Cancelled Order no Refund.
If I could give this place a zero I would. I placed an order on feb 22, 2022. On February 23, 2022, I cancelled it via email after reading the reviews. When I login and look at the order it was cancelled on February 24, 2022. Usually a company responds and sends you an email it was cancelled, but I never received a cancellation email. Here it is April 2, 2022, and still no refund, and the only reason why I knew it was cancelled was because of logging in. My credit card company will not refund me the 106.90. I want my money, it was cancelled, and it never shipped.

Total scam site.
I can not believe I ordered from this company without checking the reviews. The customer service number goes to fax and they sell old broken products that are not what the customer has ordered. After reading the reviews, I find it hard to believe they are licensed to operate. I'm going to seek recourse with the local attorney general, consumer protection, and the Better Business Bureau. I do plan to get my money back or the actual NEW product that I ordered and paid for.

Horrible service
I ordered on Aug 27th some headphones, order number 100866. It states that a shipping number had been given. When I track it, it has no movement since Aug 27th. I have email twice asking for a refund or another order be shipped out. No response. I wish I would had check revieed before I place my order, good thing is I only spent $23 so I'm not out of a whole lot but its the principle.

Defective and Used products sold as new
I ordered 3 Plantronics BackBeat FIT headsets as Christmas gifts. ALL were sent without manufacturer packaging and at least one appears to be used, another does not work at all as the battery is 100% dead and the 3rd one only holds a charge for about 1 1/2 hours. There is no phone number to call so you have to correspond via email. I get an email telling me that all products are checked prior to mailing which is obviously not true and I get the Service Dept phone number for Plantronics. No offer to send a replacement and absolutely no willingness to assist. REFUSES to refund. NOTHING. I do not recommend doing business with them as they are a SCAM. I just complained to the BBB as eSureBuy will not help.

Total scam artists they sell old used junk and pass it off as new
I ordered a Motorola Bluetooth speaker for my car and it came ten days late and ended up being a used out of box defective unit. No telephone to call no response from sending emails and no refunds total scums hundreds of negative reviews and they pay a scam service to write fake reviews at time of order not when product is delivered they need to be shut down

No problems here
I ordered from esurebuy yes they don't have a phone number listed and yes you have to contact them through email. But I did that and they responded promptly and my order shipped in less than a week and has arrived. No problems here would recommend.

I bought headphones as a Christmas gift on this website, on dec**
By the way, their email is not *** It's a regular gmail account
Anyway, they sent me an updated status of the order, that it was shipped and they sent me the tracking number
I checked everyday on ***, and it says shipping label created That's been like that for a week, it doesn't mean it has been shipped
So, I contacted esurebuy.com and they said that the item was backordered and that they will ship it once they get it Terrible email, no capital letters, no punctuation marks, this is not a serious business
I furiosly tell them to refund my money and they never replied I disputed the charge through my bank
Now, I don't have a Christmas present for my dad
Buying cheap ends up being expensive!!!! Don't buy here! It's not a real business!

I purchased some lg tones from esurebuy.com and I had no problem whatsoever with contacting them or them contacting me.they responded to my email promptly and with in a few days my order has shipped with tracking number .would recommend to anyone

because I had paid for one and finally got it--Item was ordered by me on 8/**/2014-- item was never shipped until 9/*/2014. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

esurebuy.com For $29.95. Again  we lost shipping from the original purchase and return shipping on defective item.  Very Poor ! Not sure if u can get us any more of our money back.
