Just switched alarm system to Envision. First couple of times our rep [redacted] came by we weren't available to talk. We finally sat down with him to learn what Envision had to offer and the difference from our current security system. [redacted] and his team were very friendly, professional and thorough. I am really happy with the alarm system that I recently purchased. I have been a past victim of home burglaries and its definitely very safe to have the type of service I received from Envision. I would definitely recommend them, unlike other businesses I have protection that covers all windows doors and even garage in my home!

So last Friday, I met two of the nicest guys, Adam Landy & Jose Serrano. After inquiring if I was happy with my current alarm company (my response was, "meh, so-so"), the two of them began to explain why the ENVISION system is the best alarm system. Now, my wife calls me a "cool" technogeek (she's right of course), so I proceeded to bombard Adam and Jose with a ton of technical questions. To my surprise, they answered each one without being overbearing. Actually, it was like talking to a couple of good friends! Anyway, when it was all said 'n done, they convinced me to give Envision a go. The next day, the installation technician arrived to install the new state-of-the-art system. He was just as nice and approachable as Jose & Adam. Once the installation was complete, he explained how to best customize and operate our new alarm system AND thermostat, and control them from our smartphones and tablets. The system is quite easy to control. Additionally, the monitoring notification times are LIGHTNING FAST! Waaaaaay faster than they were with the previous company! Bottom line? My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new alarm system and connected thermostat. Even our son and daughter are impressed! By the way, of course this alarm system can be monitored and controlled with an iPhone or an Android Phone. So imagine my surprise to discover THIS SYSTEM IS ALSO COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS PHONE (my smartphone of choice)! AWESOME!!!

I have been with Envision Security for several years now and I could not be happier with an alarm monitoring service.
Recently I have had issues with my wireless camera not connecting. I contacted [redacted] and was SHOCKED when they told me it would cost me $80 to have someone come out and troubleshoot my problem. WHAT!!! I immediately contacted Envision Security and spoke with the camera tech Carl D[redacted] (who is also the wonderful and nice representative that started my services) and he was all over it. Not only did I not have to pay $80.00, Envision Security sent their own camera tech out the next day to fix my problem. Now that is the type of customer service that I love and respect.
Thank you Envision for showing that you care about my concern and taking care of business. Thank you Carl D[redacted] for your awesome customer service. Because of you, I plan on keeping my business with your company for many years to come.

Envision Security offers system options that control your home thermostat and lighting as well as your security system. These optional systems are incredibly complex and difficult to use. Right now my thermostat is set at 68 degrees, the house is 73 degrees, the heat is still on and there is really no way I can figure out to override the system so it just keeps the house at the temperature selected. Definitely preferred the simpler system I had with [redacted]. That system was simple to control and worked the way I needed it to.

Would you do business with a so called security company that came by your home at 6:45 pm, person giving name like he knew you and then said he had a delivery for you to try to get you to open your front door? The person came through a gated entryway and pretended to have a delivery for my residence. Never in a million years would I do business with a company like this!

Excellent company, excellent product.

The people at Envision are nice and deliver great customer service. Great customer is a thing of the past but Envision has it mastered.
