I am rejecting this response because: I was never informed by D*** of a no refund policyI talked to D*** over the phone to let him know my situation and what was my decisionI never received any review or any case intake solutionI was told to fill out the paper and I sent the form inI had questions to be answered but never received any representation I think D*** needs to state that their is no refund policy instead of saying you submitted a payment in and it was in the guidelinesI think its ludicrous for a company to take your money and say no refund due to non work at allThis is a bogus move on a company saying I was giving feedback or any kind of help I clearly stated with D*** I wanted a refund and have text messages and voicemails of this guy constantly asking me to submit a paymentI submitted a payment and never was told about a refund policy I went threw D*** because he took my payment and credit card informationOnce he took payment I was told to call a number who didn't have anything on my case or anythingI was told to fill out an intake form I did and never received anything but a friendly conversation I've been recieving the whole time without any actionsI do not understand how can a company take my money for no work done whatsoever!! If you done anything I would not be asking for my money but I received nothing but phone calls from D*** and no representation at allI'm asking for my money that's all and it's only fair that I receive itI'm not happy with what I didn't receive which was nothingI contacted D*** not the other number.

First of all, to be accurate, this customer cancelled days after starting our services. Moreover, every customer is told about, and emailed immediately, the no refund policy (contained in our terms of service) due to the fact that services that involve people's time cannot be
recovered. We approach every new customer with the belief that they are going
to follow through with our services. As such, we begin working right
away on establishing and reviewing their case file. Below is an example
of the some of the initial value provided and the time/expenses
incurred once a new customer begins:Day or 2:
Initial review by an attorney of the intake information gathered by the
family law consultant who assisted the new customer. (Average time
estimate: minutes. Value: $125).Day 1: Family law Ebook provided to customer. Value $57.Day or 2: Customer online case management system and profile created. Value $75.Day or 2: initial case information provided by customer is reviewed by an attorney.Week 1: Attorney begins preparation of legal documents based on initial information provided by customer.In addition, as a courtesy, we waived the $early cancellation fee

I am rejecting this response because: I was told they are attorneys who finds out what the laws are in different statesIf they did a search for the Ohio law and seen that the papers we already filed was the custody papers and nothing else should be filed No they told us if we amend the custody paper already filed it will help our caseI feel they sold me a lie and the lawyer did not talk to my son for no hour it was minsIf they are attorneys who specialize in child custody and did their research they should have seen there was no other papers or amendment needed to be file to help my case.I received a call from the rude lady Friday after I file my compliant telling me someone would be calling my son about this matter instead of meI don't know why because they sent me the documents they amended and the intake packageAgain she was rude and if someone have to call me again please let it be an attorney instead of the rude ladyif you are in the business of ripping people off then you should say that that up front instead of misleading peopleI dealt with these people in good faith thinking I was getting good service but was ripped off for $I would like a full refund because I was sold a lie

The attachment completely disproves the merit of this customers rejection to our response

First, the reasoning is wrong. Attorneys file amended documents frequently, in order to add or improve upon what has already been filed. Second, the attorney consultation call was almost an hour. In addition, the customer is in the process of scheduling another attorney call, so he is continuing to utilize our services

Everything
was disclosed to this customer. See the terms of service to which he
agreed (see attachment). The representations in this complaint are not
accurateTo make this complaint worse, the same day of this complaint, the customer first notified us regarding wanting to cancel
and did not submit the required
request for refund form, as set forth in the agreed upon terms. In addition, the customer did receive value, including access to our family law eBook and other valuable resources. Finally, customer agreed to our no refund policy, clearly stated more than once in the AGREED UPON terms of service

I am rejecting this response because:  I never received any documents to file with the court.  I never was able to talk with an attorney in Florida.  I only spoke to someone at The Attorney Connection, and he was no help what so ever.  The company is a scam, I wasted $695.00, and I had to hire an attorney.

I never called and authorized the second payment that is a complete lie. That is my issue. Is the fraudlent charge of my credit card. I never gave you permission to charge my card which is theft. Why would I call you and give you permission to charge my card if I was getting my son without your assistance. I dont care about your no refund policy. You had no right or authorization for the second charge period. My second call to you was to cancel your service period.

First of all, the customer was informed of, and agreed to, the $9 monthly legal support fee for legal support, attorney access and case management.  Secondly, this customer never once contacted us (all he had to do was leave a voice message or send us an email) to cancel this fee.  This is...

the first notice of his intent to cancel our legal support.  As such, we have canceled all future payments.  Finally, in light of the fact that the customer never notified us of this request to cancel, we respectfully request that the Revdex.com not post his complaint.

I am rejecting this response; for the following reasons: I did not receive an email or voicemail.  Any attempt to contact me by phone on a day when my voicemail box was full; was not an excuse to use a different form of communication to reach out to me. The fee to prepare documents on my behalf totaled $700.  I spoke to the payment department and was told my balance was 300. I paid attorney connection over $400.  I can provide my credit card statements as proof of payment.  I would like the documents to be completed for payment that was rendered. I left them another message just recently and did not receive a call back regarding the matter.

Yes, please submit that, along with the name of the customer on file with The Attorney Connection.

First of all, the customer asked us to prepare amended documents, which is what we prepared.  If the clerk did not recognize that, then they were wrong.  Customers who have already filed in a case, frequently retain our services to amend the documents to ensure they are properly prepared...

with what the court wants and expects.  That is what we did.  In addition, the attorney consultation was closer to an hour, not just 20 minutes.  In addition, legal support is still available to the customer.  Since services were rendered as requested, we respectfully decline to issue a refund.

Agree to disagree.  The last time we spoke with this customer, she said her primary complaint was that she thought J[redacted]e would be handling the customer support after she started.  When it was explained to the customer that J[redacted]e is in the department that helps people get started with our services, and then once started, they are helped by our customer support department, she responded that she thought she would be talking to J[redacted]e the whole time.  At that time, we asked if she was not satisfied with the customer support provided to her, and the customer responded that she was satisfied.  However, after admitting that what mattered was that her questions, etc. were being properly addressed by our customer and legal support departments, she still wanted to complain and make up things just to try to justify her demand for a refund.  The customer also lost her attempt at a chargeback, clearly evidencing her attempt to get the services for free.  In addition, despite the customer's claim of the many typos, she never even submitted a request for revisions form, to properly request changes/corrections that she supposedly wanted.  Rather, she just called in and made the broad statement saying "everything" was wrong.

Not only that all information was s faxed and you didn't even look at it you did not put in the correct monies being paid and that goes to show add you you are liers and thieves taking from the poor. I have each and every email you have sent me there was nothing explaining what should have been explained before you ripped me off because I would have never hired you had I know exactly what you consisted of as far as your work. Your services are a joke and a rip off according to the Attorney I have been talking with and now has the untrue documents you drew up

Customer's initial complaint was that the documents had errors.  Now customer claims he did not receive any documents to file with the court, when he clearly did receive them.  Who is trying scam whom?

That's okay you keep the $500 you ripped me off for. Buy your poor kids something for Christmas on me. My son does not need a follow up call from you either. I hope you sleep well at night knowing you are ripping people off with your lies.
