They are deceptive and approve charges by you reading and continuing versus yes or no. Then they are not wanting to refund my money even w/o product.
June7, 2020 is the problem date and the account numbers are #XXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX, the fraudulent order and the real cancellation took place @1:33 pm and 1:34 pm. Payment was accessed through my debit card and charges came through while I thought I was still reading and could decide yes or no. However, they have a continue button that serves as a yes, but nothing for no, I guess. Anyhow I have sent several emails and made tons of calls to only have some barely English speaking person, not let me talk to her supervisor or member of management. All I want is my money back, I don't want any products, they haven't sent me anything, but charges me more than $200, $198.70 - 13499239 & $42.48 - 13499251. Like I said I immediately canceled and they still won't send me back my money. They need to be put out of business if this is their model.

Company continues to charge my credit card after I cancelled.
Ordered product on free trial. Subsequent on-line research made me fear their practices. I cancelled. They told me I needed to return the un-opened bottle, I would have to pay the return shipping and also they would charge me an additional shipping and handling charge. I refused to pay ADDITIONAL CHARGES as that was not part of the original offer. I informed them to cancel and not bill. They continue to bill my card every 20 days and ship product.
Attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful.

Desired Outcome

Refund of all charges. Disallow them from setting up any "recurring or "subscription charges" to anyone in the future. Stop allowing them to continue their fraudulent practices.

I entered an order for these free samples through a website ad, using my VISA Debit card on 8/06/2018. The ad stated that the charge would only be for shipping costs. I received the products in the mail, sometime within the week or so. Then on 8/20/2018, my bank called me and informed me that there was questionable activity on my checking account, which I informed them was not authorized. I subsequently reviewed my account and found that on 08/24/2018 I had two separate charges of $89.13 and $95.13. I called their customer service and was told the first shipment wasn't free only the shipping was free. He basicly told me I didn't read the fine print. I told him I wanted to cancel my "automatic monthly enrollment" that I didn't authorize. He told me I could send back the second shipment for a refund. I will mail this out on 17 Sep 2018. I requested a refund of $184.26 but after reading the 37 complaints against this company I'm not holding up much hope.

I would like to see a ramification for false and dishonest business practices for what happened to me, and perhaps countless others. I also would like to see their ads removed from the websites and just laws made by lawmakers to fine and even prosecute for this type of corruption.

I received the products in the mail. On August 21 my credit card was charged by this company $89.13. According to the company that was for the 1st months supply. I immediately called the company and cancelled the order and requested a refund. they have not issued a credit to my account and are know telling me that I had to cancel within 15 days of the free trial. According to everything I read this is a total scam.

I respectfully ask for your assistance.

Issue a credit to my credit card for the $89.13 that was fraudulently billed.

If you did not cancel that is why you were billed, for the cost of the products you have in your possession. It was not clearly stated that you had only 14 days to cancel, I understood the trial period was 30 days, only authorized payment of shipping & handling $6.95 for each supplement and please look at the online ad you we see what they highlight in their ad is not what they are saying now. Deceptive Advertising.

Yes I received a free trial for paying shipping 2 x $6.95. That was on the 7th of July on the 0th of July there were two payments one for $ 89.13 and another for $95.13. But we did not receive anything else from this Company. Then again on August 8th they took another $89.13 and $95.13 off of my credit card and again nothing received. I have at this time been unable to reach anyone at the so called company to make a complaint. I do not want their product at all only want to stop them from using my card and get the money for the two months that we have not gotten returned to us. I did not realize that they would do this as all internet purchases that I have made previously have been ligit. This one is surely not.

Refund of items that were sent back to the company.
On 8/5/2018 I had ordered from Epic Male LLC order # XXXXXX and order # XXXXXX and on 8/6/2018 at 9:00 am the very next day I called the company and canceled both orders. On 8/6/2018 the company sent me an email confirming the cancelation on both items. However the company sent the items anyway when they had sufficient time to cancel. The two items sent were deducted from my bank account at $ 6.95 each and totaled $13.90. I sent the items back unopened and now the company is trying to charge me $13.90 for shipping and handling charges. I explained to them several times that the items were sent back that I had refused them and that they should not have sent them in the first place since they were canceled. They would not let me speak with a supervisor telling me I had to call back the next day and when I called the next day they said I had to call the following day. I don't think I should have to pay shipping charges and handling charges for something that I do not have. This was canceled in plenty of time for them to stop shipment. I have email showing the date it was canceled and I want my money refunded.

