Review: Item was purchased on 10/**/2015 and was paid for, then a shipping label was created and I was updated with a tracking number for shipment, but item was never given to post office to ship according to post office. The item was finally given to post office after I E-mail [redacted] and was not given an explanation I was just told that the item has been shipped and given the tracking number again and til this date 10/**/15 I have Not received the item.Desired Settlement: A smooth transaction with a decent delivery

Review: On 03/**/2015, I placed order #[redacted] with eSurebuy.com for a "LG Tone Pro HBS-750 Bluetooth Stereo Headset" at a total price of $46.90 which included $6.95 for shipping and handling. According to their web site the itme shipped out on the same day I ordered it, 03/**/2015. The [redacted] tracking number associated with the purchase states a "shipping label" was created on 06/**/2015 but it does not report that the item was shipped, contrary to what the eSurebuy.com order details states. I sent them an email but have not received any response. They do not have any telephone number listed on their web site nor is their address listed. The only address I have comes from the [redacted] tracking report indicating the location where the shipping label was created is "[redacted] ".Desired Settlement: I am a disabled person without much income and I would either want them to send me the item with expedited shipping or promptly refund the money they charged my debit card.

Review: I purchased a LG Tone Pro HBS-750 Bluetooth Stereo Headset from eSureBuy.com online. The headset is defective. When I make a phone call or receive an incoming call, the caller can not hear me. I charged the headset fully and received a blue light. I was able to successful connect to my cell phone device. The headset did inform me that I had an incoming call, and I was able to answer the call from the headset. However, the microphone the not work. The caller could not hear my voice; only I could hear them through the ear piece. I am very disappointed that my headset didn't work correctly. I am interested in a full refund.Desired Settlement: I am interested in a full refund.
