signed contract with EnviSmart to install solar panel system at my house in ***, *** in July 2017. EnviSmart contacted a local contractor, revamped total cost (downward) for my job. Resigned contract at lower price in October 2017. Work stated in Jan 2018. EnviSmart rep was in continuous contact with me until March 2018 when he disappeared. So did the money in my *** account!!! (Paid to EnviSmart) Local contractor finished outside installation and we turned on the system. At this point someone changed my *** account to E-Grid Tech. Without notifying me! And I am left with boxes of uninstalled attic insulation AND WITHOUT documentation of the system installed, no final DETAILED invoice, no maintenance or users manuals and NO REBATE CHECK.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

Regards,

Susan Henderson

Forwarded additional informaation via e-mail to ***. There is a lot more to address before I can close this action.

Purchased panels from salesman *** on 9/28/18. At that time, we were told the total purchase price would be $49,950, with a manufacturers refund of $1800. The payment was to be $261. The $1800 refund was going to be applied to the loan making the payments for the first year $111. We were told that the permitting, installation and turn on time frame was approx 4 weeks and *** told us we would be up and running by the end of October. We were also told that the loan typically took 2-3 months to process and that payments wouldn't start until December or January, but if they did start prior to the panels being turned on, the company would refund all payments until the panels were activated.
At the end of October, the panels were delivered to the wrong address (not too far and it was corrected fairly quickly, but this shows the company's lack of ability to do anything right) and were moved to our house. The installation took a few days and they were not consecutive. The installer would work for a day them come back the next week. The install was done the first half of November. (I don't have the exact date, I was in the hospital giving birth to our daughter.)
We had no communication from *** or the company during this time. I did receive a call from the finance company in late November to verify the loan info and was told that the actual amount of the loan would be $265 and would start on January 2.
We called the *** customer service number and left messages multiple times and never had a return call. We finally reached out to *** when the panels hadn't been turned on in December and we were told that they would be done soon, and he also reiterated that we would be receiving the $1800 refund and would be reimbursed for the January payment. He said that there was a delay with *** Electric and the approval process there.

One January 14, we got a text from *** saying that the final inspection would be done that week and refunds, etc would be issued immediately after activation. That never happened. My husband responded to the text that this time frame was unacceptable and we did not get a response.

On February 2, 2019 we called *** and asked for a contact to cancel the deal, have the panels removed and get the money refunded fully. At the point, what was supposed to be a 4-6 week process had turned into a 4 month process and still wasn't done, We had paid 2 payments and were still paying our full utility bill. *** said he would have a manager call us ASAP. The manager, ***, called on February 3, spoke to my husband. He said that he wanted to keep our business and asked what he could do to keep it. After a couple minutes of non-committal back and forth, he said that since he was the director he could could get our money to us immediately and would call back later that afternoon with an offer to keep us as customers. He was saying at that time 10-15% discount. We did not receive any of the promised funds and he never called us back.
We waited until the next week and still didn't hear a word from anyone, but we have, since then, had random people show up three different times saying they are here to "Fix the panels for inspection." If they haven't ever been turned on, it's a huge concern that they need to be fixed.
We reached out to *** again on Feb 25 and said that we want the panels removed and all funds refunded, we need the manager to call or we would be contacting the Revdex.com for help. *** responded later that day and apologized, saying that he would have *** reach out to us.
*** called at 1:30 eastern time that day and said that after reviewing our contract he couldn't give the additional 10-15% but could do 1-2 extra payments. He also said that if we were threatening legal action, he would not continue to talk to us and would have his attorney call instead. He also said that per the contract, we would be responsible for 25% of the panels if we wanted them removed. My husband told him that we would rather just resolve this and he said he would call back in about an hour, at 1:30 Texas time. We have not received that call.
This morning (Feb 28), we had two men show up to fix the panels again. No warning, no notification. When questioned, I was told that the inspection will be tomorrow. We do not want the inspection, we want this entire disaster to go away.

