Fast, efficient, and very hard workers! Highly recommend. Very careful with our furniture and clean as well.

We moved from the Evanston area to Edgewater, Chicago and the move could not have gone more smoothly or quickly! The three men that came to move our stuff were very friendly, careful with our items, and moved quickly. We had some items that we were just going to move ourselves because we did not expect the movers to move them (such as 100lb dumbbells and a corner shelf that I forgot to put on our contract as an item we wanted moved) but the movers took EVERYTHING and moved it without question even though we insisted they did not have to. They put all the furniture and boxes where we wanted them in the new apartment. They dismantled our bed frame and put it back together in the new apartment and asked how we wanted it positioned before they did so. No boxes or items were damaged, everything was handled with care. They were thorough and kind and we could not be happier with how things went !!

MOVER BEWARE: I have moved many times for work and regularly use moving companies. Elite is the worst moving company. My move was cross country from IL to TX where I am building a new home. My items were moved from my IL residence to their storage until the house is ready. I contacted Elite months prior to inform them of delays and received confirmation via email that storage fees would continue month to month until we established a close on the new property. Elite used a placeholder date as the move date and processed it as the actual delivery date. They did not call prior to moving my items, to verify / schedule delivery, or any confirmation that is typical of a moving company PRIOR to the actual move. I contacted Elite (after the driver called on his way) who did not apologize, accepted no responsibility and offered no resolution other than to pay for another move at an escalated rate. On top of that, they played "Tetris" with my belongings crushing boxes / cracking plastic bins and damaging items.

We moved from the northwest suburbs to the city. Communication with the office before the move was great and all the fees were explained right away so I knew what to expect. Planning a move can be so stressful but this company made it easy from the very beginning!

The movers did a fantastic job. They were cautious, fast and wrapped all my furniture really carefully. Everything went better than expected. The price was reasonable and much less than my last moving company with the same amount of furniture!

Overall, I am extremely happy with Elite from the beginning to the end. Do yourself a favor and hire this company for your next move.

Elite movers are pro at what they do. They were efficient and careful in moving two separate apartments into one. It was very easy working with them. I highly recommend their company.

I recently moved from Chicago to the suburbs and had a great experience with Elite Moving. They were prompt, professional, reasonable, responsible at all stages of the process. Three guys showed up on time as promised and they were more than ready to work. The movers were nice, professional and super efficient. They took really good care of our stuff. All of our belongings were packed properly and fragile pieces like mirrors and glass tops were wrapped with more care.

Every time I called the office before my move to make minor changes, they were very friendly and professional.

Do yourself a favor and save your time, energy and money by choosing a different moving company. The driver Elite hired to drop off my belongings displayed the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I was nickel and dimed for every charge this driver could think of. The driver then threatened to put my belongings "In f* storage" if I didn't run to the ATM and get him his "f* cash" right then and there. He then proceeded to tell the local moving company he hired to do labor to "go to hell" and started yelling and swearing at them right in front of my and my apartment complex for everyone to see. The driver sat in his truck the entire time, showed up in dirty sweatpants, flip flops and a shirt with holes all over it. When I called Elite to provide feedback about the service I was receiving, they said there was nothing they could do about it. Instead of communicating and following up with me after my phone call, Elite decided to call the driver who had been acting like a mad man all morning.
I will NOT be recommending this moving company to any friends, family or business acquaintances in the Chicago (or any) area.

I'm very happy with the service and professional service provided by Elite Moving, truly a 5-star experience. I called them about three weeks before the move, and they were able to schedule it according to my schedule. They also confirmed the move over the phone and via email.

They were timely and showed great care with all our furniture. They did some packing for us and their extra materials were at very reasonable cost and very useful. Boxes were packed efficiently and furniture was well wrapped. The movers and everyone else I spoke to at Elite Moving were very nice and helpful.

Their overall rates are good and competitive. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. Excellent job Elite! You guys make moving such a better experience.

