I just had Envy out at my home this week I can't even begin to describe how impressed I am with the job they did My home was severely damaged on July due to the monsoon My insurance company sent over their "preferred vendor." ENVY is extremely had to get a hold ofThe receptionist is quick to answer but know one with the answers can be gotten ahold ofI was repeatedly told I would be contacted but no one ever followed up I had to repeatedly call to get informationFor example, I finally got an asbestos test on March 16th (after a week of trying to find a time they could have someone come outThis happened in the morning, The technician Gabe said he got a rush approved by his boss and would have the report back in a few hoursI got now word until I emailed the next afternoon Paula who was the first person to do the quote who said oh yeah that came back positiveShe said someone from Emergency services would be in touch but no one has been back in touch with me on getting the job doneWhen I call the receptionist she will have someone call me back only to tell me they are not sure what's going on with the job and will have to have someone call me which never happenedNo one has come out to deal w

Juan and the entire team at Envy have been fantastic while I've dealt with one water leak and one entire flood in my home in less than a yearMy home is back to normalHopefully it will stay that way for a while, but if it doesn't I know I can count on Envy

We had some severe damage to our hardwood floors in our library due to the heavy rains this year and a major leak around two large windows We called our insurance company for help in getting the floor replacedThey recommended several companies, including Envy We were in need of getting the floor replaced on a tight schedule as we were having an event in our home in about two months from our inquiry
When Dean came out to give us the estimate, he pointed out other factors that we had not thought about with respect to removing and replacing the floors; one of which was the potential of asbestos being present as our home was built in This extra information along with the willingness to meet our schedule, helped us to select ENVY to do the job
The work was going smoothly until asbestos based glue was found as some of the old flooring was removed The ENVY team knew exactly what to do, the room was sealed and the crew removed the old floor and the bad glue
Despite the delay due to the need to fumigate the rooms, the ENVY team worked very hard to meet the promised scheduleAnd we were very happy with the results

Envy Restoration, particularly Rosie and Kevin, have a crew of fantastic workers, we had a small grease fire in our kitchen and they came over and worked with our insurance company to repair and replace all the damageNow our home is cleaner and better looking in years, they delivered on every promise and worked hard to get us back home in as short a time as possible