We will gladly refund the customer's shipping charge, However this customer was never billed the cost of the products 95.13$. The Customer got exactly what he paid for. He payed the shipping cost to be able to TRY our product for 14 days. He stopped the trial before the subscription started and was NOT BILLED for the cost of the product. I hope this will resolve any issues. The customer agreed to pay for shipping and handling to receive our product and try it for 14 days. All of that is written out in plain English for all to see.

They have apparently agreed to refund my shipping charges for the items that I sent back unopened. I did not try their product it was sent straight back unopened and they and they kept saying the charge for shipping will not be refunded. As soon as the refund is in my bank account I will notify the Revdex.com of such and they can close the complaint. Until then I would like it to stay open. My case number is XXXXXXXX Thank You.

This company is illegally spamming my email with fake male enhancements drugs
This company is in 100% willful violation of US can spam laws. They are spamming my email account with fake drug offers. I have never in any way opted in or given them permission to send me emails. They have either purchased or data mined emails with the intent on mass spamming unsolicited email accounts or they are using a 3rd party to do it on their behalf. If they are using a 3rd party per the FTC they are legally obligated to control them as far as following US can spam laws see: *** which states, "Monitor what others are doing on your behalf. The law makes clear that even if you hire another company to handle your email marketing, you can't contract away your legal responsibility to comply with the law. Both the company whose product is promoted in the message and the company that actually sends the message may be held legally responsible."

I demand this company cease and desist from ever emailing me again whether directly or indirectly through partners, affiliates, clients, vendors, or any other entity they would share my email with. I will be following this up with a complaint to the FTC and Revdex.com

This company flat out lies. They sell fake male enhancement drugs and scam people through credit card subscriptions. I have yrued everything to get them to stop spamming me and they will not. Their F rating on Revdex.com shows what a scam they are. I still demand they never spam me again.

Product sent back as instructed but No Refund as Of Yet
Sent the product back as instructed and at numerous times was told the finance Department would be notified and my refund sent.
Every time I called it was an Outsouce facility in 'INDIA'
Always been given the run around.
I've told them over and over the refund check needs to be sent to me.
Don't think the outsourcing has ever told the Finance Department about me being Refunded.
I'd like this to be resolved ASAP.

I subsequently reviewed my account and found that I had two separate charges of $89.13 and $95.13; then on Monday I went ahead and cancelled my debit card and had the bank write a dispute which returned the entire amounts back into my bank account. Then on 7/26/2018 (today) I went back into my bank account and saw that the same amounts were again taken out of my bank account, causing my bank to charge me for multiple overdraft fees. I attempted to call the company at 844-401-2917, and only got a recording: "We are sorry your number cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again - 14B"(which I did 3 more times and got the same recording). I went on their website www.epicmaleshop.com, and there was no formal type of website design and only various links, which I clicked one "And Male" which did not bring up any information at all but further links.

Of note that when the second set of charges came through on 7/23/2018 and 7/25/2018 that the entries wee written in the following fashion:"RECURRINGXX5208 FADVITALITYDIETCOM XXX7274FL" and "RECURRING XX5202 ROYAL NUTRA SKIN XX0202 TX".

I am 56 year old man and when I tell you this stuff works it works. Never in my mind did I think I needed it and it happen kind f wired. I am a male Hispanic man and never had any complaints in that department very good looking, caring and well in doubt ok enough about me. So because of my age it started happening and I the third time I know I had to do something about so I tired a bottle and when I tell you it works man I was feeling energetic like crazy and getting the job done. Now to you guys that have the complaint listen man if you would of canceled in time that would of not happened. I don't work for these people but man remember your karma. I can my subscription in five day after receiving and noting was charged. All I know the stuff works and I am getting a subscription. Do you guys know how much *** cost or *** cost, enough side. Epic Male is a scam. The product does not work. Charge your credit card for shipments that never asked for and even ones don't receive.
I am not happy with the company or product. I called for the FREE TRIAL deal and they did not stand behind it. Their word is nothing. The following is what they have sent and charged me without my permission. I told them that I only wanted the free trial nothing else when I placed the first order on 2/26/18. Order # *** 2/26/18 Trial 6.95 & 5.95 charged credit card 2/26/18. Order # *** 3/30/18 charged card 3/12/18 $89.13 & $95.13. Charged card again 3/30/18 $95.13-No product received. Order # *** 4/29/18 charged card $95.13 4/29/18. Order # *** 5/23/18 charged card $89.13 5/05/18. charged card again $89.13-No product received. credited $89.13 back to card 6/4/18. Order # *** 6/1/18 charged card $95.13 6/1/18. As you can see, I got charged 2 times for a product that was not shipped. You company needs to credit back my credit card $558.78 for products I did not want and received or did not receive anyway after I told you I did not want after FREE TRIAL. I would write a review on your website but low and behold there is no place for that. Go figure. I can not believe that they are still in business. If you want to sell a product and people are not satisfied with it then stand behind your word and guarantee the refunds for the product that does not work or even when you send out the product to your customers that did not want it and charged them for it. That is bad business in my book. I want my $558.78 refund on my credit card today.

