I am rejecting this response because: I never received any coupons from them to this date! Also I sent he from and back photos of battery packs more than once! They kept asking for more pictures which infuriated meI complied anywayThe devices were non function at time I sent them to them, vibrator for back plus remote control acid destroyed them acid ate through coatings into circuit board on remote controlThe vibrator wires and contact plates suffered the same damage acid ate through wires corrosion and made batteries useless white and clear isue

I am rejecting this response because: They Energizer let a company use their packaging to promote the sell of their batteries.I find it hard to believe they don't have anything to do with the promotion. I *** *** have tried numerous times to send a copy of my receipt to (2) different websites including yet (2) more times through my husbands work called *** ***this being since the last time
I rejected their offer the 1sttime. I still have my receipt and the small packaging that came out of Energizers battery pack. I WILL NOT EXCEPT A $COUPON TO USE TOWARDS ENERGIZER BATTERIESTHEY CLEARLY STATE THAT I WOULD RECIEVE A $E-CARD AS I BOUGHT MY BATTERIES AT ***. SO, IF THEY WANT TO SEND ME A $GIFT CARD, REAL MONEY, OR A CHECK THAT I CAN USE AT *** THAT IS FINE. BUT I WILL NOT EXCEPT A $COUPON FOR MORE ENERGIZER BATTERIES THAT IS JUST TOTALY STUPID!!! I WANT NOTHING MORE TO DO WITH THE LOUZY COMPANY.I have every intention on pursuing this until it ends up in a court that is a PROMISE. Energizer has no right on misleading people. I'm sure I'm not the only person who is going through this. Give me a break my daughters phone, my husbands work computer and my laptop many, many, many times I'm not buying that they are lying what is the excuse next time we have records.*** ***

meet the terms and conditions to get the offer that they want. The promotional registration is done at ***.energizer.com with email submittal including complaints at ***@energizer.com. The Energizer consumer call center does not manage the fulfillment of this promotion and thus does not have gift cards. The consumer will need to use the promotional contact information provided and comply with the specific terms and conditions to receive the offer

I am rejecting this response because:  Included in the email string in my original complaint were the weeks and weeks of non responses from the "customer service" for Energizer. They asked for photos, which I sent, and I repeatedly described the failure of the product in question. They never asked me to return the non functioning product. There is no phone number available to talk to an actual person, and the web shows that this obfuscation and delay tactic is apparently a common business practice of Energizer. Based on my experience with the lack of customer service I will never purchase another Energizer product and I wish a complete refund instead.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have sent the receipt in multiple times (3) to be exact and they still have done nothing.  That is why I need an address to where I can send the receipt to.  They say I am sending the incorrect portions of the receipt I have merely folded it over in order for it to fit on my printer none the less they have the entire receipt as I made sure they had the folded side as well.  My daughter also sent them what they have requested as I was sitting right there when she took a picture of the necessary information on the receipt and sent it via cell phone.  My husband also snapped on his computer at work and they still haven't done anything.  My next step was to get in touch with the Revdex.com and I suppose they still don't want to do the right thing. Next thing you know I will be told the promotion is over.  I have used their website before and it does me know good.  I have called them which did me know good.  I guess Revdex.com if you can't help me I will sue and I mean it.  I sued [redacted] when they broke my antenna and didn't want to pay for it guess what they did and they also paid attorney fees as well.  In fact, their own attorney couldn't believe it had gone this far her exact words.  If they want to take 1-2 years to go through court then they leave me know choice I have proof that I have exhausted all other means and all the company can say it go to the website.

12/07/2017: Mediator sent [redacted] email requesting refund or replacement for consumer.12/07/2017: I was incorrect, this light is now licensed manufactured.  Email the consumer to contact [redacted] via[redacted]or call[redacted].  She can call Energizer back if there are additional issues.

Case [redacted] This consumer had expired batteries that leaked in package.  The Energizer No Leaks Guarantee is for in device protection. However, the consumer was sent $2 in coupons as compensation.  Please confirm this with the consumer and close the case.