In April, 2018,I signed up Envirosolar to have solar installed on my house. They did it in a timely matter, we set up automatic payment, and a schedule of events to happen. Once we got to the final phase for final inspection and start up, nothing. For 2 months I'm being billed for my setup, but I'm not even up and running. I called 3 different times, and got the run around, until the 4th, plus an email, I got results. My other part of this, is that initially I was suppose to get a $1300 cash rebate, so iould help pay for my solar sheet installation. I was given them initially and my responsibility to have installed. They told that local contractors charge @$500 to $750 but after researching it, it was up to $1500-$2500. The worst part, the last 6 months I've been calling for my rebate, again the run around; we're working on it, it's a different department, we're checking with my manager, etc. I asked for a manager, he said it would be mailed on on 21st December; I called them on 17th Dec, 2018. I called again on Jan 2nd, to the main office in Ft Worth, and said her manager would call me on Monday, the 7th, no call. So here I am with you

EnviroSolar Response • Jan 18, 2019

We apologize for this customers rebate experience.

This customers check was sent by overnight delivery on 1/11.

The original date that the customer was given was the date in which the check went to Accounting for processing.

All checks have to go through a processing and verification period in which could take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

At this time, we have confirmed that this check has been received and that the customers concerns have been addressed in totality.

Customer Response • Jan 18, 2019

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made tby the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

However, the remark made by the business, stating about original date given is false. We had been going back and forth on the rebate for months. They never ever gave me a date and 3 week process period. I was orinally told I would shortly receive the rebate after signing up to help with the insulation sheet installation. There statement is a lie. Yes,I did receive the check on the 15th at noon, not on their date stated. I called Revdex.com to inform them I had received it.

Regards

I had solar installed by envirosolar on July 12th, 2018. I was told that it would be monitored, and I would be notified if the solar was not functioning up to par or if any of my major appliances were using more energy than usual indicating a need for replacement or repair. My solar stopped functioning on November 7th, 2017, less than 4 months after installation. I noticed this on November 15th but checking my sense app. I was not notified a problem was occurring with my solar. I contacted Envirosolar on November the 15th 2018. I was told that they would come out and check out the system. I called again several days later as no one had made contact with me and I was told that the inverter was bad and a new one had to be ordered and it would take 2-3 weeks. I called back on Dec. 13th and was told the part came in Dec. 3rd and he was not sure why I had not been contacted to schedule a repair time but he would contact them to schedule the repair. I called back on Dec. 15th, 19th, 23rd and today the 26th with the same run-around. They actually tried to tell me today they were still waiting for the part. When I reminded them they had already told me the part was in Dec. 3rd the person agreed and told me she would have Alexis who is responsible for the repair call me. I have not received a call. I also told them with one of the calls back in November that one of the solar fans they installed is not working and has never been seen working.

We are actively working with this customer to address their concerns at this time.

There was an improperly communicated shipping delay regarding the delivery of this customers replacement inverter.

This has been address with our internal department as well as our supplier.

The replacement will be delivered this week and we will contact the customer to schedule our technician to go out and install.

This customer has been assigned to a more tenured Solar Concierge to ensure that communication remains proactive and consistent.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused.

We signed the contract a few months ago. We was told by the salesman that we wouldn't have to pay an electric bill and the loan payment at the same time. Month 2 and we are paying both bills. Our first payment was almost a month ago and I'm still waiting on my "refund" from last month.
The company came and installed the panels, but a different company has to come out and do the electrical side. They came out 1 time and installed new box in my house. Now, one box is still working while the other is there for decoration I guess. The city did not approve the new box because the job was only half done.
My husband was called by the company and was told to switch it over. When he did, nothing happened because THE ELECTRICAL JOB IS STILL NOT DONE! 2 months later.
We are unhappy with our service and treatment of everything. We are told "we are working on it" but nothing seems to be finished or done about it. Everytime I call the salesman he never answers and gets back to me days later saying "it's still in process" or "they are working on it".
They seem to say whatever they need to say to "buy more time" so we will stop complaining.
I would not recommend. It's ridiculous at how slow they move to fix the customers problem.

