After calling another shipping company and getting the run around and not getting anyone to answer the phone or emails I contacted eship and not only did they come up to bat for me but they hit a home run.
They picked up and delivered my car 2 days before schedule, Michigan to Arizona, no damage and the driver (Alex *** was very professional, communicative and courteous. I am very happy with their service and will definitely look to them for future transport needs.

I needed to ship my Honda CRV from Philadelphia to Austin. After reading reviews online contacted eShip. Mark A. answered the phone and explained to me the whole process and after agreeing to the terms and signing the contract with eShip he found the best carrier to pick up my car within 24 hrs. The carrier delivered the car in 3 days without a scratch. The whole process went smoothly from start to end. We had a wonderful experience with eShip as well as with the carrier. We definitely will use eShip for our future needs and will recommend to our friends.

I had signed up with another broker to ship my car from CA to FL and till the day of shipping the car there was no proactive update from them. As a backup option I called eShip and landed up talking to Mark *** and he spent the time to educate me on the process of shipping a car. Mark was very transparent on the process, fees and provided a quote. I cancelled my other order and signed by with eShip. Within a few hours of signing up, a driver was assigned to pickup the car 2 days later on a Monday morning and car got delivered on a Thursday evening in FL.

advertised no deposit required, yet charged my cred card and refused to credit it when service not providede
contacted them to transport a car. arrangements made but they cancelled the pickup after their subcontractor failed to deliver as promised. never found me an alternative transport. had charged my credit card 250 dollars, even though heir ad states no deposit required util delievered. Have called numerous times, left messages, no return or credit made. I had to file depute with my credit card company. SHADY!

There really are no words to describe how fantastic our transaction was! I spent days researching auto transport companies and read so many scary reviews and horror stories. I was so apprehensive about who to chose to ship our two vehicles. The cheaper the cost, the worst the reviews got. I researched the BB, Yelp, Google, Facebook, you name it!

Once I found eShip and felt comfortable, I contacted them to get a quote. It was a little out of our relocation budget and I explained that to Anna. She researched and found a way to meet what we could afford. We were so thankful. Additionally, she had a driver who scheduled our transport really early in the process. That helped us to plan with a 3-4 day window.

When we got within the 3-4 window, our driver, Jesse, called us one day before pick up. He also called 1 hour out the day of pick up so we were prepared. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. He genuinely cared about our relocation concerns. Additionally, our cars were early than we expected so we were pleasantly surprised! Jesse dropped our vehicles off first and with great care. We couldn't be more happy. PS: It's ok to tip your driver and provide them with cold bottled water - these guys work hard.

Our relocation was from WA State to AZ. If we ever need a transport, we will always go to eShip.

This is based on shipping one vehicle, a 2016 Toyota Camry from central valley CA to ABQ, NM (~1015 miles). I went to eShip after being dissatisfied with another vehicle shipping company as they couldn't find a auto transporter that could deliver the day of or after we arrived in NM. That company initially quoted me roughly $700 but they told me they had to raise the price to roughly $1200 if I wanted the vehicle shipped on a Friday or later (Friday was the earliest we arrived as we were driving). I waited a few days to no available and went to Eship instead. Mark, an eShip broker, was able to find me an auto transporter very quickly, after I contacted eShip. He was honest in the pricing saying now that I went to his company he can charge me a higher price ($1300-all the brokers can see the quotes that were given to the customers from different companies which is lame), which I was annoyed with but at that point I just needed my vehicle shipped Friday or later and it was getting close to Tuesday (the day we were leaving). The auto transporter, Autotow, met my pickup and delivery date needs. Victor, the auto transporter driver was super courteous and friendly and my vehicle arrived promptly without any scratches or dents. Mark was quick in finding a transporter and Victor did a great job. I just wish it wasn't so expensive, especially finding out a colleague of mine had TWO vehicles shipped from coast to coast for only $1600. But if you're in a time crunch with strict delivery dates and you don't mind paying a bit more, they're a company to go to.

BEWARE! E-Ship is a broker not a shipping company. They do not ship cars. They give you a high price then farm out the actual shipping to the lowest bidder and pocket the difference. If the actual shipping company has a terrible reputation it doesn't matter and you will never know. Furthermore they make you agree that they are not responsible if your car is damaged during transport.

My car was severely damaged during transport. Their selected shipper Future Car (aka Rainbow Car Transport) refused to pay for the damages. My low mileage car is now worth much less than it was before and my own insurance had to cover the damages. E-ship did nothing at all to help resolve the issue with the shipper they brokered the deal with.

Beware. E-ship simply does not care what happens to your vehicle and will not help in anyway after they select a very disreputable shipping company to ship your cars!

I just used eship to transport a pickup truck from the east coast to Northern California. It was picked up on time and delivered a day ahead of schedule. I did a lot of research before I picked eship and I would certainly use them again. I found the staff to be very helpful and professional. My truck was delivered with absolutely no damage. You won't be sorry if you use this company to ship a vehicle.

eship was wonderful! I had a car to ship from florida to colorado & looked at reviews from a bunch of transport companies. eship had the best reviews on every site & now I know why. maryann was very helpful throughout the whole process, which took only 10 days from start to finish. the quote was fair & she answered all my questions. she found a good carrier very quickly & they were great. the car was even delivered a day earlier than expected & there were no problems at all. eship made the whole experience stress-free & really easy. highly recommended!!!

I was responsible for transporting my mom's 2014 BMW 228i from Virginia to California during a very stressful time. I had never done this before, and was overwhelmed with all the choices and the complexity of transporting a vehicle from one state to another. I didn't know that you must hire a broker, and the broker is the one who gets the transport company for you. So, you really have to have a lot of faith in the broker you hire!!

I checked reviews on YELP, Consumer Affairs, Revdex.com and then began narrowing things down to about 4 different companies.

What caught my attention with ESHIP, was that, besides fantastic reviews, I saw that Eship appeared to have such a hands on approach based on what I read in their reviews.

I was not disappointed! From beginning to end, Craig was incredibly prompt, friendly and so patient with every single question I had, (and trust me, I had a lot). What I especially liked, was compared to all the other companies, I was able to get in contact with *** 7 days a week, and fairly late into the evening.

The transport company he chose for me was absolutely first rate, and my mom's car arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I was really impressed. I just can't say enough about how incredibly smooth everything went.

What originally was a very scary ordeal for me, turned out to be the smoothest part of my mom's move cross country.
