I needed to transport my BMW from Bristol to West Liberty due to a military permanent change in duty station. Eship was very helpful. They directed me to a communicative carrier that provided proof of insurance when picking up the vehicle and called me at least once daily as my car moved. My car was in great shape when I got it (approximately three and a half days which was way faster than I expected) and when it was ready to be delivered the driver gave me a 24 hour notice in order to set up a time window. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you. It was pleasure helping you.

Very pleased with Eship Corp. While their quote was a little more expensive than others, they were worth it! Very professional and communicative. I always knew where my car was in the process and they were very good about checking in with me. Picked up car exactly when they said they would and delivered car a couple of days early, which I was thrilled about! Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to others.

Thank you. ***@eshiptransport.com.

I got my car delivered so quickly, once the car had been picked the driver was in touch and told me well advance on which date and time car would be delivered which helped me a lot in sorting my work schedule on that particular day.

Eship Response • Nov 04, 2019

Thank you.

My car moving stress was easy by Eship Corp and it was an experience which was easy and their communication with me was excellent. I was able to reach a live person with questions and they kept me informed via email. The requested pick up and delivery dates were honored. My vehicle arrived in its original condition.

Thank you.

Excellent work! I found out about them while searching for auto transport Company to deliver a car gift to my brother. The pickup man was on time and delivered the car on agreed day with no damages. Would surely recommend 5 stars.

Eship Response • Oct 25, 2019

Thank you, we are available 7 days week.

Their team has great knowledge. They always guide you about the whole process before making an agreement to make sure everything is done properly. I have used them for my Mercedes Benz C250 coupe. They provided quality service. Not a single scratch on my car while moving. Green Signal if you are looking for auto transport Company.

Thank you ***.. ***@eshiptransport.com

I have been in touch with eShip auto transport like last one year. They are number 1. They not only provide best service but insure the security of vehicles. I transport through them because they take care of my vehicles. I never encountered any damage. Extremely satisfied with and recommending to others as well.

Eship Response • Oct 03, 2019

Thank you, we work hard 7 days a week to help and work with all our clients and logistical needs.

I would not use eship again and would not recommend anyone use them. There were many issues with my car transport that I booked via eship.

The car had to go from Anchorage, AK to Georgia so I knew it would take time and be complicated. Eship assured me they could handle it and it would take 2-3 weeks. The problems were evident even before shipping. When I contracted with Eship two months in advance they told me to drop it off in with Alaska Auto Transport who would transport the car from Alaska to Washington state. A week before my drop off date I called Alaska Auto Transport to find out more details about drop off. They had no record of the car or a booking with Eship. I followed up with Eship who assured me it was a mistake and they would contact AAT to set up the booking. A couple days before transport I called AAT again for the drop off information. AAT told me they still had no booking for the car but assured me once they got the booking I would get an email with the drop off information. Luckily they also gave me the information over the phone. I followed up with my Eship broker who was surprised there was still no booking and said he would talk to the people within Eship to make sure it was set up. I never received an email from AAT. When I went to drop the car off, AAT still had no record of the booking but I was able to fill one out there. I then gave Eship the confirmation number and booking information. I dropped the car off on a Monday because Eship told me that if I drop it off Monday it would be on a boat by Tuesday.

A week or so before transport I got an email from Eship that my car was assigned to West Coast Auto Transport for the Washington to Georgia leg. I looked up WCAT and read many bad reviews about cars arriving late and damaged. I contacted Eship to express my concerns but Eship assured me they've always had good dealings with WCAT. EShip also reminds me they are a 5 star Revdex.com company and know what they are doing.

I receive a call Tuesday of week two (8 days after drop off) from WCAT asking about arranging pick up of my car. I told them they are picking the car up from the boat and AAT not directly from me. They had no record of that. I was surprised because I assumed Eship had explained the transfer process and gave them the AAT information. They did not have it so I gave them the AAT confirmation number.

