An update from our Area Manager:
I spoke with Ms. [redacted] yesterday.  Confirmed that she
was in the FL plated car, but we still need to research the tickets, she
doesn’t have them.  I am still working on a resolution, clearly tickets
from 3 years ago are not easy to find, so...

our  next step is to call the
city.

Area Manager has left another message for the customer and requested a call back on his cell or office phone #s.

Our Loyalty Team has reached out to Ms. [redacted] in regards to her points. We apologized for the level of service she received when calling our Contact Center and she was offered 500 points. She declined this offer but did express that she still had concerns over our rental guidelines and policies....

We have asked that someone in our local Corporate office reach out to Ms. [redacted] to further address this matter. We will update you with the ou8tcome of that conversation.

Our Area Manager reached out to the customer and we will be refunding the customer due to lack of communication on our part.  The customer was satisfied with this resolution.

I spoke with the customer last night.  She did receive her refund and was very thankful for my call and that I listened and apologized.    We are all set and I have followed up with her via email as well.   THX   [redacted]

I have spoken to the granddaughter, accounting
and citations.  I have explained to the granddaughter that the citations
were credit back in August and October for each of his citations – though only
one was on us. The other was because he ran a toll.  I did not see, nor
did accounting...

see that we are still holding any additional deposits from
him.  I let her know that if possible, could she try to get in touch with
her grandfather to see if he can send us the information from his account that
we are still holding this so that I can take it back to accounting so they can
look at their line items again. We explained that we are trying to assist, but will need more documentation to do so.

the complaint filed by [redacted] with your office. We have reviewed the concerns raised by Mr. [redacted].   Mr. [redacted] rented a 2016 Chrysler 300 bearing Georgia registration [redacted] from EAN Holdings, LLC dba Enterprise Rent-A-Car at [redacted] on November 29,2016. Mr. [redacted] returned the vehicle on January 3, 2017 accruing total rental charges of $762.67.  As such, $762.67 was charged to Mr. [redacted]s Discover credit card ending in 6576.   On April 4, 2017 we received noticed that Mr. [redacted] had reported this charge as fraudulent with his credit card company.  Subsequently, this charge was reversed by Discover leaving a balance of $762.67.  Mr. [redacted] was placed on Do Not Rent as a result of the outstanding balance.  Based on this information we are unfortunately unable to remove Mr. [redacted] from Do Not Rent until this balance is resolved.   At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, we strive to satisfy all our customers by providing excellent customer service. We spoke to the customer and apologized for her experience.

We discussed a few issues in regards to the reservation process, rental availability and what could be done in the future to ensure this does not happen again. We also offered her two free rental days...

(provided all qualifications are met). Customer was satisfied with the resolution.

wanted her voice heard, I will be sending her a check to compensate her
monetarily as well as a letter of apology.  I will also include my contact

Thank you ... I'm glad this is over . Maybe in the future this can be avoided by addressing damages the customer is concerned with and noting them on rental agreements. This was very frustrating and will not be renting from this location again.

Our Area Manager, [redacted], left a message on 7/22 and 7/25 but has not heard back. The customer can reach him at [redacted]

[redacted], City Manager, has left a message but has not heard back from the customer as of today. He can be reached on his cell # at [redacted]. He looks forward to addressing this matter further.
