This company takes information from legitimate employment ads and then generates a document that looks like an invoice to try to scam employers into paying additional funds, when they think they are paying for their ad expensesTotal ripoff

Re: Complaint ID ***- *** *** (Resume Client)
Dear Ms***:
I am responding to the complaint from *** ***, which was recently received
Our resume support staff reviewed the documentation on the order *** *** placed
*** ***’s credit card was not charged, and the following is the explanation of what happened with the resume order
Our resume support staff are available Monday- Friday and the customer placed the order close of business FridayIf she was attempting to contact us by phone over the weekend, this is the reason the calls were going to voicemail
On Friday night our technical team started the process of updating our website and moving our serversThis is the reason the client received an error when uploading her information.
On Monday morning the resume support staff was working with the technical team to finish the transition to the new serverSince the card had not been charged on Friday, the accounting department attempted to charge the card for the service, but the card was declinedIn looking at the account, it looked suspicious, so we were not sure if it was fraudThe account was under *** *** and the card was under *** ***A message was sent to the client, but was returned due to a typo in the email addressWe were not aware of the typo until we received the documentation from you. We assumed the credit card charge was fraud until we received the Revdex.com complaint
There was also a delay in the email we received from the clientThe email was sent to an administrator emailThis isn’t used for resume orders, so there was a delay in getting it to the right department
We attempted to contact the client when we realized what had occurred, so we could explain what had happenedBoth of her numbers went to voicemail, so we left a message assuring her that her card was not charged and apologized for what had happenedWe left a call back number if she had any questions
I hope this is enough information to show that this was just a case of unfortunate timing and not a scam at all
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused *** ***
If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact me Sincerely,
Jake F*

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Thanks for all your help.Regards, *** ***

I am responding to the letter you sent to us as of Friday, March The response you received from Employment Publishing Inccontains an untrue statementThe company states that it has reviewed phone records and received two hang up calls from our companyThey state “we regret they did not leave a message in order to have this rectified without filing a complaint.” Either there research is of very poor quality, or they liedI called there number twice, dialed the extension for the executive department twice, and specifically explained that I hoped for a call back so that I would not have to take the next step of contacting the Illinois Attorney General and the Revdex.comNeither call was returned, and filed a complaint- - -Thank you for your work on this matter.** *** ** *** Vice President

RE: [redacted] / ID #: [redacted]
Dear Mr. [redacted],
On 2/24/15 the above referenced...

client purchased our resume services from our website online. After the client purchased our services, she was immediately given a user id and password to log into “www.resumedesktop.com”.
The client then signed into our site agreeing to our terms and conditions. All of our communication is done online via www.resumedesktop.com.
We show on our end that the client read all of our messages, but yet we still have not received any data from the client to perform services she purchased. These are the ways we tried to reach the client:
On 2/24/15 client logged into www.resumedesktop.com with her provided user id and password, read our initial email on how to add us to her address book as well as asking her to complete the Career assessment form with instructions on how to do so. This message was read by the client.
On 2/24/15 we sent another email with our company business hours, and a 3 point checklist of what we needed from her in order to start the resume writing process. This message was read by the client.
On 2/25/15 we sent an email to the client stating that we have not received her information that we are in need of to start the resume writing process. This message was read by the client.
On 2/27/15 we called and left a telephone message to the client stating that we are in need of information from her such as her work history in order to get started on her resume package. We left our phone number on the voicemail. The client did not return our phone call.
On 3/4/15 the client logged in @ 1:32 P.M.
We do offer a money back guarantee and have a no cancellation policy. We are more than happy to assist the client and provide our services to her, but she needs to reach out to us and provide the necessary information as requested all along in order for us to write her documents. We cannot write a resume if we have no history of her employment.
The client stated that she is unable to get ahold of us via telephone or email. We have sent her messages over the resumedesktop where she has logged in and has instructions on how to reply. We also have called and left messages along with our 800# that she can call anytime. We are willing to provide services she paid for; we just need information from her in order to do so.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Thank You,
Brydie C[redacted]