I called WCAT Tuesday of week three (15 days from drop off) to see what is going on. They said they would be picking it up that day or the next and then it would be 7-10 days for delivery. I was surprised that it was not further along because that would push it past the original 2-3 weeks. I then rearranged other travel plans to be available for delivery over a four day window a week later than expected. I received an email from Eship Thursday of week 3 (17 days from drop off) that my car was now picked up by WCAT.

The day before my four day drop off window I had not heard anything. I call WCAT multiple times but no answer. I contact Eship and they say they don't know any delivery specifics but will find out. Day two of my drop off window, a Friday, (25 days since drop off) I try again. Still no answer when I call WCAT. When I first contact Eship they don't know but then text me to say it will be the following Tuesday or Wednesday (that is 4-4.5 weeks from drop off). I ask multiple times for an update where the car is and the only answer I receive is "it's with the carrier". I ask for even a state (because WA to GA is a long wau) and get the same "it's with the carrier and we don't know more." By the time I get this answer it is the weekend and Eship says they can't get any more details until Monday because WCAT is closed on weekends. At this time they remind me they are a 5 star Revdex.com company and I am only the "customer" that hired them to do a job.

On Monday (4 weeks from drop off) I am told the car will be dropped off Tuesday evening which it is. There are no issues with drop off and the car arrives undamaged 29 days after I dropped it off.

Over the course of this experience Eship reminded me many times they are a 5 star Revdex.com company with an A+ rating. The problem is they don't act like it and the companies they contract with are not. The delay with the carrier is not their fault. I understand this was a big job and the car had to travel a long way, delays are not that surprising. But that is why I hired and paid a lot of money for them to handle it. I expected them to be able to do this big job properly.

First they should know their business and shouldn't say a job will take 2-3 weeks when its going to take 4. Even without the unforeseen delays, I can see now with the transfer and different forms of transport, this was never a 2 week job. It is 3 at the tightest and they should've said 3-4 weeks in the first place which would have been more realistic and defused some of my anger and annoyance with it being so late. I could've planned for 3-4 weeks if I had known but instead I was left hanging.

Second their communication was incredibly poor. They were fine and responsive when I contacted them but they provided me with very few updates and when I asked for an update or god forbid more details they did not know. I understand they are not the carrier and are not GPS tracking the drivers, but when I ask four times where my delayed car is, "it's with the carrier somewhere in the entirety of the US" is not an acceptable answer. That's when an actual 5-star company would call the carrier and get the information (or a real 5-star company would probably already know and contact me with an update without prompting). Finally dismissing my complaints as my only being a "customer" is not the way to conduct business.

Third their communication with their carriers is also clearly poor and that is their MAIN JOB! Neither AAT or WCAT had the information about when and where my car was to be picked up/dropped off. This is the reason I hired Eship to arrange this transport in the first place. I booked with Eship months before the actual transport, AAT should've known my car was coming and WCAT should have known they were getting my car from AAT not directly from me and had the AAT confirmation/tracking number. Those failures are squarely on Eship and are serious concerns regardless of the delay.

Finally, even if they are a 5 star company, the carriers they contract with which are the ones doing the actual transport are not. I do not know of any issues with AAT but WCAT had many issues and based on online reviews are well know for it. WCAT is not Revdex.com accredited and has an "F" rating from Revdex.com. When I read many reviews about WCAT being known for delays and late deliveries I expressed my concerns with Eship. Eship informed me they trust WCAT and have had no problems with them. Then when there is an "unforeseen" delay and late delivery they blame WCAT. It does not matter if you are supposedly a "good" company if you rely on bad ones to conduct your business. Especially when the customer has no choice which carrier you put them with.

The communication problems were an inconvenience and a hassle. I spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out when and where my car was. This was time and mental space I did not have while moving to a new place and a new job. But the delays also cost me a lot of money. I rearranged/booked last minute flights to change the weekend I was travelling to be present for a delivery a week later than expected. A delivery that was then delayed further and didn't even happen during that four day block. I also spent 1-2 weeks more than expected without a car increasing my transportation and food costs (I could not cook because I had packed my cooking supplies in the car). This is 1-2 weeks in a new place trying to move in and get settled without a car to go get what I needed to set up a new apartment. 1-2 weeks extra having to pay for taxis and rideshares just to get to and from work, to look at potential apartments, and move. If I had known it was going to be longer there would have been ways to accommodate that in advance but all the not knowing and just pushing delivery a few more days, then a few more days was not only annoying and inconvenient, it was greatly expensive, on top of an already very expensive shipping cost.