Company representative grossly over stated the production value and storage capability of our system. Company financial representative grossly understated the monthly payment of the system.
Company representative told us the system would average 1135 KWH a month over the year producing about $135 a month average in savings and cost $140 a month. As electricity costs increased our savings would pass our payment up. Representative also said the system stored energy to run by itself for 2 to 3 weeks in the summer, 2 to 3 days in the winter.
In truth the system had no storage capacity whatsoever, produced only a $72 a month average savings and after the introduction period of no monthly payments they are asking for $875 a month in payments.
These shortcomings were noticed almost immediately and I have been calling, emailing and writing the company to rectify the system to preform and cost as sold or to uninstall it.
Company verbally says they will fix the problem but they never do and provide no written response as to what they are willing to do to fix or remove the system.
Our credit is getting ruined and we might have to fight a possible lien on our home.

We are attempting to make contact with this customer.

We would like to provide him with an offer to assist with his system concerns.

We have also reached out to this customer via email to further discuss the offer.

We are hoping to bring this matter to complete resolve by the end of the week.

We purchased solar panels which were installed in 2017 at my house in ***. My husband is active duty military and we recently moved out of state. I have called this company no less than 65 times in the last several months trying to get my solar panels scheduled for move to my new house. Only 1 time was I able to reach an actual person, who said I would receive a callback the next day. Didn’t happen. I also left one voice mail which was not returned and a second one that was returned only because I mentioned filing a Revdex.com complaint. The person that called me back said that it was being scheduled and I should have a callback by Wed, Oct 31st. Didn’t happen. Meanwhile, we are paying for two mortgages until the panels are moved. I’ve given the company more than ample time to respond only to have them fail to live up to their commitments.Horrendous customer service, especially for the cost of the product.

Their number plays a recording, puts you in a queue for 10 seconds, then prompts you to leave a message, which rarely gets returned. I have worked in customer service for many years and this is no way to keep customers.

We previously experienced technical difficulties regarding a prior customer service assistance number.

This error has now been corrected and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

We have also reached out to our Project Management Dept. and they are preparing an invoice for the customer for the uninstall/reinstall of their panels.

We will ensure that this customer is introduced to their dedicate QA team and that their concerns are addressed.

This customer can expect a call no later than Monday.

I am rejecting this response because:

Yet again, the company did not meet their commitment as I did not receive a phone call on Monday. I’m addition, the salesman informed us that if were to move after having the panels installed, the company would move our panels once for free, so why would an invoice be required?

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:although the company finally contacted me twice in follow up to the request, the representative was unable to provide a thorough update on the second call (which was requested on the first call), and hasn’t called back since. My husband finally called and demanded that they be moved by last week. We had a date set of 11/29. However, on 11/28, we were told that although the panels could be removed, a roofer was not available until Monday 12/3, so I rescheduled for 12/3 so they could be done same day. The panels were removed, however, the roofer never showed up to do the repairs, thus leaving the house vulnerable to damage from weather. The house is on the market and their lack of urgency could result in additional issues, which could delay a sale. They claim they will fix any damage resulting from this issue, but due to the track record of failed commitments, I’m not confident that it will be addressed as indicated. in addition,we still have not been given a resolution to installing the panels at our current residence.

My list of complaints are as follows:
1. I believe that this company forged my signature.
2. My system is not properly installed (complete) and they started in April 2017. It is now September 2018.
3. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get assistance when you call the company. We have worked with 4 reps locally as well as 2 project managers, 3 quality assurance people, and a bank person.
4. We have no way to monitor our system. The monitoring app we were told about has not worked since October 2017.
5. Our bills are all over the place. We have never had a bill that even resembled what was discussed at the point of sale.
6. Without giving names, our sales person and contractor who did the install both stated they were not paid and that this company has shady business practices.
7. The financing information in the contract that was provided to me-I have never seen it. I never laid eyes on it until the finance company, *** sent it to me upon request.

