Thank you for your feedback, we can only get better if we know how to improve. In each and every office in the dealership that requires some one to sign paperwork there is a sign that states-Delivery And Handling Charges- To the negotiated price of each vehicle sold,
there will be added the sum of $for the cost and additional profit to the seller/dealer. The remaining $1,that you are disputing is your 5.9% state and city of Eaton sales taxHad we not collected these you would be required to pay them in full at the DMV prior to registering you vehicle. These are things that are reviewed in detail prior to taking final delivery of your vehicle.(please see attached Purchase orders with initials and signatures) The *** retail value on this vehicle is $26,the purchase price was $23,600, with the fact you received a $2,discount on a vehicle with low miles and a ltz trim I believe you received a fair dealHad you clarified that you would not buy the vehicle unless we sold the vehicle forapprox$less we would have not been able to sustain that kind of loss and looking back not made a deal. The form that you are referring to that states oral representations must be in writing is the Colorado Department of Revenue's DR State Disclosure formThis form is done for your protection, to makes sure everything that is promised is delivered(please see attached) With that said, I do see some small repairs that were written down on our we owe form at the time of delivery. At this point all that is needed is to set an apptso we can get those repairs done at no cost to you. I apologize that you were not happy with your experience at Ghent, you received a very nice vehicle at a lot lower price than what *** *** suggested we sell it for. Hind sight is always twenty-twenty, but looking over all the paperwork I do believe you were explained everything in detail (again please see the attached forms). I would like to sincerely apologize and follow through on the repairs that were promised and schedule anapptat no additional cost to youWhat time would be best?

I am rejecting this response because:You can't even acknowledge your ad is fake. No where in that ad does it imply those odds are regarding a raffle at the dealership. Nor did it imply the little 'activation' number had anything to do with that raffle.  It clearly says scratch and win a prize corresponding to the number scratched. I scratched and it was the number corresponding to the car/cash. Given that I have a high res PDF of the add, and I also kept the lotto tickets (proving I went there, and did everything right), I'm beginning to think I have a case on my hands.

I am rejecting this response because:We have taken the car back and it still has several issues, we will have to take it to a different shop to have it repaired properly. Panel gaps are...

still incorrect, looks like the quarter panel was installed improperly and that is causing the issues, it also needs to have some paint work done again. When they removed the side panel in the trunk they just ripped it out and destroyed it, then they failed to put the clips back in that hold it in place. They also failed to clean the inside of the car and left it covered with white dust from the body shop. The insurance company has looked at the car and found several things wrong on the underside of it. I was offered a bribe by the service manager, he said if I remove the Revdex.com complaint he would pay for the shock and chrome trim piece. That seems wrong to me and I am willing to pay the $180.00 to let people know how this business treats their customers and the poor quality of repairs they put out.

I apologize for your frustration,  the odds of winning are stated below each of the prizes.  Your activation code has to match our prize board, as stated on the mail piece.  At no time has Ghent or any of its employees stated that you were a Guaranteed winner of the vehicle or...

cash prize(odds 1:40000, stated below image on mail piece).The mail piece states that if your scratch # matches one of the #'s to proceed to the event location and check your Activation Code. I am rejecting this response because: I was not at fault for the accident and is supposed to be covered by the other party's insurance company which was provided to Ted H[redacted] finance manager and he said he was going to give them a call to get the damage repaired no where did he state it was 4K worth of damages and the document attached doesn't show a price. What I'm concerned about is this company's customer satisfaction goal! If I would and other [redacted] reviewers would rate it would be 1/10 if they would have done their job correctly this wouldn't be an issue the car wouldn't have damage and miles on it! But it was their fault and because they are a dealer and I'm just a consumer they feel they have the power to lie and do shady business I want to make sure this business reputation gets worse and worse because they are rude and disrespectful like the message they sent earlier stating if I have any questions to contact them directly I have tried multiple times in one day they ignore me and walk away instead of handling things like adults and mature way they run away like cowards! I need this resolved asap because now I'm car(less) my wife is still pregnant and could give birth any given moment because twins don't stay full term and I can purchase a car because that was all my money we had for a down payment and we got robbed for it by this shady business!  So we need something in return to compensate for this error this business has made by law if a contract is canceled the full refund needs to be reimbursed also they have 10 days after the sale of the vehicle from the purchase date to mail out a letter stating we need to recurring the car because it wasn't approved but we haven't received anything and we came back before 10 days and also 21 days after to give them the remainder of the deposit

