We spoke with Mrs [redacted] daughter on 01-30-put her mom on the dnc/dns list and mailed them a return label ....we are just waiting to receive the product back

We mailed the check on 09-14-and it cleared the bank for the $postage refund check #***, sorry it has taken longer then it should

We will send a return label to close out the account and put them on DNC/DNC list as well..We are sorry for the inconvenience

The sale was placed on 03-24-, We have Mrs [redacted] recorded placing the order, Fedex smartpost delthe packageto the customer 03-25-@ 1:pm [redacted] Tracking Mrs [redacted] called on 05-06-saying she did not receive the packageWe traced it and Fedex could not prove delivery We closed her account on 06-01-and we sent a letter to her as well

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Whoever from the company that wrote this response is lying! My husband DID tell them that the product was NOT working! Also, they did NOT offer to reimburse ANYTHING to me when I called them at ANY time...they said we HAD to pay the FULL price and that there was NO warrantyThe reason that they spoke to me more than my husband is because he has been ill and I DID tell them that NUMEROUS times!!! They NEVER, EVER offered any reimbursement, but rather told me that they could do whatever they wanted...that my banking info was destroyed (after I went to the bank and had that done and established a new debit/*** card)...and they hung up on me! When I called back to complain about how unprofessional it was, the manager was rude to me and said that no one (employee) had reported any incident to her at any timeI told her I was doing so now, and would not EVER purchase anything from them again in the future due to the way i'd been treated and that they had falsely advertised their warrantyShe again, told me my banking info was destroyed and hung up! So NO, I do NOT agree with the response and WOULD gladly accept an entire reimbursement, should they offer it to me! That is the ONLY avenue, from them, that I would find acceptable at this point!!! The account in question from us has been closed since 07-14-when we received the product back, and that is the only account we have this yearThe ones prior are closed as well Thank you

They can return the product, once we receive the product back the account will be cleared...Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The merchant made statements in his response: I was not told that Dad could have a refund or that he could return the shipment As of right now, yesterday's charge is still pending on the credit card account I understand that the merchant might not follow up with a bill to the credit card company In that case, the pending charge will remain on the account for (as I recall) days and then be removed by the credit card company.Thus, I reject the merchant's response today and cannot possibly accept it until the current pending charge ($149.55) is removed by the bank.I still think Dad should also be reimbursed for the $pressured out of him in 2014.I am also still astounded by the volume of "business" the merchant claims to do Here are a few easily found references to demonstrate that this business' predatory practices have been the subject of consumer complaints for many years.SEE ALSO [redacted] and (a slap on the wrist) [redacted] and [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Mrs [redacted] ordered the product on 01-27-, and the instructions say use the product weekly until the problem clears .not just once, so please what you have left weekly , to stop the smell and gurgling to show you how well this works.I cleared your account she has a zero balance and we refund her as welland remove you from our records.we are sorry for the misunderstanding

We have no calls going to this number , and her husband was a customer of ours in 2001, please get the number they are calling fromand that number has been out of the system and stored since

Mr [redacted] never paid for anything, he just needs to return the product and his account will cleared ...he ordered it on 11-14-months agoWe also asked for the copy of his pump out as well Once we receive the product back the account will be closed

Mrs [redacted] last order from us was 03-04-purchase price of one payment at that time her daughter called and asked that she be removed from the list as we did take her off she was put dnc/dns list , then on 06-25-her daughter called again saying we were selling here and charging her credit card it was not us I explained she has been on our in house do not ship list since 03-04-

We received the product back 11-the account is closed and they are removed from our records

We never received any return of the product back, as we state for customers when they return it back to us make a copy of the postage receipt , put the copy in the box or mail it separately and keep the original for there records for tracking and for postage refundWe cleared her account and sent a zero balance letter out Thank you