EnviroSolar Response • Sep 25, 2018

's contract, completion documents, and a copy of an endorsed rebate check we sent her are all attached here to show the same signature on all documents. Her contract was not forged. She signed completion documents which stated that everything on her contract was installed and her project was complete. One of these completion documents was from her lender, and she signed that, too. Later, she signed the back of a rebate check sent to her by *** and deposited it. All these signatures match. It is also standard procedure to perform a quality control call immediately following the sale while the sales rep is still in the customer's home. This call is between our credit department and our customer, and runs through a series of very routine questions about the package the customer has purchased from us and the terms of the loan they've taken out to finance the package. We have the recording of ***'s QC call, and in it she very clearly agrees to the terms of her loan with *** (now ***).

In regard to her concerns about her production, bill savings, and monitoring, our quality assurance department will reach out again to assist her with remote troubleshooting and a bill analysis. We will make sure she has the correct contact information. Our quality assurance department comprises of 12 people currently who are monitoring the phones from 10am to 5pm Mondays through Fridays, and we pride ourselves on zero dropped calls during those hours. We are happy to assist *** with any concerns she may have, but we are absolutely certain her contract and loan documents were not forged and she was made fully aware of the terms both before and after the install.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:I have correspondence and call records showing where I attempted to get help and NEVER received a call back. I have sought assistance from a lawyer and will find resolution that way. Yes I received a rebate check because our project director looked back over our install, we did not have the number of panels we should have had, and he asked us to lie and sign off on project completion so that *** could be paid. After we signed that document, it went from bad to worse because of course the company had their money, it didn’t matter if we were happy.

We have attempted to make contact with this customer.

We are aware of her concerns and are working to establish contact in order to ensure that she can successfully monitor her panels.

We most recently left a voicemail for the customer and sent an email regarding the necessary steps to initiate monitoring.

In order to evaluate the customers savings, we will need to review the customers bills to successfully address any concerns.

We will have a manager oversee the progression of this customers project as our goal is to get this resolved to the customers satisfaction.

I am rejecting this response because:
My signatures in fact DO NOT match, I have retained legal counsel, and I will not be communicating directly with the company any further.

To respond and contact me after attempts since October2017 only AFTER a Revdex.com shows the lack of concern, horrible customer service and

regard for customer satisfaction. I repeat, I just want them gone.
Regards

Evnismart is the company in which I purchased a solar panel array for our home. Recently we have experienced a 50% reduction in solar power and have repeatedly attempted to contact the company to help us get the system up and running correctly. We have tried every phone number available and have left messages on the numbers that would allow us to leave messages. Most numbers that we called just never get answered. The system is under warranty so other company tell us to work with Envismart.

One of our quality assurance representatives will be reaching out to *** today to provide him with his contact information so *** always knows who to call or email when he needs assistance. In addition, we will work on a resolution for his production concerns beginning with collecting his electric bills and scheduling a service check if necessary. His quality assurance rep will work with him on specifics for how we are going to resolve as soon as we have some more details from him about the concerns.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ENVISMART,
In November 2016 some of there sales person came to my house and they said all this good stuff about why there are the best in solar, they promised arm and leg in what we will get in return, to make my story short they promised us a rebate of $2400 after we make our first payment and also promised to refinanced it a year later for 0 interest for 1 year but all this was all lie, and the worst part of it all is that they will not reply to my mail or even answer my call.
SO ONCE THEY SUCK YOU IN YOU ARE A NOBOBY FROM THERE.

