(AKA ***) has defrauded me by creating an unauthorized consumer loan in my name. I was quoted different terms of the loan. They charged 8250 on the account but still say I owe money. I canceled everything as soon as possible. They lied about the terms, and refuse to give me an invoice of what they charged. I did not authorize the loan that I was given. I get the run-around. I am not sure how they managed to get an A- rating with the cheating and stealing that this company is involved in.
As you have been informed previously, your claims that the company fraudulently created a loan in your name are without merit. In fact, you willingly allowed products to be installed onto your home. It was only after the installation that you tried to cancel the transaction. We have signed documentation from you authorizing every step of this transaction. Unfortunately due to the terms of your contract, you are responsible for the price of the installation. If you have any further questions, you have already been in touch with our customer relations department and are welcome to contact them again any time.
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I did not agree to this loan, and they did not provide paperwork that said I agreed to the terms that they side me up for. It was the exact opposite of what was discussed. I have not received any panels on two $300 solar fans. I was mailed the bill which showed the fraud. I was charged $8000+ for solar fans. How do we solve that?
Regards
We think we must have misunderstood the nature of ***'s complaint. We thought she was disputing her contract, which we have on file, but if she has a loan for solar work, that is a different story. We don't have record of ever having installed anything on her home, which means she did in fact cancel her project. If she still has a loan, that must have been an administrative oversight and can be refunded once we see documentation or speak to the lender. We have reached out to *** in an attempt to get to the bottom of the issue, and left a voicemail. We will try again until we can get a hold of her and come up with a resolution.

I have received the phone call today and returned the call from *** todagy, but there is no voicemail setup and would asked that I be contacted via email to expedite this process. I can be reached at ***.
The lender is ***.

Per ***'s request, we have switched to communicating via email. After getting a more in-depth explanation of the issue from her and researching her claims, we have offered her a refund for the amount of the loan minus the cost and installation of the two attic fans. This is in line with ***'s initial request to settle the matter, and we feel confident she'll consider this a full resolution.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me with the paying of the interest that has now also accumulated on the loan.

We entered into a contract to receive solar panels, radient barriers and insulation installled in our attic, as well as receive a rebate check in the amount of $7500 for an updated A/C unit. The solar panels were installed and are functioning; insulation was put in the attic, but not completely; and we have never received our rebate check. We have been trying to reach a live person since October 2016 to resolve this. We are paying on our loan as per our part of the contract. We leave voicemails and an email, we have left messages with customer service representatives, but have yet to receive a return call.
Dear All,
After reviewing the customers contract, we were able to submit and send out the customer's HVAC check in the amount of $7500.00 on Thursday, 06/22/2017. If the *** family will confirm when it's received.