I am rejecting this response because: The 1.421.88 and the 499.50 was added to the vehicle loan, That means I would have to pay more for the loan in interest added on at 9.99% then I would if it wasn't added onto it, If your salesman understand that you always charge dealer fees then they shouldn't agree to a out the door price and they should verbally explain that to the customer and if you tell the customer that you will do the repairs then write it down for them and not hope that they don't read the bottom print that says it has to be written down. Your salesman said he was negotiating a out the door payment price not a regular out the door price, If you have a settled price your not going to be able to make the payment lower then what the loan company says it's going to be if this was the case I would have tried to get the payment much lower say around 100 a month but that's not possible on a 5 year loan on this vehicle so how was he negotiating a out the door payment? It is also strange how a paper that had a negotiated price with my wife's initials on it would just disappear Do you not keep all documents that have to do with a sale? I have found that with this sale a handshake and a verbal promise did not hold up, The reason I got under [redacted] price is for 1it had a incident on the history report that no one seemed to know anything about and 2 when we first looked at the car it was up in the air on a lift with the engine dropped down on it, I joked with the Technician working on it by asking if he was gonna have a bunch of nuts and bolts leftover when he was finished and a day later we found some plastic piece in the center storage box that we have no idea where it goes I don't think it goes to the engine but I am not a [redacted] tech but I do know it's not suppose to be in the storage box, We are happy with the vehicle that was never questioned it was everything that was verbally discussed that we found was not implemented and the fact that who we talked to when we went back in that lost his cool and said we was questioning his integrity and did nothing but talk over us when we was trying to explain what we had found wrong. If you know you can't do something then don't say you will. It makes me as a customer think that you will go above and beyond what the dealership says it can do to help a person out.