To Whom it May Concern,

I do not expect much to come out of this email since all previous efforts to receive help have gone without response. We purchased solar panels through the affiliate company Envirosolar located in Austin and we were lied to and screwed over, big time. We were told that we would get help from the company to refinance our loan in less than a year to get lower interest rates and I have this in writing. Our loan was also for 52 panels, we only received 37 on our house. So where did the other money go? We are being raked over the coals because of this companies lies via salespeople. This has been the worst experience of my life and has set my family back immensely when it was supposed to move us forward, save money, and help the environment. Every time we call to get this all figured out, we are asked to hold for 3 to 5 minutes and then told we will be called back with an answer and never hear back. This has been the situation since December of 2017. This is beyond ridiculous and straight fraud by deception as well as fraud. Our loan covered more than we receive yet it was not deducted from the loan amount. I would like to receive a response within the next 48 hours before going to the media as well as lawyers to move forward with being so wronged.

Thank you for your time

One of our executives have been in touch with *** to resolve these issues. He has discussed refinancing and her expectations for her loan payment and interest rate with her, and he has requested her electric bills so he can look into any savings or lack of since she's had the solar system, which he has determined to be working well and producing as expected. It seems as though her electricity provider doesn't have her on a net metering plan, so he'll be looking into what we can do to fix that. *** has his direct contact information and he will work with her until a resolution is reached.

This company will tell you anything to get your business! We explained our financial situation and they LIED to us about the payment and their help with everything! I WOULD NEVER HAVE SIGNED UP WITH A COMPANY FOR SOLAR IF THE PAYMENT AMOUNT WAS GOING TO BE MORE THAN MY ACTUAL POWER BILL!! My payment is $450.00 per month! We were told it would be less than our power bill which is around $200 to $250. On TOP of the power bill which is still the same, I have to pay $450.00 a month. My husband is disabled and we do not make enough money to pay this!! All the calls to their office and speaking with "managers" ends up going nowhere. They ALWAYS say we will get back to you and they NEVER do. How are we supposed to be able to continue feeding ourselves with this kind of payment? We pay roughly $650 a month now for power? REALLY!!!
We started complaining a few months after they installed and continued complaining for over a year and a half. THEY DON'T CARE!!!

On 12/4//17 I entered into a agreement with *** formerly known as ***, I found out after the fact of almost being duped into a horrific financial agreement with a lender they use by the name of ***.

It seems *** formerly *** has had so many customer complaints against them that the Revdex.com gave them an F . You can find an article about the owner *** at *** when his company was *** and now we are the next victim with ***'s new company ***.

I am an elderly lady in poor health with limited means of income. *** (***) had sold me a solar system convincing me to get a 12 month loan with *** , ,fraudulently representing to me that I could refinance the loan after the 12 months were up on the loan.

As with anything the devil is in the details as was with this 12 month loan from *** . If this loan was not paid off then it would revert to interest rate over 20% leaving us to lose our home, eventually becoming homeless all for *** ( *** ) to make a quick buck off a retired , sickly older couple and *** to profit off another unexpected victim.

After getting the paper work from *** in the mail I realized I was duped into a loan shark type of loan that would financially cripple us following us to our graves. I called the lender *** demanding they do not release any funds to *** ( *** ). It was to late they had already given them thousands of dollars.

I called *** on12/7/17 to cancel the loan agreement with them stating the above reasons among others. They demanded to know who was in my home telling me to cancel when I called *** ( ***). What company demands you as a home owner to tell them who is in your home ? They have harassed me, threatened me, attempted to intimidate me , have sent threatening letters to sue my husband whom is not even on the loan and continually called me over and over almost to criminal type action.
They have even gone as far as calling the other wonderful solar company I have now gone with sales woman harassing her, threatening to sue this poor sweet young lady calling her phone over 20 times a day. She now fears for her own safety as do we as home owners.

We are still anxiously awaiting the return of thousands of dollars to *** which has been of little to no help only telling us they cannot do anything until *** the CEO of *** ( ***) returns the funds. Mean while we have suffered mentally, physically and emotionally beyond words as it seems we are yet another victim.

