redacted], but his decision to cancel costs money. That's why we have customers sign a contract before doing business. Article 3 from the contract specifically states our terms & conditions.

3. Elite Auto Shipping agrees to provide a carrier to transport your vehicle as promptly as possible in accordance with your instructions but cannot guarantee pick-up or delivery on a specified date. An administration fee of $200 will be charged for orders canceled prior to one week after the requested available pick up date. Elite Auto Shipping does not agree to pay for your rental of a vehicle, nor shall it be liable for failure of mechanical or operating parts of your vehicle.

[Your Answer Here]

At no time does Elite acknowledge my 3 page letter describing what happened that day. His salesmen use bait & switch tactics to gain access to customer credit card numbers for deposit fraud. Again, the car was sitting on the side of the interstate needing picked up the next day to avoid it being towed by the state of Mississippi. His salesman assured me it would be picked up the next day. When [redacted] was confronted about the ''driver'' with the dry run he provided a phone number that no one ever answered or replied to my voice mails. There was never a driver in the area or en route. The shipment was never booked with any transport company. Please refer back to my original letter as attached. My bank has since issued me a refund for the deposit fraud.

Response:

We made sure to dispatch and assign a driver for [redacted] like we do for all of our client. We addressed ever complaint made by [redacted]. If he didn't like our company policies he should have never signed the contract and decide to do business with us. We did not force his hand in any way. Elite Auto Shipping did exactly what we said we were going to do. [redacted] deviated from the original arrangement made between Elite Auto Shipping and we can provide an ample amount of documentation to prove so. There was no scheme, and no bait and switch tactics. Elite Auto Shipping was simply trying to transport [redacted]s vehicle. Our terms were completely explained in detail in the contract that was sent to [redacted]. If he felt uncomfortable with any of our terms he should have never signed the contract.

Review: [redacted] is the [redacted] and [redacted] that I dealt with over the phone. When the vehicle was dropped off my car was COVERED in mud...The driver would not go with me to the car wash so I refused to sign the release paper. The police wouldn't do anything so the driver was free to go and there was nothing I could do about it. I washed all of the mud off ,and as I suspected, there was damage done to the car on the body of the vehicle after it was released to the driver. I called up [redacted] and we agreed upon a settlement. He promised to send me a check for $150. The full amount that I put down as a deposit for the service. He suggested this settlement so we wouldn't have to get insurance involved. I agreed to accept his offer. Here's where It get's really frustrating for me and is the reason I am contacting you: The first time the refund check didn't come in the mail, I called [redacted] and he said that it probably got lost in the mail, and that he would send another right away. The second time check didn't come, I called again and he said he was waiting to hear back from the driver to confirm the damage (WHAT???) Then he put me on hold, came back to the line and said "ok the driver just confirmed it...I am NOW going to send you a refund and the check is in the mail." Third time check didn't come in, Once again I called and [redacted] put me on hold and never came back. I tried calling again and again and he acts like he doesn't recognize me and puts me on hold until the phone or the line on his end hangs up. I have been lied to, put off, and hung up on as a result of the mistakes of the individuals who promised to take care of my vehicle. If [redacted] would NOT have promised to send me a settlement the very first time I called and complained on the DAY the driver left me with that mud covered car, I would not have waited this long to take care of it.Desired Settlement: The settlement we agreed upon was a refund for the deposit amount of $150. The damage the driver caused exceeds that amount, but I agreed to accept that amount to expedite this process and put this nightmare behind me.

Response:

The vehicle was picked up and delivered on time. We are not responsible for washing any vehicles. If [redacted] did not want his vehicle to get dirty he should have put in an order for an enclosed trailer. Any claim for loss or damage must be noted and signed on the condition report at the time of delivery. Any additional damages noted on the condition report will be covered through the drivers insurance. Insurance information is available upon request. Elite Auto Shipping did not settle or promise to send out a check for $150.

Review: Company could fulfill their contract. Lied about contract and no return phone calls,(at least 12).Desired Settlement: I want them to return funds taked.

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Elite Auto Shipping, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]

Deceptive business practices. Mike quoted me $597 to ship a mini cooper from WI to TX. He said that after the $180 deposit I would pay the driver the remainder of what was due upon delivery. When the driver arrived, he said $600 was due and this was a "misunderstanding". The total price ended up being $780. I don't appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of!

Review: Elite Auto Shipping is a fraudulent company. Unfortunately I saw their reviews only after placing an order with them. I placed an order to move my Toyota Rav 4 from [redacted] to [redacted]. They took my order on 6/* and promised to pick up the car on 6/**. I did continuous follow ups with them from 6/* to 6/** to make sure everything is on track. I was given the Driver's number on 6/** which went to [redacted] Voice . On 6/** I followed up with the company and was told that I am on track for getting my car picked up between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm and they would confirm it again after speaking to the driver. It's been 8:47 pm and there has been no pickup. One of the reviews I read had the exact scenario played out with him. They charged me $200 (which I learnt that they are not supposed to) as deposit and no one has shown up for picking up my vehicle. This company is fraudulent and I can see that there have been multiple complaints on Revdex.com as well. At this point I don't trust this company any longer and would not be shipping with them and will be initiating a refund/charge back with them.

I request Revdex.com to look into this business and validate if this even exists in the US. This business needs to be cracked upon and closed.Desired Settlement: The business should refund my money. Also, I don't think this business has any moral reasons to stay in business. Based on other reviews as well, US authorities should be looking to crack on these people.

Elite Auto Shipping did everything in our power to insure that [redacted]'s vehicle would be transported in a timely manner. We provided a contract to insure that all aspects regarding the transport of [redacted]'s vehicle would be documented. We charged him a $200.00 administration fee as stated by the contract. We had a driver dispatched and assigned but [redacted] decided to cancel within the seven day grace period as stated by the contract that [redacted] signed. If he did not like our terms or conditions he should have never signed the contract.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I never cancelled with the company. I was being told till the last day that the driver is on his way. This is a complete white lie. The number of the driver provided to me was a fake [redacted] number. I even called another company on the next day and they confirmed that my booking was still on [redacted] with Elite Auto Shipping. I have tried reaching Elite Auto Shipping multiple times after my scheduled pickup day to refund my money and cancel my booking on central dispatch, but always got their voicemail. I am going to initiate a charge back to Elite Auto Shipping as they never delivered the services they promised till the last minute and left me stranded with my vehicle with nowhere to go. I had to make last minute arrangements for my vehicle. There is a guy [redacted] in the company who contacted me after the initial sales call claiming he is the driver and he or his partner will pick up my vehicle. After some research I found that he is the ** in the company. I don't know of a ** in a auto shipping broker company who is a driver. Another white lie, scam and fraud. Elite Shipping please cancel my booking (so that I can go back to a legitimate auto shipping broker and get my vehicle shipped) and please refund my $200 deposit.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business
