Review: Item was purchased on 10/**/2015 and was paid for, then a shipping label was created and I was updated with a tracking number for shipment, but item was never given to post office to ship according to post office. The item was finally given to post office after I E-mail [redacted] and was not given an explanation I was just told that the item has been shipped and given the tracking number again and til this date 10/**/15 I have Not received the item.Desired Settlement: A smooth transaction with a decent delivery

Review: I ordered a product from this company 21 days ago and I still have not seen this get delivered to me. 5 days ago the printed a [redacted] Label with tracking number and still has not moved.Desired Settlement: I Just wanted my product to me new and work and ship to me asap. I think they should pay to over night. And If they can't deliver then refund my ,money in full.

Review: I purchased a LG Tone Pro HBS-750 Bluetooth Stereo Headset from eSureBuy.com online. The headset is defective. When I make a phone call or receive an incoming call, the caller can not hear me. I charged the headset fully and received a blue light. I was able to successful connect to my cell phone device. The headset did inform me that I had an incoming call, and I was able to answer the call from the headset. However, the microphone the not work. The caller could not hear my voice; only I could hear them through the ear piece. I am very disappointed that my headset didn't work correctly. I am interested in a full refund.Desired Settlement: I am interested in a full refund.
