I used the moisturizer I received it from work as a gift I reordered with them Customer service gave me 30% off everything I bought I was really happy I'm surprised to read these bad reviews maybe people should read what they sign up for the have a trial and a straight sale I choice onetime I had no problem

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIn response to the letter sent by the company, I can assure you I read the entire terms and conditions and no where in the terms and conditions was there any mention of a day trial period, future shipments or needing to cancel. Had the terms mention any of those things I would have followed such terms, however since they did not I was totally shocked when another shipment came and my account had been charged twice. That is when I called the company and that is when I found out. I received shipments, one in Dec and one Jan and neither shipment had any paperwork, statement, invoice or terms attached to or inside of the box . I'm not sure where they are getting May and all my shipmentsThe second shipment was returned and refundedThey said it was to late to return first shipment and would not refund my money. I contact the company after each charge spoke with rep and supervisor and knew that it was a scam business and I would get no where with them and contacted youThere letter truly makes no sense and the pictures they sent were not on the site I went toThey just seem to say any. Do you really think people would miss that information if it was on the site twice that large and sent in the shipment as well, impossible! It was never revealedI never agreed to those terms and would like my money refunded

I ordered from BeauteMD during an online promotional offer in which I was to pay shipping and handling. The product arrived promptly with email confirmation.
What was extremely poorly disclosed (locked away in terms and conditions, customer service tells me) is that this is a free product ONLY if you cancel some sort of membership within 14 days. I ALWAYS LOOK to see if an offer comes attached to a membership. This membership was NOT disclosed in an upfront manner and reeks of misrepresentation and dishonesty. It on one situation to "forget to cancel," which happens. This was a situation in which I had no idea a charge of any kind was coming.
I called the company to contest the charge. They refused to refund the charge. Instead, a supervisor eventually offered to either (1) provide a 50% discount or (2) waive the $30 restocking fee.
Stay away from this business. There are far more forthright, honest companies with whom to do business.

I contacted my bank today and I did receive my $175.00 but not shipping of $2.95 & $12.95 that I paid to return certified mail.  There is a few false statements in they're what I would call a FORM LETTER response since in the end of the letter they refer to ME as Ms. [redacted]? 2xs.  Also they claim to have emailed me, that is a bold face lie,  there NEVER EVER EMAILED ME!  Also I don't recall any of there policy of 14 days to respond on the order form online, it is on the BOTTOM OF THE SHIPPING BOX, which I never saw until 2mths later when 2nd shipment came, this is when I contacted them to cancel.  They then would not give me a RMA #,they told me they would give me a partial refund if I stop the collection procedures through my bank.  Of course I didn't I didn't trust them.  I will learn from this experience.  Thanks for all your assistance. have declined. Informed cu she is in the rears for the trial charge. offered cu to settle account for one time fee of 25$ to avoid
the collections process and settle the account. cu declined to settle acct. upset with the trial dates and terms. cu stated she is
not paying anything because of the advertising and will report it. cu hung up. cc on acct in invalid. emailed cu to return the product
post marked today only to stop the collections process. acct stopped from all future transactions as of today 2/24. (collections)
The representative then sent the customer an email requesting to send the product back to close her account and avoid collection
fees. Please see attached of the email sent to the customer.
On 2/27/14, our returns dept. processed her return:
02/27/2014 03:13pm - [redacted] - cu has returned product within the 14 day trial period with more than 50% remaining, post
marked 02/24/14 (the agreed date). account has already been cancelled of any further recurring transactions per the cus request on
02/24/14 when contacting call center.
The customer was only billed $2.95 for shipping and handling. The card on file was declined and the cu was never billed for the trial
charge of $87.50. 
We have cancelled the customer's recurring subscription on 2/24/14 when they contacted our call center. They will no longer receive
any products or charges from us. Again, the customer was NOT BILLED FOR THE TRIAL CHARGE OF $87.50. There is no credit to process.

The customer contacted past trial with concerns of the trial charge. The customer claimed that the product was free. Again,
only offer a trial offer where customers are able to try the product for free during their trial. 
Customers are billed after their trial period for the product already received if they do not cancel.
We have yet to receive any packages back from the customer. Had the customer  cancelled their recurring within trial period,
we would have provided him a Return Merchandise Authorization number to include in the package when returning the
remainder 50% of the product. Had he returned the product postmarked, his account would have not been charged further.
No RMA number was ever authorized for the customer.  Please notice the cancellation email dated April 7, 2014, the first time
the customer contacted our call center.
We have cancelled the customer's recurring subscription on 4/7/14 when they contacted our call center. They will no longer receive
any products or charges from us.

I understand the Complaint Involves: Customer Services Issues 
We apologize for any inconvenience that the customer has been through. We have records of the customer contacting our call center a few times. First, [redacted] contacted our call center on 10/24/14 already past her trial period. The representative offered the customer store credit. In order to utilize the store credit, the customer had to contact our call center and order directly from them. Unfortunately, the store credits aren't applicable to the website. This way, the customer also receives a discounted price instead of the retail price. The customer contacted our afterhours call center on 10/27/14. By the end of the call, the representative issued the customer a full refund in lieu of the store credit. [redacted] refund of $87.50 was processed on 10/27/14.
