At Enterprise Rent A Car we place great emphasis on customer service and we
appreciate the feedback submitted by Jeff S*** in regards to his rental experience at our Wayne location
Upon receiving this complaint our Area Manager called *** *** to review his concerns about his damage claim with our company. He also reviewed previous transactions for the vehicle related to this claim and found no previous damage documented. As a result of their discussion we agreed to waive and refund $to *** ***, which is a portion of the claim total as a means of customer service.
Based on our write off and the result of our Area Manager's discussion with *** ***, we consider this issue resolved. Again we appreciate his feedback as we place great value on exceeding our customers' expectations. As such we would welcome the opportunity to handle any of his future transportation needs

I have no information that represents this is from Enterprise CarShare in Washington DC metro area

I spoke to the customer and apologized for the issues she was having. The card should have been refunded right after the contract was void. For some reason her card service did not void the authorization on the card and is taking her an extended period of time to get her funds
back. She still has not received her funds. I told her we do not have them anymore, in fact we do not even have access to her card information because the ticket was voided. I also agreed to refund her for the $fees that she used on Uber. She is happy with our decisions and understands now why it happened. You can consider this issue resolved

Our Area Manager spoke to *** *** and refunded him the hourly upgrade charge. Total refund is $164.50. The issue was successfully resolved

concerns. After researching this case our Area Manager notified *** *** that $was refunded to her *** account on 11/5/15. He also requested that we issue an additional refund of $66.67. Check number *** was issued on 11/9/in the amount of $66.67.As a result of their conversation and the issuance of two separate refunds, we consider this case resolved. Again we thank *** *** for her feedback as our company places great value in exceeding our customers expectations. I am rejecting this response because: I had a professional witness present tell me that the small indentation was older damage and again....couldn't be noticed unless the car was jacked up on its sideThis was missed during the walk around by the agent or intentionally passed on to me when the vehicle was returnedNO FURTHER PAYMENT will be paid by me or my Insurance Company

Hello, we have only been able to communicate through email though multiple messages have been left by us and the customer. We did waive the costs as outlined in an email from our Risk Supervisor to the customer

We have elected to not pursue the customer for this amount. The Area Manager has called and spoke to the customer regarding this claim

I need to add another bill that I just received today in the mail from Enterprise Leasing. It is an additional 216.17. Also I realize that when they give you the sales talk outside they do say a day for PAI. I have no
recollection of the DW charge for insurance. I clearly remember the statement from Rob G***. So in total I want my refunded to my credit card and the bill removed.
Please advise if I need to file another complaint or add this to the original