Eship does not deserve their good rating and I would never recommend anyone use them but instead stay far away.

Eship Response • Oct 03, 2019

We are sorry for your exprience, eship would never tell anyone 1-2 weeks for Alaska trip, the ground transport would take 1-2 weeks and I apologize any confusion on this.AAT takes booking of only up to 30 days out. Eship is available 7 days week to assist you and work with you to get answers for you which we were. As stated west coast deliver car late yes, which was unexpected delay BUT delivered car in exact condition as was picked up. We , ESHIP also credited you $200 for the inconvenience and stood behind our word.

Customer Response • Oct 03, 2019

First I never said you promised 1-2 weeks but 2-3 which was assured multiple times and it took 4.
Second the fact that a AAT only takes bookings 30 days out does not explain why they NEVER received the booking even when I checked in with Eship about it a week before transport. Third Eship being available for answers 7 days a week is not helpful if their answer is "we have no answer" because WCAT is closed on weekends.

And finally and most important, Eship credited me NO money for my trouble. Saying you gave me $200 for the inconvenience is a LIE. The $200 was because I needed to pay WCAT $200 more to release my car than my quoted total. I paid exactly what was quoted to me in June and received no refund or discount for the problems. Mark assured me the $200 credit was NOT in response to the trouble but because Eship made a mistake and promised WCAT too much money. Mark said a refund for my troubles was still available and in the works but NEVER followed up or paid me ANYTHING for my trouble.

Eship Response • Oct 03, 2019

Credit was for delay and inconvenience, we were able to be reached but could not get your answer until monday yes, I do sincerely apologize for inconvenience, when I looked up order w Aat I did find our order I'm not sure why you did not. We stood behind the driver and our price.

Customer Response • Oct 03, 2019

I assure you AAT did not have a booking for my car. They had no record of my car except the woman remembered my call inquiring about it. I filled out the AAT booking that day and then forwarded the information to ***.

How can you claim the $200 was for the delay and inconvenience when I paid in total only $5 different than my quote/contract price (somehow the $5 got dropped but it would be a joke to claim $5 is compensation for my inconvenience). I have the emails with *** to prove it.

My quote for the total trip was $2545, order ID XXXXXXX. I then paid $1245 directly to AAT and a $395 deposit directly to eship. That totals $1640 leaving a remaining balance of $905. When WCAT arranged drop off of my car they required $1100. I emailed *** because that is $200 more than I had left on my balance and I refused to pay even more for the delayed and inconvenient delivery.

My email to ***: West Coast finally called. They are delivering tomorrow (Tuesday) evening. But they expect $1100 in cash. Number 1, even assuming no issues, my balance is less than that (" I see what you mean the numbers don't match, $905 is your balance ...........MA"). Second, given all of the issues and delays, that price should be discounted. I have spent a lot of extra money on transportation to get around without my car for an additional week because the delivery is a week later than expected.

I am not paying them $1100 in cash but I also do not want them to not release my car to me tomorrow exacerbating the delay. Please communicate with West Coast so that I can provide them with an appropriate amount in order to get my car tomorrow

*** responded: I will REFUND you $200 dollars today via email, I need you to pay the driver $1100 on delivery.

I then called *** to confirm that this was NOT a refund for my inconvenience/the delay. He said: yes this $200 is completely separate. He was still "working on" getting me a real refund for the delay/my inconvenience.

I paid the driver $1100, the $900 I owed them and the $200 from eship.

I never heard from *** again about a real refund and NEVER received any refund for the delay/inconvenience!!!!

