The hold has been removed from the customer account. The customer has been refunded for the test fee twice. Once is from the credit card chargeback, and the other is from the refund issued by College Board. The customer will be responsible for paying back one of those charges

At this time, I have been contacted directly by The College Board regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Customer Care Specialist, *** ***, has made two attempts to reach out to the customer to discuss this issue but has not heard back. At this point, we are waiting for the school that administered the exam to contact us back before next steps can be determined. The customer can also
follow up with their AP coordinator if they have additional questions

This student's SAT scores were canceled due to the misadministration of her makeup test and due to this being the final administration of that version of the SAT The College Board is unable to adminster another makeup or a new test date for that version of the test.Customer Service has
contacted the customer and provided information about the situation and offered available options to take a future administration of the SAT or be provided with a full refundA refund was accepted and has been issued

Per customer care specialist *** *** The parent of the student originally contacted our customer service department on October **, concerned about a charge received concerning the student’s October *, SAT registrationThe charge was for adding the essay on test dayAs per
the understanding of parent, on test day the Test Proctor distribute the SAT with Essay test materials although students are registered only for the SAT.The parent of the student contacted our customer service department again on November *, concerned that the student’s SAT scores from October *, had not been released and there had been no follow up to his previous contactThe customer service representative attempted to transfer the parent to the appropriate department for details on the student’s delayed scores, but the parent refused to be transferredAn escalation was created instead. The College Board resolved the irregularity that resulted in the student’s delayed scores and in the process of doing so the billing concerns were also rectified. On November *, I contacted the parent of Eden to advise that the student’s October *, SAT scores were available to view and sendI also advised that the charge for the essay had been refundedThe parent thanked me for my assistance and reported that his issue was resolved

Per Case Manger *** ***I left a voicemail with *** *** on Thursday, April *** advising her that I would be further investigating the issue and would respond to her on Monday with any updatesI was provided more information from the AP program on Monday, April *** and contacted ***
*** *** *** confirmed that she spoke with James M*** (Test Taker Advocacy) on Thursday afternoon, April *** James advised the student that her AP score report was processed to her home address free of charge and he provided her with the tracking number on Friday, April ***The AP program confirmed the information and also confirmed that the refund request has been processed for the original order in the amount of $I again contacted the student and advised her that the refund has been processed and the timeframe of 5-business days The student did review the tracking information and her AP score report is scheduled to arrive today

Information regarding making changes can be found on our website at the link below.***This process is completed through the student's online account or by calling customer service and paying the change fee. The system will not allow the photo update until the registration is changed because photos can only be updated on registrations days prior to the exam. Since the registration on file is old and the test date has passed, we are out of this time frame for that registration

The students SAT scores are available via their online account. They have been available on the account since payment was received and processed on 7/**/

Good Afternoon, I received a third rejection for complaint ID ***. We have explained our process and policy to this parent numerous times. She appears to be rejecting our responses solely based on the fact that she is not receiving the answer that she wants. Good Morning, ***'s scores had to undergo and exception scoring process due to the student submitting a duplicate answer sheet on the day of the exam. The student's scores are now available and can be viewed via their online account. Thanks!

I have issued a full refund and notified the parent by phone this afternoon. This is an exception that we offer for refunds and I will follow up with our call center regarding why it was not offered from the beginning. I provided my direct contact information in the event of further
questions or issues

This will remain their word against mineWebsites can be changed/updated at any timeI have no way of proving if it said that or not at the time my daughter and I were searching their websiteAll I can tell you is that my daughter and I looked over their website on all pages concerning sending scores and the only information we could find was that students received nine days after taking a test to send four free score reports to four colleges of their choiceThat is what I took a screen shot of and sent to you in my first complaintAt best, then, they have contradictory information on their website unless they have changed that page as wellIt still remains really, really strange to me that in all of my correspondence and communication with their representatives during all of this time period that no one ever directed me to the page or information mentioned in their reply to youNevertheless, there is no need for you to continue to try to resolve this case, because I give upYou can just list me as an unsatisfied customer for life with this company on an issue that will not be resolvedTrying to communicate with this company is like talking to a brick wallAs I stated earlier, they do not have to cooperate with people, because our children are forced to take their test to get into collegeWe are forced to pay whatever ridiculous fees they chargeThey do not have to worry about customer service, because we have no choice but to be their customers if our children are trying to go to collegeMy daughter has taken another testI will use those scores instead of her SAT scores whenever possible as she is applying to collegesSo far I have only had to pay for scores to be sent to one collegeI hope that is the only one that I will have to pay for, and I am extremely thankful that this is my youngest childI don't have to deal with this company ever againHowever, that will not help all of the others that will have to deal with them in the futureI feel for them!