To whom it may concern at the Revdex.com:

This complaint is fake. Though *** was at one point a customer of ours, we have strong reason to believe that this review was written by the saleswoman mentioned within the complaint. She was an employee of ours middle of 2017, and left our company to work for a competitor. Since then, she has been doing everything she can to damage our brand and reputation on social media, beginning first with our *** reviews page. We worked with *** to identify all of her fake reviews and have them removed, and we had our attorneys send her a cease and desist letter, since her actions were considered harassment. After that, she moved to our *** page to try to spam us with fake reviews there. They are in the process of being removed as well. Now she is on our Revdex.com.

Regarding the customer, yes we did pull an advance to fund her project when she was our customer, but when the ex-employee convinced the customer to cancel, we refunded the advance and we have no unfinished business with the customer. The salesperson who originally sold our products to *** feels confident that there were no hard feelings between her and the company, so we know it's the competitor posing as the customer trying to damage our reputation.

We feel that not only should this fake complaint be marked as resolved, but it should be removed from our Revdex.com page, considering it will affect our rating even though it was not written by an actual customer.

Thank you.

I did writing this & what was posted to you is true & not from someone else ( NO Sales person is part of this), but from me all the way & all the other places as well, And I ALL so placed my review about them on face book, TRY taking it off of there to . And they have not refunded the money that is a total lie from them, they have not given a date on witch the money will be returned to my account with *** I have talked to *** a few times going on Two months and they have not been cooperating at all! in this. They want to blame others for their wrong doing in all of this I am only doing & saying these things because they are true, I stand by my statement to you that was sent from me. And they are trying to sue my husband for $10,000.

Cordially Yours

Regardless of all the rest, the complaint is about the advance taken to fund the project before it was cancelled. In fact, this has been 100% refunded. We are always in communication with *** about pending refunds, and we give them transaction dates for anything that needs to be refunded. This advance happens to have been scheduled for today, and it was transacted this morning.

July 2016 I had an in home evaluation for installing a solar system. Company information left for me have name *** and I am told the installation I have agreed to will be handled by their Austin office. I am told I will receive a rebate of $708.00 within 3 to 6 months after signing up and receiving my solar system. The initial project manager is named *** but his email address indicates ***.

After 6 months past I started contacting *** asking when am I going to get my rebate. I am given a phone # to call and initially they talk to me and indicate they are checking on the situation. The most I am ever told is payment of the rebate was approved but it is on hold with accounting. Now when I call this # *** they ask me where I am located and transfer me to the Austin office which never answers and never returns my call when I leave a message. It has now been 18 months and I have no rebate. When I try to email people or call phone numbers of people I worked with in 2016 I get undeliverable returns on email and phone calls indicate this is no longer a working number. I was promised a 708 rebate which I have never received. I have paid *** the bank that financed my system in full so I owe NO money for this system.

We have confirmed that ***'s rebate check was missed and needs to be mailed to him. We will make sure it's cut and mailed next week. A customer service rep will be in touch with him today to make sure he has her contact information and can call back if he has any further questions or concerns. She will also update him the day it is cut next week so he can keep an eye on the mail.

withdrew $21,000+ from a *** loan and never did any work as a subcontractor, apparently for ***. The contract with *** was cancelled within the three days that the contract with *** allows(Buyers Remorse law in Oklahoma). The *** company allowed or gave the loan information to ***, even though the contract was legally terminated, which allowed *** to remove the money.

We have already been in communication with the lender, ***, about this. The advance we withdrew to fund ***'s project prior to it being cancelled is in our refund queue. It has been scheduled to be refunded on 12/11/2017. *** has this on their refund list as well.

I purchased solar panels from *** back in June 2016 and they were installed in November 2016. Everything was working great but them one of the components stopped working in July 2017 and since then I have been trying to get a technician to come out tot fix the problem. I have spoken with ***s technician and he has assured me that there is a work order put in . So far I have been waiting three weeks for a technician to come out. I have had to pay my electric bill twice the first bill in July 2017 and now received another bill for August 2017. The whole purpose for my purchase of the panels was to get out of paying high electric bills. I now have panels sitting on my roof doing nothing for me and I am a disabled veteran living on a fixed budget with six children to care for. Not only that but I was on the deferment plan for 18 months which will be ending soon (January 2018),. If the panels are not fixed by then I will be stuck paying my utility bill in addition to the solar panels!

