Customer purchased a Honda Civic from Paragon Honda on June **' VIN# ***

Yes I finally did

To Whom It May Concern, We are in receipt of a complaint # *** from *** * ***, dated February **, Wherein the customer stated, that she was not happy with her current vehicle and was looking to exchange her vehicle for a lease with the same features as her current vehicle at a
lower monthly payment.Our General Manager - Mr.Brian B*** had a phone conversation with ***, wherein Mr.B*** offered her to come in to our dealership and choose another vehicleThe customer stated that she will find a convenient time for her to come in.Regards,Salome B***Tell us why here

We followed up with the customer, he stated to just disregard the complaintHe will remove the complaint

The check was cut on August ***, mailed on the ***. Please see the copy attached

 A Mr. A. S[redacted] called. I returned his call Friday, August [redacted]. We spoke and by the end he asked how the matter could be resolved. I told him how. He promised to call me the next day Saturday, August [redacted]. Well August [redacted] has passed, I am sending this Sunday, August [redacted]. Same customer service/ courtesy. His word meant nothing. My question what is the criteria for Revdex.com accreditation.  I purposely  asked for the response from Paragon Honda to be written for a reason. It  is obivious the only reason Mr. S[redacted] called was because I complained to the Revdex.com.

It's been a week and I haven't received their reimbursement check.

We contacted [redacted] and invited him to come back and give us a chance to resolved the issue; unfortunately he declined the offer stating “he would never go back to Paragon Honda”.

As far as them having nothing to do with the insurance issue, that's the sole reason my insurance is being cancelled. I was told they are not authorized dealers therefore the quote should not have been started for me online by them.  
 And as far as the key, the salesman never informed me that it was returned to sender. And the salesman is the one who said he would drop it off. (I have texts to prove that) The fact remains I was supposed to have both keys when I was sold the car if I did this wouldn't even be a conversation. I've been getting the run around and no one wants to take responsibility. I am not driving to queens to pick anything up they can mail the key to my new address. They can contact me directly to get the address that I would like my key send to.  Thank you
