Team Envy: They are, or should be, the envy of the industry. They do the right thing, for the right reasons, and for us, they did it in record time. Strong endorsements for Kevin T, senior manager who quarterbacked the whole operation and kept us informed every step of the way, Carlos, Gabriel, and Miguel, who pulled extra duty for corrective actions accomplished over a hectic weekend and carefully followed through to ensure finishing touches were complete.

We have a contract to sell the house with closing date for the buyer on 15 October, but a slab leak while we were away put all in jeopardy, especially with the Columbus Day weekend thrown in the mix; one week away from our time-critical date. One call to Envy and a total team effort by Envy crews mitigated the damage, followed by plumbing bypass performed Saturday night by Dustin at Plumbing 2.0, and Team Envy completed restoration and repairs with one day to spare. Total team effort means just that: team leads and team members knew of our tight timeline, and every one of them took great care to do the job right.

I want to commend Envy Restoration & Construction and their teams of Contractors on a job well done. I recently experienced a flood due to a ruptured toilet supply line in my master bathroom (while I was out of town), and the Envy contractors were the quickest to respond of the ones I initially contacted for restoration work. They were very thorough and conscientious in their work, and I was very happy with the quality of their work as well. I had a pipe leak in my walls. As soon as I discovered the leak, I called Envy. The team at Envy was quick to respond to my call. Within a very brief time, I had a crew at my house helping me mitigate the damage I was facing. Envy was very professional and kind. Having water damage can be very stressful. Envy helped take the stress away from me. I was impressed with how clean the crew at Envy was. Each time they left my house, they made sure to clean up any debris or dirt. I was thankful for the respect they showed for my house. Since they did such a wonderful job with the initial water damage, I not only had them repair all of the damages done to my house from the water but also had them help remodel my kitchen. It turned out better than I imagined! I was very happy Envy stayed within the budget allotted. There were no surprises with the final invoice. The crew at Envy is professional, kind and went above and beyond my expectations.

I hired Envy Restoration when I had water damage in all the units of an apartment building. They were very efficient and worked tirelessly to meet the deadline so that I do not lose any rent. Also they worked directly with the insurance company and request for additional items which they missed and with the city inspectors for the items which required inspection to meet building codes. These guys were top rate, clean, on time and did what they said they would do. They came in under budget and saved us a bunch of money. Work quality was great, you cannot even tell there was anything done.

Review: ENVY is extremely had to get a hold of. The receptionist is quick to answer but know one with the answers can be gotten ahold of. I was repeatedly told I would be contacted but no one ever followed up . I had to repeatedly call to get information. For example, I finally got an asbestos test on March 16th (after a week of trying to find a time they could have someone come out. This happened in the morning, The technician Gabe said he got a rush approved by his boss and would have the report back in a few hours. I got now word until I emailed the next afternoon Paula who was the first person to do the quote who said oh yeah that came back positive. She said someone from Emergency services would be in touch but no one has been back in touch with me on getting the job done. When I call the receptionist she will have someone call me back only to tell me they are not sure what's going on with the job and will have to have someone call me which never happened. No one has come out to deal with the asbestos. How do you tell a mother of two young children that there is asbestos in her house but then leave her hanging for 2 weeks! My insurance company is paying them so I feel they are taking the job for the money even though they don't have the capacity to do the work and I'm the one that suffers.Desired Settlement: I think they should not have accepted the job if they couldn't do it. I think they should refund the insurance company. Contact me and apologize. or they should immediately remedy the situation meaning the job is done, at a discount, within the next 2 weeks.

I am in the process of reviewing further with my team the details of this customers complaint. However, From what I do understand in a general way, the insured had a water loss, insurance company contacted envy, we inspected, tested it for asbestos and when we attempted to get back to reinspect with insured, she did not respond to our many attempts. When we finally had our technician back out (Gabe) he found that she had another leak in her home. We contacted the insurance company about what we found and we just heard yesterday that this 2nd claim was denied. Unfortunately because of what we do and the expense incurred by performing emergency type work, we wait for insurance company approval. Otherwise the insured is liable for our bill and no one ever wants to see a bill that the insurance company will not cover. Envy Restoration has not submitted any bill to the insurance company nor have we been paid by the insurance company for any of the efforts put to date on this insureds claim. All of the inspections and time taken to write the estimates have been on our dime. Because there is a second water loss that is not covered by insurance company, and if customer decides she wants to use our firm for those services, she will be out of pocket and expected to pay for this service. We are a 24 Hr Emergency Co. Envy Restoration is a Certified firm in both Water and Asbestos removal. We are highly qualified to perform the work we say we do and we do not sub this work out. Every customer is important to Envy Restoration no matter how big or small the repair or restoration work is. And knowing who the responsible party regarding financial obligations are important as well which is why we sometimes, need to wait for approvals from insurance companies that are out of our control. We are working diligently to resolve this customers water loss and will make every attempt to assist with her claim.

Envy restoration did a very good job. [redacted] was very helpfull he did excellent job and also was very nice. He helped me select my colors of the roof and was very patient with my busy work schedule.They had it done very quick. The roof looks awesome they did a wonderful job

We had significant water damage in our home in Chandler and hired Envy to clean up and repair the damage. They did an excellent job--on time and on budget--and worked with us and our insurance company to minimize the inconvenience and with absolutely no problems. Their project manager, [redacted], was very knowledgable about the project and the insurance procedures and requirements; and he assured us that when they finished it would be "just like it (the water damage) never happened." My experience with Envy Restoration was excellent. Being out of town and coming home to a flood from one end of the house to the other was not a pleasant Experience, to say the least. From my first contact with Chris B[redacted], the Sr. estimator to Nick M[redacted], the Project Manager everything just fell into place and thank goodness I am back to normal with a house fully restored. Nick was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects and the actual work by Hector and Ruben was first class. Nick was available at any time needed and knew exactly what the insurance company required, which was a true blessing - there never was any question in that regard with my insurance adjuster which meant no hassles for me. Excellent company very professional, we were extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Bill kept us updated on everything and was flexible with our schedule. We had two incidents of water damage handled by Envy and another company, hands down Envy out performed the other contractor in every way. What took months for the other company Envy came in and did in less than two weeks. The personal service really set them apart from all other contractors. For example, my grandfather is restricted to a powered chair and Envy modified the original bathroom sink to better accommodate my grandfather's needs. Everybody was very nice and respectful and we could not be happier. Envy restoration is the bomb and I highly recommend them above all the rest.

We recently had a flood at a family members home and contacted Envy Restoration to clean up the mess and reconstruct the damaged areas. They were on site within 20 minutes of my call and began the clean up immediately. The workers were courteous and did a great job. After an evaluation of damages, it was determined that there was an asbestos issue that needed to be addressed prior to reconstruction. This was handled as quickly as possible and the house was then restored within a few days. Communication with Envy's owner and project manager was outstanding. Calls and texts were quickly answered and always followed up. As a facilities manager for many years prior to retirement I have experienced several building disasters including a plane crash into a building. Envy out-preformed all the other companies I have worked with in the past. I would highly recommend Envy for any help or work needed.