Customer Response • Oct 04, 2019

It is a lie and gaslighting to claim I received $200 as compensation for the delay and inconvenience. I received no such refund. Eship offered to ship my car for $2545. This was within the range that other companies offered - not the highest nor the lowest, but I chose Eship because of its good rating. In the end, adding together all I paid both to the carriers themselves and to eship including subtracting the $200 eship did credit back to my account, I paid in total $2540. $1245 to AAT, $395 to eship, then $1100 to WCAT ($900 of my own money and the $200 eship had credited back to me). Added together that is $2540 of the original contract price of $2545. Other than $5 which ended up dropped somewhere, I think with WCAT, which would be a joke to consider compensation for my troubles, I paid the full contract price. I received no refund, discount, or compensation for the delay or inconvenience. Repeating the lie that I did does not make it true, it makes it gaslighting. Despite the fact that I spent hundreds of dollars that I would not have had to spend if EShip had done its job properly and in the time promised, plus the extensive time trying to compensate for eship's incompetence, EShip has done nothing but dismiss my concerns, lie about my receiving compensation for my troubles that I NEVER received, and tried to manipulate me into thinking that is true. No one should trust this company.

Eship Response • Oct 04, 2019

We are also a broker as explained and carrier requested more money, which we did not charge you and credited back. The delay w carrier was for mechanical breakdown which is excluded from addt'l discounts, we offer up to $300 for any delay or price lock which you were given. Mam, I do really apologize you were not satisfied, we do our best, been in business 12yrs and definitely did not decide to pick on you. We will use this to grow as a company for sure.

Eship Response • Oct 04, 2019

We disagree and honored our price, and was available to you anytime, can only apologize and credit your money as we did. We have been in business 12 yrs and work hard for everyone always with no exception. Your delay was rare instance and never would quote 2 weeks from Alaska.

Customer Response • Oct 04, 2019

Saying you honor your price is not the same as compensating me for my trouble because of the delay and inconvenience. I never said you did not honor your price. I'll admit I paid the contract price you quoted me. But that is the point of contracting for a specified amount. You don't get credit or good will for not charging me more than my contract price, that is the bare minimum expected of a business. It is not my fault WCAT charged you more than you quoted me. Therefore giving me back some of my deposit for me to pay to WCAT directly is not compensation for the trouble you caused me. You have continually tried to argue that I was compensated for the delay and inconvenience: "ESHIP also credited you $200 for the inconvenience" and "Credit was for delay and inconvenience". That is what is not true. And claiming now that you honored your original price is not the same thing. You say that you offer $300 for any delay. I never received $300 for my troubles with the delay. Instead you've continually lied that I received $200 for the "delay and inconvenience" which I didn't. I paid the contract price. Not $300 less than the contract price.

Eship Response • Oct 08, 2019

Again, I do apologize and delays happen from time to time, it does not make me or my company a bad company.

Customer Response • Oct 08, 2019

While this back and forth has been mainly over the delay, I purposely tried to divorce most of my negative review from the delay to show where I thought Eship failed regardless of the delay, which is why I think Eship is a bad company. All of the other reasons, particularly the bad communication with both me and the carriers and the bad decisions Eship makes in contracting with known bad carriers --- I repeat WCAT has an F rating from Revdex.com and is well known for delays --- is squarely on Eship. Furthermore your response to this review and attempted manipulation of me throughout this interaction is further proof that Eship is a bad company. Even without the delay I would have bad feelings about eship and would have written a negative review, albeit probably a bit less extensive. Though I would be less concerned about a refund and compensation for the significant troubles the delay caused which Eship never gave me if there had been no delay. However it is still incomprehensible to me that Eship refuses to compensate me for the significant trouble the delay caused.

Eship Response • Oct 08, 2019

We did communicate and cant help mechanical delay from time to time. WCAT has never given us issue, which is why we use and only on Sun can not reach, BUT we were available. I am sorry for delay.

