I have confirmed that information placed on the website regarding our score send policy was updated prior the deadline to add score recipients. Based on that information, the terms and conditions the student / parent agreed to when registering, and the final date to add score sends being placed on the admission ticket, no exception will be made in this case

This states that we must answer the question above for the complaint to be closed. There is no question provided to answer. We provided the option for the student to test based on our policies and guidelines that were agreed to by the student at the time of registration

The student's scores are now available and the parent has been advised via phone this afternoon. No refund will be issued for the November exam as the student tested and utilized testing materials, therefore fees are valid. In regards to rushing the scores, per the FAQ's on our website,
rush reporting should not be utilized at this time. The cost to send scores is also valid as the free score recipients were not used on the October registration

After I filed my complaint yesterday with Revdex.com, I received an email a little over hours later from a representative of the College Board at the Virginia headquarters, *** *** He resolved the issue immediately, requesting I email copies of my written requests, which I did; I then got a written confirmation shortly thereafter that the scores were made permanent Coincidentally, I got a notice from *** around the same time this morning that someone had signed for and claimed my second written request at the Miami post office This has been resolved fully, expediently, and I am pleased However, I wish the average Joe didn't have to go through weeks and weeks of rigamarole to get a simple answer from the College Board

Our AP Program has confirmed that they have been in contact with the parent / student to discuss this issue and a retake of the exam has been offered. The customer indicated that they have been out of town and will respond to the option letter that was sent to them by 8/**

Student scores are available as of this morning (7/**/17). Called and spoke to father to advise. We spoke about concerns with our process and the call center experience as a whole. Advised I will follow up on these issues and if anything further is needed he could contact me

However, the test taker did not complain during the exam that there was any noise, talking or other distractions. She did not lodge a complaint with the test center that she had been distracted during testing. Because she did not lodge a complaint with the testing center at the time of
the exam, the center did not submit a CPR to document the test taker’s reported issues CLEP Services received the initial complaint on August ***. Her initial email only commented on a man behind her making noise, there was no mention of a proctor. The test taker’s email lacked information needed for CLEP Services to positively locate her account, so they responded by email asking for further information from her. She responded to that request with another email on August *** CLEP Services spoke to Sandra M***, the proctor. She stated that the test taker made no complaint during the exam nor immediately after finishing the exam Because CLEP Services was unable to verify her claims, and the system shows she answered all questions and exited the exam with minutes left, her request to waive the retest policy and a voucher to retake the exam was denied The test taker submitted an appeal on the ***, where she added the detail about the proctor also causing distractions by talking during the exam. This is the part we are attempting to get a response from the test center about The test taker scored a on the exam After the retest waiting period of 3-months has elapsed, CLEP Services can assist the test taker with finding another test center to take the exam at

Per our website and the Question-and-Answer Service order form and our website (***), the service should be received 8-weeks from the date of score release for the test administration in which it is ordered.Score release from the
October exam was October **, 2016. The customer’s order was sent for fulfillment on November **. At this time, we are still within our published 8-week time frame for delivery of the service. Customer Care Specialist, Arielle S***, advised the customer of this information on December *, 2016. She also asked that if the customer sees different information on our website, to please provide a link to that page so that we can further investigate

The customer test date was changed at no charge due to the issue with the test materials. The QAS service is not offered to any test takers for June and the student has been refunded for the $fee that was paid. Customer Care Specialist, Tia B***, has provided her direct contact
information in the event that the student has additional questions or issues

My reason for stating College Board is erroneous when providing this information Clearly Jessica is UNAWARE of the test she claims are the same I have left messages at the Regional Managers Office without any response We are talking about a test taken in when thus was known as the College Entrance Examination Board, which perhaps Jessica may be unaware of PEAA and PEAU are exams given in Latin America and Puerto Rico for those who are college boundPuerto Rico is U.Sterritory, HOWEVER as clearly indicated on College Boards document the exam given is a part exam First part guven in Spanish for PR universities and the English portion given for all universities as these scores are to be considered when converting to SAT scores College Board has reluctantly refused to look at ALL documentation, and do what they've indicated on THEIR documents they are to do based on their published documentation which THEY hold!!! And has me running around in circles because no one wants to take responsibility for what is put out for their customers!!! Response from Lead Customer Care Specialist, Jessica B***:I personally spoke to *** *** on 9/* at which time, I did ask her to give me some time to locate the fax she sent. On Tuesday, 9/*, The information she stated she faxed was located and was an email that she had sent. I called her back and left her a voice message asking for her to follow up with me to discuss. I provided *** *** with my direct contact information when we spoke on 9/* and provided again in my voicemail on 9/*.The exam *** *** took was the PEAU (now referred to as the PAA) which is not the SAT. It is an exam taken in Puerto Rico for the purpose of College Admission in Puerto Rico. Scores from the PEAU exam cannot be converted on an official report to SAT scores. While we do offer conversion tool which *** *** is in possession of (they were part of the email she sent), it specifically states on those documents that other factors should be taken into consideration when converting scores because of the difference in these two exam. I mentioned these factors in my initial Revdex.com response. *** *** has a copy of her PEAU scores which is the only service we can provide. Those scores were as they were at the time she took the exam in November of 1977. We do not offer any other score reporting options including drafting reports with converted scores

attempt to locate testing materialsI recommended to *** ***, to follow up with ***’s PSAT coordinator and request they perform a facilities search of the testing siteI advised her that I would contact her as soon as we had an update and I provided her with my contact information for follow up questions I worked with our management and scoring teams to locate testing materialsWe performed a physical search of our facilities and we did not locate testing materialsI spoke with *** *** on the phone today, January *** to advise of our investigation resultsI explained the search process and that we were unable to locate testing materialsAs *** is looking to apply for a National Merit Scholarship, I encouraged her to contact National Merit and provided information regarding alternate entry for that scholarship programThe customer stated she wanted to investigate further to try again to locate scoresI advised her that she should contact her PSAT coordinator to perform a facilities search of the testing center*** *** advised she would reach out to her PSAT coordinator for further investigation

regarding fulfillment in his account reflected under the City, State information was Ewing, NJ. *** has been advised that this location is where his score report was sent from and the report is still in the process of being delivered within the appropriate timeframe. As the customer advised of an October **, deadline, as a courtesy, we have emailed a secure PDF copy of his score report to a direct contact at PrepScholar