Great service Professional and hard working Elite is a top notch moving company

I hired this company to move my belongings from Illinois to Fl, They lost my pots and pans, steak knives and power cords to my TV. They broke my glassware and lampshades and my boxes were placed in a truck that leaked. The boxes were wet coming off the truck. The people who delivered my damaged missing items bullied me into paying them 100.00 tip. This company has done nothing to find missing items or pay for broken goods.

This is the first time I've ever moved. I read reviews online for multiple companies and I decided to use Elite Moving. Quick easy move. We had 4 movers that showed up earlier than expected and they were very quick, efficient, and friendly. While I had most of my furniture wrapped, I needed some more items wrapped. Every furniture item that was not wrapped, they made sure to wrap with blankets before it got on the truck. All furniture looked perfect with no damage on arrival. Also it was really easy to make a reservation and to get a time that worked for us. The pricing was very fair for the level of service/quality I received. If you want a moving company to be honest and follow through, give them the job! Elite did a fabulous job moving all of our belongings with care. Highly recommended!

The experience with Elite was absolutely amazing! Ricky and his team were very professional and efficient. They had everything completed within the allotted time and quoted budget. Danielle was very helpful in getting everything together. Kudos to the entire Elite team!!

Timing is good. They charge more for packing and delivery, with no regard to their "binding estimate". Deliver furniture had scratches and a broken chair. Filling a claim is useless. Will never use them again.

We used Elite Movers from our storage units in Chicago to our new home in Algonquin and had a very good experience. The men who moved us were hard working and professional. All the furniture was wrapped and there was nor damaged items. The final bill was much less than the estimate we were given which was a pleasant surprise.

Aug. 16th moving day

I would like to thank the movers for doing a wonderful job moving our furniture. I didn't have any issue. No items were broke. They took items apart and put them back together. They placed my furniture were I asked.

Nightmare experience. Our items arrived 20 days after getting picked up. They said they were leaving over the weekend for their “east coast moves.” The kid who arrived said they left the night before - to arrive at our place on last possible day. They couldn’t use any of our boxes so we were charged for theirs. They charged $450 for a shuttle that didn’t exist. Our daughters mattress arrived soaking wet and smelled like mold. Opened boxes to literally every single dish and glass we owned shattered in a million pieces. Things are wet, etc.. offered $100 for the mattress. Terrible all around. Paid thousands for the move. Researching legal options with our attorney.

We hired Elite Moving for a move from Chicago to Denver. Throughout the sales process, we were consistently told they own their fleet and employees. Their website also very clearly builds this impression. This was not the case. The delivery crew who arrived at our home told us a very different story.

Further, they used the same inventory form we provided to their competitors. Their price came in low as they underestimated cubic feet. Their price ended up being higher than the other bids. Further, we ended up having to leave behind items.

To make things worse, they damaged a leather sofa and dresser as they did not wrap them as promised. We are still awaiting a response from them regarding how they will make this right. Strongly recommend avoiding them. Also, be advised they are very likely a broker, not a moving company.

We used Elite Moving & Storage for our move from Franklin Park to Albany Park and we had an amazing experience. When I called the office to request an estimate, I spoke with Danielle who explained very carefully what costs would be associated with the move, etc. She walked me through the process and gave me a quote and sent confirmation right away. I was really stressed out about the whole move and Elite made the process very easy.

The crew showed up on time and did a quick walk through with us, and got right to work. They handled everything with extra care and they were fast, professional, and gentle with my items. They also did a fantastic job wrapping all the furniture up and unwrapping. They got the whole truck loaded in 3 hours, then drove to my new place location and got the whole place unloaded in a little over 2 hours.

There were no unexpected fees or charges. Elite Moving was great to work with from start to finish and I would highly recommend their services to anyone! Thanks for a great move!

Elite moving was the best!! Armando was in charge of the crew and he did an awesome job! I briefed him in the beginning and he took over with very few questions. Him and his crew (Allen, Ismael, and Israel) were fantastic. They were very organized and they were tireless workers. They never complained and they were very polite. They made our move a good experience and not stressful. The cost was reasonable and worth it!! I highly recommend them for your moving needs. Even the office staff was great with answering questions and making arrangements.