Customer Response • Oct 08, 2019

I've laid out multiple episodes of poor communication between both eship and myself and eship and the carriers mainly the fact that neither carrier had any understanding of my transport indicating a communication breakdown between eship and both of its carriers. Regarding Eship's communication with me, I do not think responding but saying we have no answer over and over and over and over again is good communication, especially since WCAT continually failed to respond/answer when I contacted them directly. So yes you can say you were available to communicate but the communication was very ineffective and incompetent and not what is expected of a 5 star, A+ company. It is especially galling to experience said poor communication and then be reminded by Eship's staff of Eship's apparent 5 star, A+ status. Eship's supremely awful communication was a driving factor behind this negative review regardless of the delay. And I think this back and forth is further evidence of Eship's poor communication - Eship may respond but they don't respond in a manner or with information that is either helpful, useful, or actually responsive. Instead eship is more concerned with talking about how great it is rather than providing constructive answers to questions or responses to concerns and multiple times flat out lie to make them seem better than they are.

Eship Response • Oct 09, 2019

As you can see from our numerous other reviews we work hard as stated to be 5 star company. Breakdowns occur on a tuck just as they occur on your car, these things can happen, we did not disappear. Again, we keep going back and forth, BUT I apologize for delay and wish delay never happened for you.

Customer Response • Oct 09, 2019

Once again you ignore all of my complaints that are not focused on the delay. While I appreciate the apology, if you recall from my original review, I recognized from the beginning that breakdowns and delays happen. I never said it was your fault the truck broke down. However I am flabbergasted that Eship has completely failed to compensate me for the delay. While I recognize that delays are not your fault, you still should compensate the customer for their trouble.

Eship Response • Oct 09, 2019

we never disagreed you were unsatisfied, we will use this experience to grow in the future. We were and are available everyday to communicate.

Eship arranged auto transport of my car. They guarantee great selection of transportation companies. My car was damaged, no one will pay for repairs.
We engaged eShip auto transport to arrange transport of our car from NY to California because of their great ratings. Order #XXXXXXX. The car made it eventually, 14 days instead of the promised 7-10 days. However it arrived with scraped bumper side panel and some kind of acid stain on the hood which ate through the paint. I noted these on arrival however the driver of the transport company, Starway Logistic, kept insisting I just pay him the cash, and call the company for any issues and they would cover it. He threatened to take my car and charge me overnight storage fees if I didn't give him the cash on the spot.
I have been trying to get payment for the damages since June 11th. My car is still at the collision repair shop, the transport company won't pay for the repairs ($2070), their insurance company won't pay as it was below their deductible amount ($2500).
E ship advertises: "eShip only uses fully insured and bonded, reliable auto transport companies that have proven themselves by delivering high-quality services.
The company offers vehicle tracking, door to door service and there are never any hidden fees. eShip includes its Platinum Protection Plan with every contract at no additional charge. This protection provides up to $300 in added insurance to cover any minor damage a carrier's deductible wouldn't cover."
*** from E Ship says there's nothing he can do. I have contacted him several times. This is completely unacceptable.

Desired Outcome

Refund of payment for transport services ($1845) or payment for vehicle repairs ($2070).

Eship Response • Aug 08, 2019

good morning, we will contact starway for you. As we advertise we hire only insured carriers which is what starway is, we are working w them and asked for them to call us to discuss as well on your behalf. we will credit you $300 from eship platinum protection as well.

I hired Eship for a move from Fla to RI. I was given a price and was told by *** that was the full move price and it would not change and if I needed packing materials that it was included in the move at no extra cost.. I gave *** a down payment of $477.66 When they got to my house to start the move I was told the estimate was wrong and had to give the mover named ***$2000. more. I was charged $963 for packing services and$228. fuel surcharge. when my move was delivered the mover told me I had to give him $2201. for the move to be completed. I gave the money to him because I needed my things. Well I was given back only half a recliner which is a Lazy Boy and I paid $750. for it, a damaged microwave cart no bed rails, all in one Dell Inspiron computer missing a 5ft ladder missing along with bench with small step stool on it a sm. black folding stool important papers like birth certificates car titles all missing office chairs with wheels missing at bottom crushed lamp shades and broken lamps a brown trash can filled with items missing a small bureau with drawers with pc things in it. Ripped suitcases Im sure there is more but for now its all I can think of. This move was suppose to cost me $1447.47 and it cost me$5402. Something has to be done about the quality of work these companies are providing.I have all paperwork provided and can mail if necessary

