Epic Male

I was charged 95.13 and 89.13 for two bottles of Epic Male products. I was told to mail back the unwanted products but did not receive a refund.
I paid $5.95 and $6.95 for two bottles of Epic Male products. Ten days later I was charged $95.13 and $89.13 for the same two bottles. When I called the first time, the representative said he would cancel the account. He would not give me an address to mail the bottles back to the company. I called back a second day and a different representative that did not speak clear English told me in order to get my money refunded, I had to mail the product to Pure Vitamin, ***, Suite #***, ***, FL ***. I mailed the product back on September 22, 2017. The USPS tracking number states the product was delivered on Monday, September 25, 2017 at 11:20am. I have tried to reach the company again and they claim they did not receive the product.

The company has robbed me of a total of $197.16 plus an additional $7.40 spent to return mail the products. I don't have their product and I don't have my refund. The company should be charged with theft.

I consider this to be highway robbery with out the highway they are frauds.paid for one item got charged with 2.
10/8/2017 I purchased epic male, after all my credit card information was entered I confirmed my purchase of E.M for just 5.95 shipping charge. Insted of them confirming the sale the next page waan ad for what other people purchased , not wanting it I proceeded to the next step and confirmed my purchase. thats when I noticed they added another product to my bill . The money is not the issue just the gall of these people are making me react this way. I will fight this with my credit card co. if no satisfaction .
