I signed up for one free sample and the vendor charged me the full price of the product and enrolled me in a subscription service.
The vendor claims I made a purchase on 11/27/2017 at 12:27 am from the US. Order ID XXXXXX in the amount of $95.13. In reality I was in Vienna, Austria about to board a plane to the US on that date at that time. Clearly, their financial records are fraudulent.

I admit that I used my credit card to pay for shipping and handling for a free sample. However, the vendor did not send a free sample, but charged me full price and enrolled me in a subscription service. I emailed and called them on multiple occasions but got no response of any kind. After that, I disputed the charges with my credit card company, but the vendor lied, and said I ordered the product and enrolled in the subscription service. I am still trying to resolve the issue with Credit One Bank.

The vendor claims I had to click a button to accept their terms and conditions, but this is simply not true. There was no such button.

I did not notice the fraudulent charges on my credit card until my December statement. Then I saw a second charge for the same amount. Both charges are disputed.

Desired Outcome

I want the vendor to refund ALL charges to my credit card.

I see that an attempt to refund the customer was made back in early February. The refund of $95.13 would not return to the customer's card the order was placed with. When this occurs we are happy to send a refund check in the mail.

Since I was charged twice, they should have refunded two times the purchase amount. However, there was no attempt to credit my account, nor was I ever sent a check. Thus company does nothing but lie and deceive its customers, THAT IS HOW IT CONDUCTS ITS BUSINESS! Just look at all of the complaints against this business and that fact that the complaints are all the same. The consumer orders a free sample and is charged full price and enrolled in an illegal subscription service.

I repeat, I was not in the United States when they claim I made my purchase and I can prove it. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and requested that they take legal action against this company. I will investigate initiating a Class Action suit if the FTC takes no action.

Hello,

We do not advertise a FREE sample. Merely the customer pays to have us ship the product to them so they may TRY the product without paying full price right away. The customer agreed to our terms upon ordering. Since the customer's trial date had since expired they were billed the full price of our products. In the case that the customer would like to cancel they may do so by calling our CS and sending back the unused portion of our products that they now are not wishing to pay for. Upon retrieval of the returned product we then issue the full refund. No where in our system do we have on file this customer ever returned the said product.

Attached is a copy of the advertisement which I responded to. Note the word in green letters which says FREE! As usual this vendor is lying! They certainly do advertise a FREE sample! Read it for yourself. This same advertisement for a FREE sample is available throughout the internet.

Regarding the unused portion, I sent that to the credit card company, Credit One Bank, since I did not order it.

"Free" sample now being charged 89.13 and 95.13 and company refuses to cancel!
Ordered "free" sample and paid the shipping charges of 5.95 and 6.95 on March 5, 2018. Today, March 16 my bank account shows charges of 89.13 and 95.13. Called company to complain and ask for cancellation and refund. Was told they are the charges for the "free" sample after 14 days! Ridiculous! Told them again to cancel, that we ordered the free sample and don't want the product. Company refused! Told them I was reporting them to Revdex.com for false advertising and also informed my bank. This is deceptive and predatory advertising and needs to be stopped.

Desired Outcome

I want them to reverse the charges above, not charge me again, and change their advertising---obviously they are not giving away free samples if they want to charge people 89.13 and 95.13 after they have their credit information.

I sent in for a trial product. I received the product and another product I did not ask for. I returned both products, and did not receive my refund
After not receiving my refund for 2 months, I began calling on a near daily basis. I was given the run-around and was told that I would be called back and never was called back. Finally a supervisor got on the phone and stated that my bank must have been the problem. I called the VISA card and they had no transaction of the refund. I have been swindled.

Desired Outcome

Although this has cost me a few hours of my time, I simply want my money they took from my credit card. Transactions totaling $184.26.

I received a trial subscription from this company and was charged over $180 and was told I agreed to the terms of service, however, there were no terms of service. I was also told I would receive a credit to my account if I returned any unused portion and have yet to see a dime credited to my account. Bogus!

The merchant charged me for subscription after free trial without my consent
I have purchased two products from them Epic Male Enhancement trial for $5.95 and Epic Prostate trial for $6.95 free trial and did not agree to subscription. I called customer service today 03/05/18 as soon as I discovered the charge few days ago, the number I called 18662134596.
The customer service agent told me he wont credit the charge until I return the free trial product which is impossible because I have started using it thinking that I paid the price for the product to use for 14 days, not aware they would sign me up for subscription without my consent. I had to call my credit card company to file a complaint and put block on the account to prevent further charges. The merchant ad did not mention that they would automatically charge me for subscription when I ordered online. The charge on my credit for the subscription was $95.13.

I demand to cancel the unauthorized subscription and refund the amount of $95.13

I accepted the free trial of their products. I returned the unused portion and they have not refunded me $183.37 as promised.
I ordered a "free trial" of their product in September of 2017 only paying shipping. During the 30 day trial I emailed their customer service to advise them I did not want any additional products sent to me. The next month I noticed two charges on my credit card for $95.13 and $89.13. After calling customer service the gentleman said I could not cancel via email I had to call. I immediately cancelled on the phone and asked to be refunded for the two unauthorized charges on my account. The rep advised me to send back the unused products and I would get a full refund. I paid $9.08 to ups back their product. I called to confirm that they received the product and I received confirmation that they did indeed receive the unused product. The rep said I would receive my refund within 5 business days. That was back in October of 2017. To this day, February, 27th, 2018, I still have not received my refund. I asked for it to be mailed to me. I have called on numerous occasions and also sent a written letter and have gotten nothing but the run around.

