The Energizer Call Center does not handle this promotion or consumer fulfillment Promotional Contact, Terms and conditions are found here: http://www.energizer.com/holiday-promotions The promotional agency reviewed the receipt images submitted by [redacted] and found that the she was submitting partial images to the program These images have been invalidated as “Incomplete Receipt” and The abbreviated and full rules state “Receipt must clearly show purchase amount, date, time & location, and product(s) purchased, and may be used one time only.”

12/07/2017: Mediator sent [redacted] email requesting refund or replacement for consumer.12/07/2017: I was incorrect, this light is now licensed manufactured Email the consumer to contact [redacted] via [redacted] or call [redacted] She can call Energizer back if there are additional issues

paintball gun and the battery everytime I called I got the same guy but his names alwayed changed I asked to talk to a manger alot of times but they seemed to never be around I sent over more pictures I would like a call not a email

to determine the cause of the problem. It appears the product is not operating as designed based on the information provided by the consumer. Thus, Energizer is willing to send coupons towards a new replacement product. Please have the consumer contact the consumer service center again and reference his case *** to receive the offer
