First, I'm not writing this review because you're offering a $30 voucher. When Envision rep knocked on my door, the reps presented themselves in a professional and respectful manner. They focused on lowering cost to get a great deal and potential upgrades. The ability to engage my alarm was the best feature. I will definitely refer your company to friends/family.

Envision Security, Inc. is a knowledgeable home security company, the sales personnel is great to include two of the people that we met [redacted] & [redacted]. They were very friendly, answered any questions & curiosities that we had about home security systems. [redacted] even followed up with us on the day that the technician was scheduled to arrive to make sure that everything went good & even was able to answer any additional questions by phone at anytime. [redacted] was very friendly & helpful & we're excited about being able to use our phones with the security system. Thanks Envision Security.

the gentleman that rang our doorbell to sell us this home security system was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very honest about the program.
our home free wired which made it difficult for the technician to install the window sensors. it took longer than expected invite me really three hours but he was very friendly and personable. We are very happy with our security system.

It has been over a week since I sign up with envision security...I am already in love with all the equipment that I was provided by this company. so far so cool with the service. keep up the good job.

The 2 marketing reps that came by were pleasant and knowledgeable of the product. Was able to point out that current security system was not fully secured for my home. And was able to install the other areas in home with full security and piece of mind.

I just had an alarm system set up at my new house in Buckeye, Arizona by Envision. Both [redacted] and [redacted] were very helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered before setting up my appointment. I am very satisfied and am glad I chose Envision as my security system.

I had Envisions Security install my whole home system on the 17th of May 2013. The salesman was completely professional and the installation went very smooth. They did have to come back and put in a booster for the system to work properly after a month. The salesman has stopped a couple times since it was installed to see how everything is working. They are very friendly and professional at the same time.

Review: Six months ago, I signed a contract with Envision Security sales reps for a new home security system that would be installed by envision security and serviced by [redacted]. Though I have already filed complaint against [redacted] for default of contract, Envision Security is the originator of the contract and ultimately responsible for selling me a service that has not met the terms agreed upon. In signing my contract with Envision Security, it was noted and understood that I was to receive monthly billing statements for my service rather than automatic debit or online transactions. This was due to recent fraudulent activity that my family was dealing with and under the circumstances not asking too much! The Envision Security sales reps agreed to and promised the monthly billing statements for the service as noted in the contract! It has been six months since I signed the contract, and I have only received two billing statements from [redacted]. These billing statements were not self generated either, they resulted from my personal request to have a statement sent to my address after I began receiving harassing phone calls from the [redacted] billing office. Not once have I received a consistent, on time, monthly billing statement as was agreed upon in my original contract with Envision Security. I have made numerous calls to Envision Security, and [redacted] with no success! The only remedy that has been offered is that I may utilize the online services of [redacted] to pay my bill...the one thing that I specifically requested not to do in regards to my contract with Envision Security! Though I am completely capable of using the online services, the principle of the dilemma remains to be that I signed a contract with Envision Security for monthly billing statements in order to avoid any further online fraud! The terms of my contract have been drastically violated and mismanaged and I refuse to pay for a service that is not fulfilling the original agreement!Desired Settlement: There are only two possible resolutions I will consider:

1) A full refund of all dues paid to Envision Security/[redacted] and a complete cancellation of the contract with no further dues or balances owed, removal of the security system, replacement of the thermostat, and repair to any walls damaged by installation and removal of security system.

2)A complete renegotiation of the security contract with drastically reduced monthly fees to accommodate the numerous problems and the fact that I will have to utilize the online services of [redacted] to pay my bill....the one simple task I requested to avoid in my original contract!

These are the only resolutions I will even begin to consider after the six months of headaches I have endured dealing with Envision Security and [redacted]!

Good Afternoon. We have bent over back words, front words and side ways to accommodate Mr [redacted] Attached are the agreements that Mr [redacted]igned and dated on 6-18-15. Envision Security as you will see, is the Installation Company ONLY based on the Installation agreement attached. [redacted] is the billing establishment and monitoring company which is attached and defined clearly in 2 different agreements. Envision has had a perfect install and service relationship with Mr. [redacted]nd therefore, Mr [redacted] complaint is bias to Envision Security. Mr [redacted] does not pay his bills on time, his financial situation should not dictate is commitment to the contract he signed, period. Often consumers try to strong arm businesses when they cant keep there commitments financially. We have spent hours of time trying to work with Mr [redacted] Please remove this complaint from Envision Securitys Revdex.com, because it clearly is not Envisions responsibility. This is a great company. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful from sales to installation. It's a great system. I love the app that comes with it!

The employees at Envision were well trained and had excellent security clearance. We had our system installed within a day of signing the contract and are happy with the process as well as the system.

Fast, efficient and knowledgable. So far we love our system that has been in for 2 weeks!

I am very pleased with both the salesmen, Joe and Ryan and the installer, Eric. I love the fact I can adjust my thermostat at home with my phone or my tablet while I am away from home or at the main box. The features are great and I now have a real sense of security for my family and my dogs. Thank you!

We signed up with Envision Security in February 2015. The system has been great so far. I wanted to change some billing information and there was an issue at first but to no fault of Envision security this was not taken care of immediately. The issue was resolved by Envision Security by the owner [redacted] and [redacted] even though, after digging further into the issue, this was not their initial problem. If you want a company where the owner gets directly involved if you ever have an issue, you should sign up with Envision Security. [redacted] and [redacted] went above and beyond to take care of my issue and for this they have made a customer for life.

My family and I just recently purchased an alarm system with Envision and are very satisfied with our system and how we were treated by [redacted] one of the sales reps. [redacted] was very honest and worked with us in getting an alarm setup in our house. We now feel much safer knowing we are protected with this system. Thank you [redacted] and Envision.

We just recently moved into a brand new subdivision and were sitting on our front porch one afternoon. [redacted] from Envision was out making sales calls and very professionally approached us. He explained very clearly all the details of his security company and was extremely friendly and helpful. We decided that day to sign up and within 3 days our system was up and running. Everyone I have dealt with from Envision has been so nice and positive. I truly am glad that we decided to make Envision our security company! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Envision was a great upgrade from my old home security system. Everything about their product/service works effectively and makes sense. The two sales guys were knowledgeable and not doing hard selling. Their buyout program made the deal even sweeter. System got installed the next day and was explained well. All in all they were professional, competent and efficient. Would recommend to anybody who doesn't have a system in their house yet. Thanks>

I had [redacted] but wasn't happy with the service until I got Envision, is easy to use and I love the mobile app, I am very happy with the service, I'm glad I made the switch.

[redacted] took great care of me. Their installer was timely and courteous. I feel I got a great deal, from a very good company. Will recommend their services to friends and family.

I had my security system installed last month. I was very pleased with everything from the installer to the salesmen. Everyone was very professionally and very nice. And on top of all that I know it works because I accidentally set it off and they were on the phone in seconds, which truly comforts me.

I waited until we had the security service a couple months to give an accurate review. [redacted] was fantastic and knowledgeable. [redacted] answered all of our questions. He went beyond what most reps are willing to offer when securing a sale. When connecting the system, the young genius techie was fantastic and so patient with us.
The service works great and we feel much more secure. It takes several moments to alarm or dis-alarm when using a cell phone. Remember to wait until it stated on bottom of site for alarm armed or dis-armed.
I highly recommend this company.
