Energizer restates this consumer has NOT supplied the information required. No further action will be taken on this matter until the consumer submits the required information.  Energizer strives to maintain the highest level of product quality and is concerned with any report of damage or complaints with our products.  Without the opportunity to inspect and test the particular item that is the basis of the consumer's report, it is impossible to determine the cause of the problem. Energizer has attempted to collect information from this consumer regarding purchase location, proof of sale, and/or registration for the product in this complaint.  The consumer has not provided any of the information requested by the company.  Further, the consumer has hung up on calls from Energizer representatives attempting to gather the information required to help resolve this case.  Energizer is willing to review the required information once provided by the consumer and attempt to resolve the case at that point in time.

I did this and have the text stating on Monday Dec 4, 10:22 am_ Congratulations! Your receipt is valid. Stayed tuned, your reward will be emailed to you shortly!But it was not sent and you are just continuing to give me the run around. I have complied and would like my $5 sent to me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I believe that this business should have replaced the six leaky batteries that cost me $6.99, rather than just offering me $2 worth of coupons, but I realize that Revdex.com has let the business know of my complaint and that nothing more can realistically be accomplished.

submitting partial images to the program.  These images  have been invalidated as “Incomplete Receipt” and The abbreviated and full rules state  “Receipt must clearly show purchase amount, date, time & location, and product(s) purchased, and may be used one time only.”

This consumer case was reviewed again.  Unfortunately there is no record of any consumer images or receipts.  The Energizer Call Center transitioned in May to a new provider.  It is possible that the consumer images were lost during the transition.  The consumer can resubmit the...

12/28/2017: Mediator sent consumer email requesting update.12/28/2017: Morning. Yes thank you for following up. They finally did send me a couple of coupons for Energizer products only, which is not the full refund that I wanted but is better than nothing. I was just appalled at the complete run around and never ending string of non sense  emails, redundant messages that they were unable to find my email address, and repeated emails that they were closing the complaint. Their emails often contained very poor grammar, leading me to speculate that they have their “customer service” located in another country, and dedicated to making any correspondence so time consuming and difficult that everyone gives up, thereby solving the problem for Energizer. All they had to do was acknowledge that their product did not work, and instead they obfuscated for several months, as you can see from the email string. I hope this goes into the permanent file for Energizer.

10/03/2017: Mediation department emailed consumer for update.10/04/2017: They indicated a coupon.  Never received anything from them.10/04/2017: Mediator emailed consumer to confirm mailing address. Consumer confirmed address on file is correct.11/17/2017: Emailed consumer for update.11/17/2017: I just received a coupon today

I have received the $325 check from Energizer today.  I would like to request the complaint be closed.

The website is being reviewed and updated.  The consumer has been informed where he can find products online.