Following ***’s complaint, we performed a service call on September 6, 2017. Based on the results of the service call, our project manager and technology specialist have both been in contact with *** to explain the steps to repair his system. They are working on scheduling a date for our install partner to go to ***’s property and make the repairs. Once ***’s system is running properly, a customer service manager will discuss with *** appropriate compensation for any system losses, if any have occurred.

My fairly new solar system broke down just over 3 months ago and I have called almost everyone in the company to get the problem resolved. They sent a repairman out approx. 1 month ago to fix the system, but was unable to due to equipment failure which he had to order. I was instructed it would take about 1 week to get the new part and then they would contact me to set a repair appointment. To this date no phone calls have ever been made to me for an appointment. In fact, every time I have called about this problem, which is numerous, they told me they would get back to me and only once and that was to notify me that the repair man would be coming. I am still waiting for another promised phone call that was supposed to come in last week, and once again no call from them, so I will be calling them and hopefully be able to talk to a live person again and not an answer machine. I just want my system that I paid for to be working.

Customer relations managers have just been made aware of the situation. They have confirmed that ***’s system repair is in progress. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen delay in the shipping and receipt of the part needed in order to repair the problem. However, he is now scheduled for repair on September 1, and project management has communicated the schedule and process with him. We do apologize that *** has felt communication between himself and the company has been lacking, and we will make sure he is kept in contact with updates and pictures as the repairs progress. Additionally, we have already informed *** he will be compensated for his losses during the time that his system was not functioning properly.

This company is new and having all the kinks and problems of a new company. From the beginning nothing was done as it was promised. I started the process to get solar panels with *** who came out did an evaluation and told me the services they offered and what the benefits would be. The promised the panels would generate enough amp to cancel out my electricity charges as well as generate me a return for the extra. When I contacted Co serve I was informed this was not true they do not pay back or give any credit for extra power generated. The original Salesman also never turned in my paperwork so nothing was started besides the loan request with *** which we did during his visit. *** started sending me bills in June and no work had even been done yet. After multiple calls another sales rep came out who said the other rep had been dismissed and he was personally gonna make sure the job was handeled correctly. I expressed my concerns about Co Serve and we adjusted the size of my order to just what would cover my monthly bill. This was less panels than originally ordered so it required less of the loan amount they had originally approved. The company agreed to pay my loan until the panels where fully operational as they had delays with getting them activated yet they had already started sending bills. Long story shortened I didn't start getting anything from my panels unitl the month of Nov. It was a quarter of what it was supposed to produced so I still had a significant electricity bill plus the solar panel finance bill at this point. I immediately contacted them to analyze issue and just played phone tag with them for next 3 months. Each month the panels generated less until Feb it wen back to 0. The whole time I'm being required to pay 2 almost full bills while getting no response or service from company. Finally talked to *** then her Boss Nick only to be continuesly forgotten about and placated with no action or results. They make promises of correcting isssue yet it took to the middle of July to get there 1 technician working DFW to come out and trouble shoot my system which he couldn't see the problem that causes the breaker to trip itself off.

EnviroSolar Response

We have made every effort to correct the situation at hand with *** (system check, savings analysis and refi) but he has not been willing to agree to any of these steps. We conducted a system check to investigate the breaker switch which was confirmed defective and we are in the process of scheduling our contractor to come out to his home to fix the problem. We also spoke with *** about a savings analysis that would allow us to calculate his energy savings by comparing utility bills from before and after system install. He refused to send the utility bills, which meant we could not perform a savings analysis. We want nothing more than to resolve the situation. Please let us know what is needed to close the complaint.