I have been trying since April 2018 to receive refund of $95.13, which was returned within the trial period for a "full refund".
In April 2018, I tried a product from Epic Male. I was to pay for shipping and handling. Order number XXXXXX. When the product arrived, it came with a second product, which I did not even order. Within 10 days of receipt of the product, my debit card was charged $87.13 and $95.13. I contacted the company and was told I would get a full refund once products were returned. I boxed up the products and returned the items. I received a credit to my account of $87.13. Since that time I have contacted their customer service number-1-866-213-4596 well over a dozen times. I have spoken to Sylvester, Alan, and a third and I did not track his name. The number called is in India (because I asked, that is how I know). I have also emailed Epic Male at [email protected]. I emailed 3-4 times, and get a generic reply giving me the number of customer service, which is a run-around. I have been promised the return of my funds was mailed by: May 7th, May 14th, May 22nd, and was promised I would have the check by May 22nd, June 8th or 9th, and as of today, I was promised it would arrive to me by Friday June 15th.

This has gone on with broken promises since April. I have been trying to receive my funds back literally since April.

I have to update you on two refunds that WERE transacted in January. My error, I did not see them and questioned Wilson at EpicMale today and he gave me the date of 1/22/18 for credit and I did find these two transactions. One is for $89.13 and the other for $95.13.

Apparently one item returned was past 30 days so they have refused to refund the additional $95.13.

I would certainly like that amount back too but if this is the best I can hope for then I am ok with closing this complaint.

They are deceptive with this "not cancelled unless called" policy.

I was told by the Company my product return was in as of 4/9/18 and my credit issued in 7-10 bus. days. Called on 4/26/18 and their number is out !
I ordered a trial of the products Epic Male Enhancement and Epic Prostate from the internet Order # XXXXXX on February 4 2018 from the Company EPIC MALE LLC. I used my TD Bank debit /credit card for the purchase.
I called a few weeks later as I noticed 2 charges on my bank statement for $89.10 and $95.13. I called and told the agent I did not want these and I was told to ship them back for FULL REFUND.
On April 9 2018 I called the company # 1-844-401-2917 and spoke to "Wilson" who told me they had received the products and my refund would be issued in 7-10 business days. That timeframe has passed and when I called today the phone number has been DISCONNECTED!

I ordered a "Free" trial of a product EPIC Male Enhancement and EPIC Prostrate trial Order # XXXXXX on February 4 2018. I did not track the date of the free trial and called a few weeks later to cancel. I was told to send back the unused portion and they would issue a refund for the full amount of $184.26 I am owed $184.26 for the 2 trial products I ordered and then shipped back per their instructions. I was told on Aril 9, 2018 by a "Wilson" that my refund would be credited within 7 to 10 business days which has now come and gone. I called today and the companys phone number of 844-401-2917 is listed as "NO LONGER IN SERVICE"!

I purchased this product from epic male on line. I was told I needed to provide my credit card info for a no obligation free trial of their product.
I provided my credit card info for their free trial because I needed to pay for shipping. After they billed shipping they billed my Credit card a $95 recurring charge. I returned the unused portion and they said I would receive a full refund. It has been three months of chasing them around and always a bunch of excuses. I have not received the refund yet. They claim they attemped to put the money back on my charge card two times but it did not go through. The latest excuse was they were waiting to mail a check after they investigate why the money wouldnt go back on my credit card. Now they are saying they will put a rush on the check.

Their address in Florida is actually a UPS store and the 800# they give for customer service appears to be in India.

HIGH ALERT when dealing with these guys.

Nowhere do we mention a no obligation free trial. We clearly state that this is a 14 day trial and you will be billed after the trial period ends, if you wish to keep and continue with the product.

