I am rejecting this response because:
I appreciate the website credit. Thank you for that. However, it appears my complaint wasn't even read. You state that safeguarding and protecting your customers is your top priority, but this appears to only take place for 45 days. Why would a company not want to be notified of a fraudulent seller, no matter what the time frame is? I would think this information would assist in strengthening your fraud protection, but as I had mentioned in previous unanswered emails to your company, you obviously only care about the customer's protection if it is going to cost you money. In your response, you comment on [redacted] guarantee. I'm not sure what this has to do with following up or making a notation about a gift card your company purchased from a fraudulent seller. It is crystal clear from your response that you continue to purchase gift cards from fraudulent sellers as long the fraud occurs after 45 days and doesn't effect your bottom line.

Hi, We will have someone for our company reach out to you live via phone as through email sometimes there are misunderstandings which we do not want to happen in this matter.
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Business has failed to inform me about investigation that has been conducted about fraudulent activity on those cards even if they have had all log and access to all transactions. If those fradulent transactions were made within 45 days since the purchase, in my understanding business is still liable for those and full amount of fraudulent transaction should be covered. Up to this point business has failed to inform me about the results of their investigation (according to their Customer Service there was one).

Hi,Thank you very much for reaching out to us. CardCash's primary focus is to please our customers. CardCash is a secondary gift card marketplace enabling consumers to buy, sell, and trade their pre-owned unwanted gift cards. Buying pre-owned gift cards enable consumers to take advantage...
of steep discounts but do entail a bit more risk than when purchasing newly issued gift cards. It's Risk vs Reward. Overall, most consumers choose to take advantage of the reward knowing that the risk although inherent is minimal. Additionally, since safeguarding and protecting our customers is our top priority, CardCash offers consumers a 45 day buyer protection guarantee. This way they can feel secure to shop on the marketplace and take advantage of all the great savings. However, we can only extend this guarantee for customers who contact us within 45 days of their purchase. A limited guarantee period is very common on every marketplace in every sector. Ebay, for example, offers a 30 day buyer protection guarantee. CardCash, is very clear about the guarantee time-frame and posts it prominently in numerous places on the website , includes it on a insert in our mailers, and in the terms and conditions on the site which users accept prior to making a purchase. We hope you will continue shopping on our marketplace and take advantage of all the great savings.

I am rejecting this response because: The company sent me a WORTHLESS card that can not be used. I paid them money for NOTHING. Lowes will NOT exchange the csrd, and Card Cash made NO effort to warn me about this change. They took my money, I have nothing. There is NO excuse for this. Either they refund the money, or I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from these thieves again, and will pass on to EVERYONE all over Social Media and in person to avoid this merchant .

I am rejecting this response because: they are in the business of selling gift cards to just guarantee them for 45 days is not right when other sites guarantee them longer it wasn't even 60 days when the card went bad as the business stated. It's fraud on them for selling fake cards or fraudulent gift cards. They need to do the right thing and issue me a refund. When I purchase a card I except to use the whole amount.
