I paid $2,500 for a program that was refundable if it didn't work. After completing the program and not getting results, I asked for a refund. They have ignored my emails. I also contacted them through their *** page and they said they would happily refund me once I finish the program (which I had already finished). When I tried to send them screen shots that I had indeed completed the program, they blocked me from contacting them.

Our policy is very simple. If someone goes through the program and doesn't lose fat or gain hydration of gain muscle then we gladly refund their money.
*** hasn't shared with us her numbers to qualify for a refund. Many people don't lose scale weight as they gain healthy hydration and healthy muscle and lose fat, but their scale weight stays the same. That is why we use a bio-impedance scale that we sent her that tracks fat %, hydration % and muscle %.
We had contacted her on many times and were only able to leave a voice mail or sometimes the voice mail was full.
At no time was she blocked from email or support.
Also, *** purchased the program on March 2018 and now two years later she is requesting a refund. That is way outside the parameters of the 88 day program refund time period.
We have continued to reach out to her again and would even now give her a new guarantee if she wanted to hit her restart button.
Feb 24, 2020. I have not heard from the company. I have complained to them several times. I had already completed the program and was not happy when I contacted them. On *** they sent me a message stating that they would happily refund my money if I was not happy. They then blocked me from replying to this message. They have also responded to a post that I put on their blog over a year ago, but have also blocked me from responding. They are using bully tactics and stating I have not completed the program, even though I have proof of completion.

We respectfully ask the client to simply keep their commitment they made. Honor their part of the contract , and stop making false
Claims and public ally trying to make us look bad through the public forum of the Revdex.com.
They are again , invited to restart the program .

I do trust *** had 80% success of her goal and we guarantee results , improvement , but not 100% as in the attached documents .

This belabored explanation of yours was a bad choice … a friend just joined your program and sent me a link so I could join her. I did some checking of reviews, found a few negative ones that raised a couple of red flags but not overly disturbing, then came across THIS. Frankly, you should have just given a polite reply and refunded the woman’s money. Instead you lambasted her publicly with this long heated reply that is just as bad as her rant. I understand you’re raising the “it’s not fair flag” but this diatribe of yours, whether justified or not, leads me to believe this is a small, unprofessional company, that I just don’t want to be tied to - a company with someone with a temper at the helm. So you not only lost my money but your reply is out there in cyberspace for a long, long time. You should ponder that old saying “Restraint is the better part of valor.” I’ll let my friend know I won’t be joining her.