Desired Outcome

Replacement I tried to call the companies involved and they put me on hold and don't come back on the phone or they tell me they will see what they can do and get back to me but never do. They picked up my things on 6/7/2019 and delivered on 6/25/2019 The job No. is UXXXXXXX and the contract no is XXXXXXX. the other companies involved were *** Moving and Storage *** NW *** St. Miami Fla. XXXXX XXX-XXX-XXXX US DOT XXXXXXX MC XXXXXX Delivery guys had no co. name on truck

Eship Response • Jul 30, 2019

was licensed and insured mover assigned to your move, with the household as stated we broker to licensed movers, we can contact your carrier and advise of issues. Eship has seized all business w *** until all issues are fixed. Unlike autos where we walk you through your claim, on household you deal directly with carrier who is insured himself. Eship has never been advised of any issues on this move until this review to even try and assist in the matter

Customer Response • Aug 02, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
EShip was notofied of all the problems I had with this move. I spoke to *** and she told me personally she was going to see what she could do.So Eship saying they knew nothing about it is wrong. I want a refund from EShip for the overpayment I was charged by the other 2 companies and the rest of my things returned to me. Who returns half a recliner? *** specifically told me my move would cost $1447. and no more everything included like packing materials. and that was $4000. less than what I pd. They need to return the overpayment and my missing things or I will go further with this. I was lied to and they should be held accountable to pay me back for telling me wrong prices and and services included. Ask them to sent you copies of the 1st payment and you will see the price she told me $1447. I would of never hired them because I am on a fixed income and had to borrow money to pay this bill which leaves me in the hole now. Thank You

I just want my things they didnt return and all the money I was overcharged. I was lied to and they took advantage of me cause they had my stuff...Its not fair because I hired EShipp in good faith and didnt know they were gonna burn me,. Now I have to get a bank loan to pay back the money I borrowed to pay the overpayment and you tell me thats fair. Open your eyes you can see they did wrong because EShip did not even do any of the job but passed *** on to *** and *** passed *** on to two guys who were looking for a fast buck and I pay for what they did. You certainly dont look at things with your eyes open . I can see Im fighting a losing battle and they took advantage of a senior citizen. Can you tell me why there is a Revdex.com...just to have people pay you so the can say they are Revdex.com approved. wake up and help where help is needed..Thanks but for what I dont know

Be very careful with this company. I booked a month ahead of time and continue to check almost every week to see if I had been assigned a drive. *** assured me that this happens down to the 3 days before I'm leaving from California to Florida. My friend was also shipping from the same area. We were quoted $1495 each and when it came down to getting a driver she went up to $1795 each. I felt betrayed and kept on a hook until the last minute. I have no respect for companies who operate in this manner. I will never ever use this company again and I will pass *** experience on to other travel nurses

Eship Response • Jul 22, 2019

Good afternoon , my name is ***, the owner of eship, we worked on your order as your broker and did not charge you a penny until your driver was confirmed and your rate was guaranteed. We are available 7 days week and answer every call nor text to assist you, I donapooogize proce came in higher than we thought on this route, California has been very tough with Tesla taking much of spots available. We never charged you anything without your full consent of what we had to do to get driver. Please call me w any further concerns XXXXXXXXXX

Customer Response • Jul 23, 2019

Thank you ***. You say my rate was guaranteed but the fact is we were requoted an amount that was $300 each more than the original guaranteed quote. I've used eship before and only had great things to say about it but when I'm quoted an amount I expect you to keep your word. I felt as if you kept me on a hook until the last minute then sprung this new quote on me. Thank God I was able to get another company within a day to ship our cars. Yes *** gave me her personal phone number and told me to call or text anytime. In my opinion it was unprofessional to leave a customer hanging like you did.

