In our conversation, I again apologized for coming off combative in my Revdex.com response and also assured you that our intention was to not minimize your loss, your property, your family etc. in any way.  
We were just following our own guidelines of communication and approval with the insurance company which clearly resulted in not communicating in a timely manner to you.  
Again our intention was not to mishandle your calls or claim and hope that you can confirm, we've taken every step possible to make sure you are satisfied with the communication, and the product you received in the very end.

We had some severe damage to our hardwood floors in our library due to the heavy rains this year and a major leak around two large windows. We called our insurance company for help in getting the floor replaced. They recommended several companies, including Envy. We were in need of getting the floor replaced on a tight schedule as we were having an event in our home in about two months from our inquiry.

When Dean came out to give us the estimate, he pointed out other factors that we had not thought about with respect to removing and replacing the floors; one of which was the potential of asbestos being present as our home was built in 1968. This extra information along with the willingness to meet our schedule, helped us to select ENVY to do the job.

The work was going smoothly until asbestos based glue was found as some of the old flooring was removed. The ENVY team knew exactly what to do, the room was sealed and the crew removed the old floor and the bad glue.

Despite the delay due to the need to fumigate the rooms, the ENVY team worked very hard to meet the promised schedule. And we were very happy with the results.

Envy was recommended to me for repair of water damage. My water softener sprung a leak while I was away for the weekend, and water ran into the house. It soaked the sheetrock in two rooms, destroyed the carpet, baseboards, etc. ServiceMaster removed the water and got everything dried out, and Envy came to replace sheetrock, baseboards, paint the rooms, and installed tile in the office. They did the work promptly and in time for me to host family for the Christmas holiday. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the job.

On March 9, 2016 we had a flood in the house due to the end of the cartridge in the refrigerator blowing off and flooding the house. I contacted my Insurance and they came out and gave me the names of several companies to restore the damages. I interviewed all of them and went with Envy Restorations. They were the most professional and were on time coming out to at all times. Their project manager Nick M[redacted] was so helpful and set up all the contractors to do the different steps of work around my schedules. All the contractors that came out were so polite and very professional and did a great job in restoring my house. I would highly recommend Envy Restorations to anyone that had damages to their home. They were a pleasure to work with and made it all less stressful buy being on time and keeping me updated at all times....Envy and their contractors all work together as a family to get the job done in a timely manner. Keep up the good work! I was so happy I chose your Company! :)

I recently had water damage in a condo property I own in Scottsdale. I worked with Envy Restoration through the process of completing all the renovation repairs from Asbestos Abatement, cabinet removal and replacement, drywall, repainting, and a pack out.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and service this company and its employees provided. Being a snowbird and having to deal with this issue from a distance was difficult. However their project manager was extremely helpful. I found them to be polite, communicative, cooperative and accommodating. The restoration was completed in a timely manner and to my total satisfaction.

This company even offered to provide service to move my packed up belongings when they knew I did not require a pack back.

I would highly recommend them to anyone having to deal with any type of restoration project in their homes. They also communicated very well with my insurance agent and company to make this process run smoothly and efficiently.

I am in the process of reviewing further with my team the details of this customers complaint.  However, From what I do understand in a general way, the insured had a water loss, insurance company contacted envy, we inspected, tested it for asbestos and when we attempted to get back to...

reinspect with insured, she did not respond to our many attempts. When we finally had our technician back out (Gabe) he found that she had another leak in her home. We contacted the insurance company about what we found and we just heard yesterday that this 2nd claim was denied.  Unfortunately because of what we do and the expense incurred by performing emergency type work, we wait for insurance company approval. Otherwise the insured is liable for our bill and no one ever wants to see a bill that the insurance company will not cover. Envy Restoration has not submitted any bill to the insurance company nor have we been paid by the insurance company for any of the efforts put to date on this insureds claim.  All of the inspections and time taken to write the estimates have been on our dime.  Because there is a second water loss that is not covered by insurance company, and if customer decides she wants to use our firm for those services, she will be out of pocket and expected to pay for this service.  
We are a 24 Hr Emergency Co.  Envy Restoration is a Certified firm in both Water and Asbestos removal.  We are highly qualified to perform the work we say we do and we do not sub this work out.  Every customer is important to Envy Restoration no matter how big or small the repair or restoration work is.  And knowing who the responsible party regarding financial obligations are important as well which is why we sometimes, need to wait for approvals from insurance companies that are out of our control.    We are working diligently to resolve this customers water loss and will make every attempt to assist with her claim.

My home was badly damaged by a fire. Envy Restoration did the clean up and rebuild. They were extremely professional and took care of everything. They are wonderful to work with. The finished product is amazing. I highly recommend them for any and all work.

Envy Restoration was very efficient, professional and timely! [redacted] was awesome to work with and answered my questions & concerns quickly! All the workers were friendly and respectful and did their jobs well.

My experience with Envy Restoration was very positive - they were professional, pleasant and efficient. I had extensive water damage from a broken RO line that ran for days while we were out of town. Envy began the clean-up and drying process immediately. They arranged for off-site storage and furniture repair for the items that could be salvaged, and were very familiar with the insurance claim process. I am extremely pleased with their service!

Absolutely Amazing....I love the work that was done by Envy. My home had major water damage due to a faultly valve that flooded the entire house. [redacted], [redacted] and the entire Envy crew jumpped into action and within 6 weeks, I had a brand new home. They are great to work with and pay extra attention to detail.I just wish I could post pictures to show you how wonderful the house came out.

I had Envy complete a total roof replacement at my parents house and they did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! I have been asked by the neighbors for their contact info for work to be completed on their roofs etc. I only wish I could post the before and after pics to show the great work that they did. I never had a problem scheduling the work to be done they did on my schedule. they were quick to get the job completed. I also had them at my house to fix my ceiling from a roof leak. They did a wonderful job of matching up the existing ceiling to match perfectly with the texture. You cant even tell that there was any damage done.

As an Architect, when I recommend a company to a client it is important that they perform to expectation. Envy was commissioned to remove asbestos ceiling texture (aka - popcorn) from a two car garage. Envy provided a quick response with a proposal and work schedule within a week. All the work was done professionally and in an extremely clean manner with the proper testing and certifications of the work after completion. I was very satisfied with their work and my client was very happy with them as well. I would recommend Envy and will certainly be contacting them again for future work.
