We were very pleased with choosing Eship (Maryann) to move our car from TX to NYC. The amount quoted was the amount we paid and the timeframe of pick-up and delivery was what we were told on the front end. There was good communication between eship, the trucking company and us. We received our car with no issues.

False information provided, lies, and misrepresentations from sales person named *** in order to secure moving job.
Spoke to *** (sales person) numerous times. Was assured in email as well as as via phone several times that EShip Corp was NOT a broker. I even questioned the fact that when I went to protectyourmove.gov, that it said the firm was a broker. *** said that their firm is not and that they have an A+ rating on Revdex.com and could not have that being a broker. I was provided with a binding estimate that provided a written guarantee to deliver my move on 3/31/19. A week before the move and a deposit of $850 later, I receive a call from a company called Road Runner who says that they are executing the job and will not meet the price or any guarantee. I called *** who never returns calls or emails. I am still waiting for a refund of $850. Road Runner is now wanting to charge me $6,000 for a move that I was quoted $2584.70 for. This is completely disingenuous. Now, Road Runner is holding my items hostage. EShip needs to pay for my entire move. I will sue the company for full damages and sue *** for personal liability.
E-Ship needs to pay Road Runner for the entire job and have my items released and delivered immediately. I will not pay one penny for this job. My deposit needs to be refunded.

good afternoon, we are a registered broker as stated on our website and paperwork,I am currently pulling phone recordings to listen to *** to see exactly what was said, and will handle accordingly, it was also brought to my attention that *** had made mistake and the office caught and called you only 2 days after booked to make you aware of mistake on single date being guaranteed for delivery is impossible, and you agreed. furthermore a credit is being issued as requested. your rate is only guaranteed if your inventory is correct.

I specifically asked *** both on the phone and in email if the company was a broker since I did see that listed and *** replied that EShip was not. Please do pull phone records. I specifically told *** that I was not looking to work with a broker and had serious issues in the past and he said that I had 'PTSD' from working with a previous broker. One week later, I receive a call from Road Runner who states that they are taking over the job - just a mere few days before pick-up. They now have my goods being held at ransom. EShip needs to pay for the entire delivery and release of my goods. I will prosecute to the fullest extent and hold eship and *** personally liable for the fabrication of the truth and now for my stolen property. Police report has been filed.
We have called and emailed Mr ***. As stated this is not true, eship could not meet mr *** demands and requirements and cancelled the job while refunding the entire deposit and never serviced the job. We are not affiliated with roadrunner nor hired roadrunner on his behalf. Im sure he has signed contracts and payments to them. Below is mr *** receipt for his entire deposit before his move was ever picked up.

I have attached documentation here to this file that shows that E-ship provided a binding estimate with a guaranteed delivery date. This confirms that E-ship planned to do the job from the inception and did not at all have an intention to broker the job out. 1 week before the job, I received a call from Road Runner stating that they were handling the job. Yes, I have received my deposit back. This complaint is not about a monetary issue but more about misrepresentations made by a firm in order to earn business and the fact that the company needs to be tarnished for making false claims.
Finding a moving company that keeps all that they promises is a rare occurrence. That is exactly what Eship offers. You may pay a tad higher but their services are great.

Went out of our way to drive the car from Delaware to the pick up point in Salisbury, MD (to help driver) to be shipped to San Francisco, CA, only the have the driver refuse to deliver the car to requested address in SF once he reached CA. ***, of eship, desperately tried to work with driver but he refused so our daughter had to drive 45 mins across SF bay to meet this awful rude driver to get her car after a 12-hour late nite hospital shift. Totally unacceptable and NOT NOT NOT what we contracted "door to door" delivery and had made it a must that it be delivered to her home near the hospital. We attempted to reason with eship owner "***" who was totally not helpful and refused to refund our $250 deposit to him due to breech of contract and our dissatisfaction. (They DO collect $$ ahead of any transport, which they claim they don't!) *** even went on to blame the transport company, TK Transport, he deals with and their driver, as if it was out of his control!!! We will NEVER EVER refer or use again, horrible to deal with! Totally unprofessional!
we do apologize and worked out credit w driver/carrier. We as your broker dont own truck and carrier could not come into san francisco as he originally stated he could. so we fought w carrier for you and got $100 credit to cover an uber to pu your car. we collect our deposit once your driver was secured and not before. The carrier made a mistake and we worked with him to ensure it was fixed, im sorry truly you dont see it that way. If you want to call me I would be willing to credit another $100 to you for the inconvenience at XXXXXXXXXX, that would than be $200 total credit.
We have spoken to the owner, Craig, who was very helpful, apologetic and explained his business operation in relation to the carriers that are used. We are very satisfied not only with Craig taking the time to contact us but also offered to credit us an additional $100. We are very sorry for what the contracted driver did not only to us but to eship as well, who said they had no longer used him after this event. Based on this company's professionalism and reputation(which we used to choose them), I can definitely recommend them and would consider using them again. Thank you eship and Craig and Anna!!!
When it comes to moving household or office belongings from one place to another, very few companies can do it as efficiently as Eship. I hired them when I moved from Jacksonville, FL to Asheville, NC three months ago and I have never regretted the decision to use their services. They are very good in what they do.

There are numerous moving companies out there that claim to offer exceptional moving services. However, getting one that you can trust is never easy. When I hired Eship Transport for the first time, I was moving out of Naples, FL six months back. They actually exceeded my expectations in terms of service delivery. I didn't expect that they could make it on a weekend! However, that is exactly what the Eship moving crew did and they were very efficient, professional, and well-mannered, while at it. If you are comparing moving companies, Eship transport comes top the list of the best companies I the region and the country today. Craig saved the day after another company no showed for transporting my truck from San Diego to Spokane. Within 1 hour he arranged for my truck to be picked up the same morning and it was delivered on time. In fact the amazing driver, Stephan, brought my truck to the airport and delivered it curbside at 8:30 pm!!! Great communication with the driver. First time I've shipped my car from the west coast to the east coast and was nervous about the whole thing. Service was excellent. Communication was clear and direct every step of the way. Great experience with Eship.
Mark helped me in getting it done as soon as possible. He answered all my questions. I needed to ship my new BMW 430i. I was worried as it was a brand new but the car came in perfectly with no scratches at all.

My agent Anna was in communication from start to end. Always professional and honest. She gave me the different options with an unbiased approach. The actual car shipping went smoothly with good communication one day prior from my driver, Tolek. I had a few questions regarding the pick up time, drop off, etc. and he answered all he could and the ones he couldn't he asked the main office to call me, which was actually a very quick response time. I highly recommend this company.