Eship Response • Jul 25, 2019

I do apologize, we as your broker try to get you best rate with a reputable driver, we had one offer but he was not reputable. We will for surely look to use this grow and glad you were able to get done overall.

Customer Response • Jul 31, 2019

I just received a invoice charging me $245.00 for no services. Craig why is this even happening. No service No charge. Now another kick in the face. This Paynent has been flagged by my credit card company. Where is the honesty of good company????

Eship Response • Jul 31, 2019

we can check with merchant but merchant itself determines if you chose chargeback, we could of and would of done refund, we DONT CHARGE ANYTHING until driver assigned.

I just wanted to thank Craig and the whole Eship crew for a great job they did. We needed to get our vehicle down to Florida From NJ in time for the 4th of July and were scrambling around trying to find a shipper no one was able to really give us a yes. We spoke to a friend who recommended Eship, he said they may cost a bit more but you wont be disappointed. We gave them a call and they went right to work and got us our reservation and picked up our vehicle and we have our reservation already to have it shipped back. Now me and my family was able to enjoy our 4th of July and we have our vehicle in time to enjoy our vacation. Thank you all will be dealing with you guys for our travels from now on.

Beware!!! Horrible experience, poor customer service, overcharged. Was advised on Wednesday that the driver would call in an hour with pick up time for Thursday or Friday. I followed up on Thursday as I still hadn't received a call. Driver finally called hours later that he would pick up on Friday. Pick up went fine and was advised by driver vehicle was going to Indianapolis and then would be driven through the night and arrive in North Carolina on Saturday. He also stated if there were any changes, I would be advised. EShip stated that I would receive a call with a two hour delivery window. Saturday all day received no word on vehicle. EShip did not know the location of my vehicle. Eship then advised vehicle would be delivered Sunday morning. 12:00 Sunday still no word on my vehicle. Numerous calls, texts to be told they were not accountable. Received word that since it was a holiday, vehicle would be delivered Monday night or early Tuesday. Tuesday still no deliver. I finally tracked down the driver to find out he wouldn't arrive until approximately 1:00am on Wednesday. Vehicle finally delivered on Wednesday 5:00 am. After vehicle was driven away, driver calls to state $850 was due in cash and he forgot to collect. Was not told it was Cash on delivery. Understood that card would be charged upon delivery. We then received threatening text messages. Called to advise to charge credit card as agreed and they stated they couldn't. Continued to send threatening emails. Finally charged card and charged additional $25.50 for processing. Overcharged $50 from contract price and for our troubles refunded $50 to take charge back to the contract price. Terrible company, rude customer experience, dishonest. Beware!

good afternoon, my name is ***, the owner of eship, all of our cleints are told and sign contract stating balance is to be paid on delivery with cash, cashier ck or money order, we get charged processing fee to charge your payment to driver so that is why you paid it, we make $0 only to HELP you,. We were available all weekend for you, drive did give us a hard time due to holiday weekend which was also addressed with him, and we will not be using him no longer due to his lies and broken promises to eship. eship never says we will charge balance on delivery unless pre arranged with signature and proper documents on file. call me anytime to discuss and see if we can talk. I just moved my car with them from GA to FL. The girl who helped me Danielle was very nice. She got my car shipped the next week within the two days that it had to be here by. The driver was also pleasant and let me drive the car off of the truck. The owner of the trucking company answered the questions I needed too. The only confusion was that the driver didn't charge me and whenever I contacted eship he was supposed to, I haven't been billed the other half yet but the company has answered the questions for the most part. Danielle always answered the questions as best as she could tho. The car got here quickly and one piece. I'm just trying to figure out how to pay the other half. I would recommend them if you need the car or whatever your shipping quickly.

Thank you, we are available 7 days a week as promised and glad dates worked out perfect, my drivers all work hard to keep you happy and meet all dates.