Returned vitamins was told I get my money refunded but it never happened they are giving me a hard time.
On October 7,2017 I ordered vitamins (order number XXXXXX). Was at the understanding that all I had to pay was shipping. I received vitamins bout 3weeks later. In November this company took 95.13 out of my account my girlfriend called them to cancel this they told her to send pills back and a refund will be issued confirmation number XXXXXX said they will send check in 7-10business days. I received nothing. She called again this time being told it will be direct deposited in 3-5 days.Still nothing have been calling them every two weeks they keep claiming the refund was deposited. I still don't have my money.

After canceling in 30 day window and returning remaining product I was still charged
I ordered 1 product on 9/25/17 order # XXXXXX. Products were canceled on 10/07/17 by phone ( within the 30 day window) and I was told to return remaining product. I asked for a RO# and was told to just include the packing slip which I did on 10/11/17.On my Nov. credit card statement I was /billed for both products. After a couple of calls to Epic Male explaining I was put on hold and then after 5-6 min. I disconnected ( with todays call this has happened 4 times). On 11/17/17 I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Epic male response to Comenity Bank was I failed to cancel in 30 day window. If that was the case they would have sent me another shipment

Won't refund money after phony "subscription" was cancelled.
Like many other complaints, I ordered a trial of Epic Male Enhancement and Prostate Health products and was billed on 11/13/17 $6.95 and $4.95, respectively. Fourteen days later on 11/27/17 I noticed charges of $95.13 and $89.13, respectively.

I immediately called the company and said I did not want the product nor any recurring subscription for more items. I was told that the subscription would be terminated and if I received any additional shipment to mark it "Refused - Return to Sender". I didn't get any further shipment and expected a refund of the $95.13 and $89.13 charges. At the time of the call, I was not told about any 14-day trial period or that I had to return the original shipment in order to obtain a credit.

This company resorts to misleading advertising and business practices cheating consumers.

Refund the $95.13 and $89.13 amounts. I will gladly return the products, if desired.

I was charged by two companies for sample products. I called and they cancelled my subscription but refuse to give refund. I returned the unopened box but since I put "Return to Sender" I don't have tracking info and they will not acknowledge receipt of product and therefore will not process refund. They are crooks and stealing money.

This is a total scam! do not order anything even if it is free. Ordered what was stated to be a free sample. 14 days after that I received 2 charges on my card totaling $180.
Then every ten days after that I received additional 2 charges on the card for additional $180 amounts. Never received any product. When I contacted the company to challenge these charges they actually hung up on me 3 times. On my fourth call the operator stated that I would have to return the product to receive refunds. I have not received any product. At that point the operator put me on hold (figured he was going too hang up like the others), but he returned to the phone he stated that the product had been recently shipped. They refused to refund the credit card amounts, which are up to approximately $400 at this time. These people are crooks!!! ...for sure. I will save you some grief. Do not buy anything from them.

The company has only refunded my card one charge ! There are three charges . They were free trials!

I initially I signed up for a trial and cancelled on the 14th day (as per instructions) I was charged 95.13 and 89.13 for two bottles of Epic Male products on my credit card which was UNAUTHORIZED . I was told to mail back the unwanted products but did not receive a refund.
Ten days later I was charged $95.13 and $89.13 for the same two bottles. When I called the first time, the representative said he would cancel the account. He would not give me an address to mail the bottles back to the company. I called back a second day and a different representative that did not speak clear English told me in order to get my money refunded, I had to mail the products back, I mailed the product back on June 12, 2017. I have spoken to several representatives verifying they did receive the product. Yet my refund has not been issued I have called weekly for the past 10 weeks only to be asked to email Jason supervisor to get a check mailed since they have tried to send a credit to my credit card but claims bank rejects credit (LIES)
The company has robbed me of a total of $374.52 I don't have their product and I don't have my refund. The company should be charged with theft.

I have no received ANY refund from this company...I have made more than 10 calls and sent letters each time I get a run around instructing me to leave a message for "Jason" the supervisor. Representative claims they have attempted to refund my card with no success,asking me to provide another card #.... They have stolen over $600 from me and requests I give them another credit card #, So they can steal an additional $600? I have requested several times that they send me a check for my FULL refund..Still nothing. I canceled within the 14 days they never should have sent any more pills after the trial offer, I returned 6 bottles to them I am owed a refund for all 6 bottles.

The website offered a 30 day trial - the shipping confirmation stated a 14 day trial. I canceled the orders immediately and several days later received shipping confirmation. I no longer wish to do business with this company. I afraid my cancellation email is not enough.

The first thing you see on the website is the 30 day trial offer. I talked with customer service and they assured me that everything would be canceled. They also promised a confirmation email by the end of the day. They lied about that too. I was instructed to mark return to sender on the packages when I received them. I have received only one package thus far and it was returned. I can't imagine how many people have been scammed with this false advertising. It is a shame that our standards have been lowered to this level.

I was solicited for a sexual aid, and hidden in the ad was a prostrate ad as well. I need neither since I have prescriptions for both. I also do not order per my Doctor's order I cannot take any order that would cause me to have to have dialysis 3 times a week. epic Male falsely solicited for a sex pill along with a prostrate drug which I did
not need but falsely advertised for free other than postage. Again I never ordered nor wanted prostrate nor sexual drugs.

This customer ordered a trial offer on our website and entered his name, address, credit card info, and CVV code confirming his identity.

Terms and conditions are clearly stated on the website that this is a recurring purchase after the initial trial period. If a customer wishes to cancel, they need to return unfinished product.

Customers have to read and agree to the terms and conditions before purchase though a security check out, check box system.

Customer needs to call customer service at 844-370-8923 to resolve this issue.

I want it in writing that the 89.13 charge is credited and will be. the product was sent via ups monday nov 6th and the tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and I have spoken with the company who said once received a refund will be given.
