Good Morning. The events portrayed in the complaint by Mr*** differ from what the employees at the location were subject to and experienced from this individualWhen Mr*** presented his upgrade coupon he was informed that it would be honored and was given several options in the
standard and full size range of vehiclesWhen he inquired about a free upgrade to a minivan he was told that the van was several car classes higher than the vehicle he reserved and the "one car class" free upgrade he presented would be applied up to a fullsize vehicleMr*** reiterated that he is a long time loyal customer and he was entitled to a minivan for free, when the representative again offered to honor the free upgrade and then charge the difference for the minivan, Mr*** became upset and requested to speak with a managerWhen the manager engaged Mr*** she explained again that she would honor the "one car class free upgrade" to a fullsize car and charge him an upgrade fee if he wanted a minivan he directed hostile and vulgar epithets toward herUnfortunately our employee was subject to being called vulgar names and verbally abused by Mr*** because she would not comply with his demand to not be charged for the minivanIt was at that point after hearing this another female Manager got involved and tried to resolve the situationAgain Mr*** was verbally abusive toward them and it was at that point the manager made the decision that Mr*** because of his direct hostility toward our employees was not going to be renting a vehicle and they voided his paperworkMr*** was asked to leave, which he did not, and security was called to escort him off the premisesAfter some time had passed, and with the strong urging of the third party security team Mr*** eventually left. Mr*** has been placed on Do Not Rent and is not welcome back to do business with usUnfortunately I do not believe we will come to an amicable solution with this customer

I asked the customer to send me an email to give us the authorization to credit the card corpo used
and the debit her personal card, but I am still waiting for her to respond backWithout this authorization from the customer the accounting department will not be allowed to do the credit card changeRegards *** ***

I called customer and updated him on the status of the lien release. Told him that we are working on resolving some administrative issues with the lender and will have it resolved soon. Customer is aware and happy that we have communicated an update with him I will stay on top of
this issue and update the customer accordingly

We are actually looking to take legal action after the actions taken by representatives of this company in Santiago, Chile and the subsequent lack of action by the corporation to correct the situation I will never rent from them again and suggest others heed the warning They all but ruined our vacation, their escalation managers have no power to do anything other than take a message They have refused to reimburse us for any damages due to the blatant disregard for us by their employees cruel joke played at the airport late at night in Santiago, Chile which resulted in us not being able to make appointments and reservations for three days in Argentina Then their employees lied multiple times, even stating that I never rented the car that I returned

I have been dealing with Enterprise for yearsI rented a vehicle in July with no issuesI called Wednesday last week for a pick up on FridayI went to pick up the vehicle and they wouldn't allow me because my fiance and I were paying with his credit cardThey said since the reservation was in my name we could not pay without it being a card in my nameI was not notified of this when I made the reservationI do not think it is right because they allowed me to do this before in JulyAt that time they would not allow me to rent the vehicle so I was stuck and could not go to the event I had planned to go toCorporate was supposed to contact me about thisInstead the general manager of the Jefferson City location did and all he did was apologize and told me it was a mistake that they did this in JulyI just want other people to know about this experience

I spoke to this customer yesterday and we settled on a refund for him. The website states an incorrect model that we offer which was the major issue for him as he felt he was given a bait and switch He is happy with the resolution. Thank you, -***

The check was sent to the customer after he spoke with our Accounting Department. Our managers were able to speak with him on 3/and the customer confirmed that he was in fact able to locate the check in his secondary mailbox

selects Full Size Van for Tel Aviv, the booking describes it is a passenger vanTherefore, it should have been clear at the time of booking that the Full Size Van for Tel Aviv was a seater passenger vanThe Alamo.com site also describes the van for Tel Aviv as a seater