This was my first experience shipping a car - from NYS to AZ. I did my research and received many quotes. I mistakenly left my email on one generic type site and was hounded relentlessly for weeks by phone and email by ALL OTHER companies attempting to have me book with them. I chose Eship for the excellent reviews and the customer service Craig provided. Craig answered all questions fully, was professional, response time was VERY quick, and quote was fair. I was informed promptly when I was officially booked, when car would be picked up and dropped off. This went off without one issue - no problems AT ALL. The car was delivered the day it was promised, and in perfect condition. I HIGHLY recommend Craig and eship - you will not be disappointed.

thank you sir, as advertised, appreciate the review. we will keep up the hard work.

For the initial price quote to the drop off of our vehicles the service was excellent. We had a date change, and added a vehicle. No problem. We thought the vehicles would be in transit for a while and thought we would be in our new location to meet the transport. When we found out the vehicles would only be in transit only 2days we had to change the destination. No problem. Thank you for making this part of our move easy.

thank you very much for leaving us a review. we pride ourselves in being available 7 days week to change or assist any client.

I could go on and on about how trash this company is, but i'll try and stick to the main points. however, let it be known, my blood boils when I have to revisit my experience with this steaming hot garbage pile of a company. I moved from Chicago to Memphis, with an armful of tiny furniture and cardboard boxes. The volume of stuff legitimately fit in a UHaul cargo van that advertises a rental price of $19.95 an hour. (And for the record, I can prove that fact, because that's what someone showed up in with my stuff to drop off). *** was the first person I dealt with and was, by and large, the reason I got screwed. He promised the moon and the stars and everything in between. That included: at least 2 movers per truck, who would do everything from wrapping, taping, and blanketing fragile items such as mirrors and picture frames, dismantling any large furniture, while also unpacking the blanketed items and rebuilding the broken down furniture at the drop off site. On top of all that, I was ASSURED this was all being done with a company that operated "in-house"; that is, NOT a brokerage moving company. He said, and I quote, "it's going to be our guys the whole way, you won't be dealing with joe schmoe at any point. Just me, I'm your personal assistant". I then filled out a couple pages detailing the specifics of my move--i.e., how many flights of stairs were involved at both locations, parking accessibility, specifics on the amount of belongings I was moving, ideal dates for pick up and drop off etc. I was then quoted 1299 for the "whole package". Cool. Two days later, I was asked to move my pick up date 48 hours in order to accommodate the trucking traffic/schedule. The incentive being my items would be delivered, "GUARANTEED" within 24 hours of my first available drop off date. The movers that showed up were extremely young, one of them talked to me about politics for a half hour, and he also made it clear they had been contracted for the job. I was also, the day of, charged $150 extra for having stairs, even though I had clearly stated the building situation in the information I provided in order to receive my quote. Which also cost me an extra $400 dollars upon delivery. Ignoring the fact that I was only contacted about my shipment being in my vicinity a full 9 days after the "guaranteed delivery date", the next truck driver had to rent a cargo van and transfer my belongings because his "truck wasn't going to fit on my street". I moved to downtown Memphis, quite literally across the street from the stadium where their NBA team plays. I ended up spending just over $2000 for moving a van load of things. And in the end, my attempts to reach anyone from EShip to address the plethora of offenses I felt scammed by--I got a whole lot of radio silence. Avoid this "company" like the plague, if you have half a brain.

Customer Response • May 24, 2019

so after the last review I wrote about how terrible my experience with eship wasmind you this is after weeks of my own repeated attempts to reach someone who I could talk to about the issues to no avail all of a sudden there's a response to my review saying they've been trying to contact me and have credited me $400. not only was there no attempt to contact me when that comment was posted, credit me $400 how? I paid this entire thing in cash. 2100 in cash for a job that arrived late and was supposed to be 1299. I did end up speaking to ***, who said he was sorry about the confusion and said he'd be personally sending me a check for $400. Why 400 when I'm out 800? Either way, it's now a month after my conversation with *** and there's no sign of a check anywhere. What is with this company? Literally at every turn I'm just being taken for a ride. They've updated the original review saying it was resolved so I can't edit it, and let the record show, there was absolutely no resolve involved. Greedy, disingenuous, and totally inappropriate conduct.