Thank you for your criticism, looking back I think there are things we both could have done differently. I apologize that you are unhappy with your experience. Understanding what went wrong is the only way we can improve. In conclusion I would like to get the repairs done at no cost to you, in addition I would be more than happy to detail your vehicle again after the repairs are done as an act of goodwill. All though I personally was not directly involved in your experience, my office is next to the office you sat in. Again looking back I think both parties involved could have chosen their words more carefully. Sometimes when people are upset things can get escalated, we strive to try and diffuse these things as fast as possible. I again apologize that it has gotten to this, but sincerely hope that performing the stated repairs and no cost to you and another full detail will help. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: the information providing trying to contact me is false! In person I was getting different stories from both finance manager and general sales manager. The way the response was stating if I had any further questions to contact them directly. When I had contacted them directly thru phone calls and in person I was repeatedly told we told you your answers here "WE ARE DONE" and I told them what was said was false which general sales manager discussed with my cousin which is also a general sales manager but at a dealer shop here in California. They had provided my cousin with false information stating that I was trying to be contacted since day 1 that's a lie because as I stated I've been back to the dealership many times also before paying the remainder of the balance on the deposit we and the salesmen came to an agreement on when I was sold the car it only had one key no owners manual and the one key was a spare key it took them 3 days and a physical trip for them to get me another set of keys and the owner manual not only that but I still had to wait for the key to arrive to the parts department so still waiting so about on the 5th day after contacting them regarding my extra key still wasn't told anything about loan not being approved! General sales manager Tim E[redacted] said since day 1 they have tried to contact me numerous times when it was me trying to contact them numerous times and yes my phone line was inactive but I have a number that is always active that I provided them and also my girlfriends phone number who was provided and she  was on the loan as well they never called her and by law it states that " However if the dealer cannot find someone to buy your purchase contract. It could cancel your purchase contract but the car dea**rship must notify you within 10 days  of the purchase date on the contract which was 7/15/2017 and if not the contracted can be canceled by the purchaser/purchasers and is expected their deposit refunded" also the statement that they stated regarding the car coming back with 9000 miles was not our fault we had told them reason we purchased a car was to go back to California where we had family! And they let us have the lot numerous times without saying anything about the deal not going thru and by what General sales manager Tim E[redacted] according stated that they've been trying to contact since day 1 then we would have gladly returned the car but that's not the case they didn't tell us anything about the car they knew if they waited they could put the blame on me saying I never tried to contact them I tried to ignore them and I just recently contacted them is a total lie I've been in physically multiple times after my purchase date more than a few times within the  1st week and then to go ask about who my car was financed thru and a sales manager told me to come back and ask about the window tint special pricing he can offer to me at their price and I've been back there to ask that and to ask who my car is financed thru I was told by a salesmen that sold me the car to contact Ted H[redacted] on the 14th of august to see who my car was financed thru but I've contacted ghent regarding who my contract was thru way before the 14th because that was our first due date payment and I wasn't going to let my credit get ruined as I was trying to rebuild my credit and I've been contacting them ever since I have them the remainder of the deposit as well every time I called a sales manager said we'll get that information for you we'll call you back in 5 mins never got anything returned so then I kept calling and calling still the same answer my sa**sperson that sold me the car will get back to me nope never gotten back to me so I personally called who I thought the car was financed thru myself to find out it doesn't exist so I don't have a car payment was my response to the operator handling my situation finding out if the car was financed thru them and they said nope it didn't get financed thru us or either it didn't get approved then I called the dealership again 2 weeks after finding this out because I've called multiple times after that still the same response I'll have someone get back to you so then when I said after the 2 weeks finding this out of course they finally transferred me to Ted H[redacted] I spoke to him and this is around sept 14th I spoke to him on the phone and told hombre we aren't coming up to take care of some business and a drive from California and back 2 seperated times is 2000+ not included stops at GasBuddy stations food etc and also maybe girlfriend is pregnant with twins and we have [redacted] living in Greeley the only [redacted] was out in Denver so We made bi weekly visits as doctors order as she is high risk cuz with twins your automatically considered high risk so therefore again why mileage isn't up there if they would have resolved their situation sooner there wouldn't be the damage that was claimed thru insurance and the other party insurance is covering the damage because I was not at fault and the mileage would be drastically lower but I've done my part contacting the buisness regarding who my loan was going thru and like I stated above they kept saying to me we'll get back to you in who financed you and never got called back I'd have to call back but still didn't get the info I needed and General salesmen manager told me and my cousin who is a witness that I was trying to get contacted since day 1 so then how come when I physically go to the dealership many times after the first day why wasn't I stopped and why didn't they refund me my deposit that I made in the beginning instead of letting me pay the remainder of the deposit mind you this is a month later I return with the deposit and miles I'm sure we're under 1k still they didn't tell me anything about the loan not going thru they let me leave the lot numerous times so am I at fault I don't think so! They need to be more organized and the way they talk to customers or potential customers needs to be better not rude and disrespectful finance manager Ted H[redacted] told me he had no sympathy for my wife being 8 months pregnant and that we returned the car to them expecting a deposit return in order to get back to California we did them the favor by dropping the car off and being understanding that the loan did not go thru then all of this happened! Ted H[redacted] also told me and assumed that I would not pay anything which was very rude who says that to a customer well now ex customer and telling everyone not to support this buisness and buy a car elsewhere both Ted H[redacted] and Tim E[redacted] need to be let go and they need new staff to replace them with better customer service standards and a better mouth on how to talk and treat customers! Everytime I told them I don't agree with what they are saying they cut me off and say we are done and walk awa! is that how you handle your difficult situations then if you cant then handle it that should not be a position you should be entitled too and hold so I now expect a full refund of munch 1500 as I have a civil case going on now against ghent chevorlet at first when we returned the car we didn't expect the full refund we only expected partial and we were fine as long as we had some kind of income to come back to California but yet they left us stranded if it wasn't for [redacted] rental company letting us face time a family member to provide credit card info to rent a car if that wasn't the case of getting a rental Ted H[redacted] said he simply had no sympathy for me and my 8 month old pregnant girlfriend who can be so heartless like that well now we now who can be TED H[redacted] AND TIM E[redacted] AND THEY HOLD A TITle OF MANAGEMENT IM DISGUSTED! So this is the route I'm taking I left a [redacted] review and now filing a civil case on this and reported this to you guys at the better buisness bureau the way they replied to you guys messaging me back is not how they talked to me at all I tried to talk to them thru phone and in person and they didn't care to listen and started gossiping about me to the other sales manager and they stood there laughing at me cuz I told them I wouldn't leave unless I had This issue resolved if it wasn't for my girlfriend being 8 months pregnant and a doctor appointment we had to get too in California then I wouldn't have stayed and tried to talk to them even if it was until they closed because I was treated unfairly and like other yelper said customer service and the way they talk to you was excellent until the car is sold they act like they don't know you they ignore you etc so like I said I'm not letting this go easily until I get my full refund!

Dear Mr **,Sometimes, depending on each individuals credit history, the lenders do require Proof of the information that you put on your credit application. Unfortunately your phone was disconnected shortly after your purchase, we contacted the references you provided to communicate these needs...

Again your phone was disconnected, your references would not return our call, and the lender would not fund your loan unless you could prove the information requested. After continuous efforts to contact you, you finally contacted us. When you came in the vehicle had over $4,000 worth of Damage and over 9,000 miles.  Please see attached Body Shop Estimate. You informed us that you canceled insurance. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
