We are selling our house in Dundee. After we accepted an offer, the buyers inspection determined excessive levels of radon, which we learned are very typical in the Dundee hills since the type of soil best for growing grapes is also likely to generate radon.
We hired Environmental Works to resolve the problem. The first system they installed brought it way down, but not low enough. They modified that system, and it brought the levels down more, but just over EPA guidelines. They then installed a second system which brought down the radon levels way under EPA guidelines.
They were prompt, professional, efficient and affordable. They have my highest recommendation for radon mitigation and remediation.

We installed a heat pump and removed the oil furnace. To eliminate future oil leaks and environmental problems we wanted to remove the under-ground oil tank. We talked to several companies and Environmental Works was the most knowledgeable and made the best proposal. They recommended decommissioning the tank rather than removal. This would eliminate any future environmental problems at a much lower cost. They handled all the permits, work, tests and certifications wonderfully. All the employees doing the work were excellent. I would recommend Environmental Works for any project like this.

Excellent and Prompt service details

Excellent company did an amazing job for us to get our Radon levels down through a mitigation device while also having to repair a mitigation device placed in our home by another company that was leaking and not bringing down our Radon levels. Also was very caring. We thank them for their excellent and professional work and they finished in a timely manner and cleaned up any mess they made. will definitely refer this company to others.

These guys were hired to do a Radon & Sewer inspection for a home I was purchasing in Portland, OR. I was not present when the inspection was performed however, they informed myself and my real estate agent with the results in a professional and prompt manner. They provided us with an actual video of the testing which I found interesting and provided me with a peace of mind for knowing that the sewer pipelines were clean and in an excellent condition. Seeing the actual footage makes a huge difference compared to just reading the results.
Both testing results were promptly delivered via e-mails to myself and my agent.