We have our checkbox with the terms and conditions clearly stated.

This customer did return their product and will be getting a check mailed to them.

Been almost 90 days since they received their product back by certified mail and I have not received my refund as of yet.

Back in January I canceled my bank card After thinking it had been used without my authority.
Found out I had ordered something through Epic Male not realizing id be charged.
talked to their Customer service and found out I could send the product back and I'd get my money refunded. I sent back the product right then and it was sent certified Mail signed on 1/27/2017 by their Agent Ryan S.
After a Month I called and they said the refund was denied back to my bank.
That was late February. I informed them I had a new card and they would have to send me my refund.
They told me by the end of March I should receive an email with the tracking number of the check their Finance department would send me.
Nothing ever came.
First week in April I was told by them I should see something around the 17th of the month.
Nothing again.
Now I've been told it should be coming my way in the next 10-14 days. I Really Have No faith with them as it seems I have been giving excuses and delays for way to long.
As of the 27th of this month (April) it will have been over 90 days since they got their product back.
I.m tired of all the excused and delays.

A full refund ASAP of the $57.93 woyhout anymore delays and or excuses. I want this to be done with asap.

The reason I do not except their proposal is until I receive the refund in my hands I can not believe what they have stated.
When it takes almost 4 months and they have given way to many excuses its hard to believe things until I physically have the refund in hand.

As of 6 PM this evening on Wednesday May 30th I have NOT seen or received the said check as of yet.
You do realize that on May 22,they stated that a check would be sent out that day.
Even had they sent that check out on the 23rd, even with the Holiday we had on Monday it should have been here by now. That's 4 Business days as from the 23rd.

I have been consistently lied to and have had continued delays in their response and the refund.

As I have stated before, I WILL NOT EXCEPT ANYTHING TILL I HAVE RECIEVED THE REFUND.

As of two days ago it would have been 4 MONTHS since they received their product back and over 3 MONTHS since they knew I needed A CHECK sent in the amount of $57.93.

I have looked into this case, and this customer is not even in our system with this name. If they ordered with another name, they will need to state that at this time and contact customer service.

I don't understand why I'm not in there system. The 4 times I called there customer service they acknowledge me and told me my refund would be issued . I'm sure if they would really check that they will find the records of the 2 payment charged to my debit card . The first for the shipping cost for the 14 day free trail ( lol) and the second for th cost of the product which I returned . Also customer service acknowledges that I returned the product .it's obviously a scam that this company is running !

Yes I will accept a refund , as 6/11/2018 I haven't received an email on check , I was told several times that I would receive an refund . So I accept but I would like to keep this open until I receive a check . Thank you so much in this matter

I cancelled my order before it was even mailed. They sent the order any way. I only ordered 1 thing but they sent me 2 products. Will not refund money
I received 2 orders XXXXXX & XXXXXX from Epic male Store. I only ordered 1 products and I cancelled my order via e-mail before it ever shippedI The company sent me 2 products even though I cancelled my order prior to shipping. When I received the orders I called the company and they said to send the products back and they would give me a refund. I called the company and they confirmed that they received my return shipment on 3/21/18 at 11:26am under USPS shipping no. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for orders XXXXXX & XXXXXX. They said that they would be issuing a refund for both $95.13 & $89.13. I have received the $95.13 refund but not the $89.13. I have contacted them numerous times at the e-mail they list as their contact e-mail [email protected]. I have written over 20 e-mails and they have never responded to any. I am waiting for my refund of $89.13 plus 3 shipping charges of $6.95 (initial shipment), $5.95 (initial shipment) and $8.95 (return shipment). I am requesting these shipping refunds because I should have never had the charges because I cancelled the orders before they shipped. I should never have had return shipping charges because they were not authorized to ship product to me once the order was cancelled. Total requested refunds on $110.98

I accept this response, however reserving the right to re-open this complaint if they do not honor their obligation to send me a check this week in the amount of $110.98.

On 5/8/2018 the company said they were mailing me a check for $110.98. As of this date, I have not received a check from the company nor have I received any correspondence from them.

My presumption at this point is that they do not intend to pay me. They have been dishonest and non communicative throughout this whole process. Can we escalate this case to a higher level?

I asked for a free trial and was only suppose to pay for shipping every monthe the company isdeducting $38.03 plus $5.96 for shipping.
I only wanted the free trail. They are stealing from me. I tried to call the number is disconnected. I will be returning the the products.

Please stop sending the product.
