his brothers name. Credit bureaus will not remove soft inquiries from the company that pulled the credit any longer. The consumer must file his own dispute to have the inquiry removed. We have chains of email communication with the customer we have always  tried to work with this customer and give him the best options. His brother is the one who stole his info and ran his credit, his brother is the one who authorized the system to be installed, his brother is the one who has no credit and lives in his home. The bureaus will remove the soft inquiry if the customer disputes the info directly. Envision has no control of this situation and as soon as Envision found out the brother lied and used his info we rectified the situation to the ability that we could.

The Company ran my credit with out my personal information. It is against the law, as well as the fair credit reporting act of 1970.They did not have my birth day or social security number. And it was not a soft inquire, it was a Hard inquire. At this point if it is not removed I will have no choice but to hire an attorney.And if they can run my credit from a name and address how do I know what they will be doing with my information.? And has this happen before? and who says it will not happen again. And they have not worked on fixing this problem, I have a few emails and have talked to them once on the phone. This is not professional. Also I have filed claims with The Federal Trade CommissionOn the company and the monitoring company  for Identity Theft. And My brother did not give them permission to run my credit and I can prove that. Credit was ran before my brother signed a agreement.

Carl came by my house and had asked me a few question. My husband and I have wanted to get a security for a while now. We just could not afford any of other companies that came by. They were able to show us why to choose them and that the money we spent to secure our home would benefit us. They helped us understand the difference between them and the others. One huge thing is that if we have a problem, they send a person out to help us.

We spoke to MR F[redacted] directly when we received the initial complaint, We forgot to update the Revdex.com site. He was called the same day the compaint was filed. it has been resolved.

My experience With envision security was a great one! Francisco was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and got our services installed the next day.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Envision security and I have come to an agreement regarding my complaint against them. I have a written statement from Envision security stating the agreed terms for both sides of the complaint. As a result I would like to drop my complaint against Envision Security and move forward with it being resolved. We are so thankful that envision knocked on our door! Blake was professional, educated, helpful and the best part was I paid zero down. The peace of mind I have now that my house is protected for me and my family is priceless. Absolutely recommend this company if you are looking for home protection and dealing with first class customer service.

We did everything in our control to assist the customers issues. We have communicated with emails and phone calls and have recordings. We just can not seem to make this customer happy.  Envision has no access or control of the credit bureaus. If the customer has a fraudulent inquiry, the customer must make a dispute with the bureau. They will not accept a dispute from the company it must be from the consumer. The customer is determined to try to prove some kind of deciiept instead of being accountable for the poor decisions his family member made. We acknowledge our mistakes and have put filters in place to eliminate a recurring issue like this again. Envision is a customer service focus business, with 75,000 customers serviced by myself in this industry, this is the first time this has ever happened. At this time we can't provide a resolution to a problem we have no control over. What we can control has been addressed, and as a business and person of integrity, we must learn from our mistakes and move forward. The customers brother is at fault, envision rectified to our ability our fault, and we have tried to work with the customer to assist in making him happy. Not sure he'll ever be.

So far, I have been very pleased with the Envision experience. The process of getting signed up was extremely easy. And, the install was the very next day. From the sales associates to the installer, the people were extremely friendly and helpful. I love the ability to access the security system from my smartphone. And, I love that I can set different codes for different people and know immediately who is disarming the system. Thank you Envision for helping to make the switch from a much less personal security company so easy.

Envision is an awesome high tech company. Their sales reps & management are very professional, honest and very respectful. They installed a full security system in my house and I couldn't be happier with the great job they did!! I would highly recommend them as your alarm company...their high tech equipment is very user friendly and the reps are awesome & patient showing you how to use system. Envision is an A+ in my book! If your looking for an alarm company whose honest envision is it!

Very satisfied with the service provided by this company. Prompt and professional both in sales and installation. Product has been installed for a few weeks now and everything functions perfectly!

I have been with various alarm companies over the years since I built my home. At first I was skeptical of Envision because two guys got out their truck when they saw me drive in my driveway. I was not scared for my safety, but I wondered who approaches people in their driveway. After standing there talking with them and realizing the company that they were representing, I thought to myself that this is the same company my neighbors have and speak highly of. Based on my neighbors past positive comments, I decided to listen to Envision further and see what their company was about. I am an accountant and very analytical when it comes to financial transactions. I went through everything Envision informed me of and I could not find any faults in their statements as I matched up everything they told me with what neighbors who have their service have told me. With all the positivity, I decided to leave my old alarm company and switch to Envision. I have been with them a very short period of time, but I like the features of my alarm and thermostat systems. The Envision staff have also made themselves more accessible to me if I have questions, with business cards that have their cell phone numbers, etc. I feel very comfortable with the switch as my prior company was not accessible and their customer service was less than par. Yeah to Envision.

I just recently signed up for Envision Security and was super impressed with the customer service and knowledge that these guys had when giving me their sales pitch. I'm a skeptic and I gave them every what if possible and they countered every what if with it's possible or gave us alternatives since our house was already wired from ADT. So far so good and enjoying having the feeling that we are protected even while at home. Even their installer was super nice and knowledgeable. My appointment was at 2 and I didn't make it so he came back at 645 pm just so he could install our system. I highly recommend them.
