There was no investigation done by this business? They ignored all of my requests to produce an explanation of fees until I moves out because it was their intention to simply keep my $security depositThey investigated all of mins and emailed me saying they were keeping my money? They had months to look into this late fee and they ignored all of my requestsThey have produced no proof that my rent was ever late or which office even received itAnd although their calls are supposedly recorded, they have not produced the phone call where their own representative said the error was on their end and they would remove their late fee? This buainess knows nothing about customer service as they have the qorst business practices I have ever seenNo I will never remove my complaint and I will place reviews of this company all over the internet so that other people don't make the mistake I made by renting from them

and landscapingPer the attached photos, nail holes, crayon marks and scuffs were apparent on the wallsAdditionally, we had to repair light bulbs and shrubberyWe would be happy to provide additional photos as evidence of these chargesAs such, these charges will stand? ? Our assessment is as follows: ? Progress Residential’s policies and procedures are developed and maintained to ensure that all applicants and residents receive the same exceptional level of customer service and care, experience equal treatment and respect in all circumstances, and for the
protection of their best interests and those of Progress Residential.? ? Each Progress Residential resident has a lease agreement that is specific to that resident.? Mr***’s lease agreement specifically states: “Resident must provide Landlord with sixty (60) days written notice of Resident’s intent not to renew the Lease.” ? ? Timeline of Events: ? According to our records, Mr*** received information on multiple occasions with contact information for the Progress Residential customer service and property management teams, including email addresses where written communications may be sent.? Unfortunately, Progress Residential does not show record of a voicemail left by Mr*** regarding move out procedures.? We regret that Mr*** did not feel as if he had sufficient contact information for the Progress Residential Team? Since this was not received, Mr*** will be subject to the charges set forth in his lease? We regret that Mr.***’s experience was not viewed as the red carpet experience that Progress is known for.? First of all, I am NOT Ms ***, that is your employee so you just made the company look worse because you can't even read!!!!! I ? am taking payment in the office today but believe I will not stop here!!!!

We appreciate your feedbackOur records indicate the we received an initial work order for one burner on the stove being outOur tech was sent to the home and ordered a replacement partOn 1/we received a request stating the entire stove was not working so our Service Team promptly ordered a new stoveWhen the new stove arrived, our tech attempted to deliver but it was refused because the color was black and all other appliances are stainless steelWe then ordered a stainless steel stove that was delivered on 2/We would be happy to issue a $credit due to the inconvenience.? ?

Crye-Leike was a third party management company that was contracted to manage the propertyWe (Progress Residential) have always been the owner of the property and the lease agreement.? Ms*** was charged a prorated amount for the paint to account for wear and tear.? The original $charge was posted to her ledger before all charges for paint were tallied.? Due to the condition of the property, and the moand move-out inspections, the charges are justified.?
