I spent my young years being quite thin. Those days are history. As I aged, I also spread and gained. My brother introduced me to Energized Health. It is a process but one I have embraced with great energy. It is amazing how "energized" I feel. I have worked out with a trainer for 11 years faithfully, so parts of me were strong... but it just wasn't enough. What EH has done is incredible. There were some times when looking at the numbers was slow but my energy and how I felt has never waned. My health is important to me and my family so even though the cost can be worrisome, it is very much worth it. I plan to continue for a 2nd round as I am not there yet. It will come! As a result of my wife passing away in January, and the fact that she was in poor health, motivated me to give this program a try. My health was not the best either: over weight, high bp, high triglycerides & low testosterone. I was also diagnosed years ago with ankylosing spondylitis which causes chronic tightness in my lower back.

I am so sorry for the perception you have had about Energized Health. Please allow us to help clarify some of what you are asking about in your post. Interestingly, there is only 1 negative review from a client and it was back in 2018 and all other client reviews are positive. The other

Name a diet I’ve tried it.
