refund their suggestion was for me to call the OEM for tech support which I did. After 30 ninutes the manufacturer said the Bluetooth was no good.  I finally got eSureBuy to generate an RMA #.
I will update when, and if I get my refund, minus a 25% restocking fee.

I ordered from esurebuy yes they dont have a phone number listed and yes you have to contact them through email.but I did that and they responded promptly and my order shipped in less than a week and has arrived .no problems here would recommend.

Review: Ordered a blue-tooth device on 8/*/14 and was charged $56.90 on my credit card. As of 8/**/14 I have yet to receive the item and have yet to receive and answer to two (2) emails that I have written to them.Desired Settlement: I would like the money refunded back to my credit card.

I bought headphones as a Christmas gift on this website, on dec. **.

By the way, their email is not [redacted]. It's a regular gmail account.

Anyway, they sent me an updated status of the order, that it was shipped and they sent me the tracking number.

I checked everyday on [redacted], and it says shipping label created. That's been like that for a week, it doesn't mean it has been shipped.

So, I contacted esurebuy.com and they said that the item was backordered and that they will ship it once they get it. Terrible email, no capital letters, no punctuation marks, this is not a serious business.

I furiosly tell them to refund my money and they never replied. I disputed the charge through my bank.

Now, I don't have a Christmas present for my dad.

Buying cheap ends up being expensive!!!! Don't buy here! It's not a real business!

Review: I cannot get EsureBuy.com to respond to me regarding my S11 (sjyn1085a bluetooth ) Headphones. I just perchased theses two months ago and only used them twice before they broke. All that I want is to replace them. Im happy with the performance of this product, its the quality !!!

I have sent three separate e-mails with no response. What is the problem with this company????Desired Settlement: Replace these faulty headphones. Thats all that im asking for.

Review: I purchased a case for a cell phone that was supposed to be new. When it arrived, it had finger prints on it, was not in original packaging and it didn't fit the phone properly. At first, I thought that there was an issue with the phone. When I placed the case on the phone, the phone's screen would turn black and instructions on how to proceed with a reboot would appear. This would happen every time the case was placed on the phone. I took the phone and the case to [redacted]. [redacted] is where we purchased the phone and where we would need to go if there was indeed a problem with the phone. [redacted] checked out the phone with the case off and with the case on. The salesman opened a new case of the same make and brand and placed it on the phone with no issue. We found that the case from esurebuy was defective and was causing pressure to be placed on all of the buttons on the outside edges of the phone. When all pressed at the same time, the reboot screen is initiated. I contacted esurebuy immediately with the issue. They requested photos of the issue, which I sent. They sent an RMA number for a return. I returned the case and waited. After finding that the case had been in their hands for 7 days, I contacted for an update and a refund. I was told that it was on its way. I was then sent an email stating that I was getting back $29 for the case instead of the $39 that it cost. I sent an email asking why and stating that I returned the case because it was defective and not because I didn't like it. I shouldn't be charged a restocking fee because it was broken and not in new condition.Desired Settlement: I want the full refund of what was originally spent on the defective material. This would include the shipping that I had to pay both ways and their restocking fee for a total of 46.90.

Review: I purchased an item from their website that states it is new. When I received it, it was used, very used not even refurbished. The product has working issues as well. This is on their website now still advertised as "Condition New" .Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and return shipping cost as well included in the refund. Or I want the item I purchased sent to me "new" as advertised.

This unit is in the same exact condition as it was when I received it. But I am afraid they will come up with some excuse not to refund me fully. And if they do I want some written statement that it won't take 6 months for me to get my money back. This is a dishonest company that uses multipal websites to cloak there dishonestly. Once I return the device I have no control over there tactics to find a fault or make me fight for my money back.

I need some written assurance and guarantee that I will get a full refund plus my shipping cost of $6.95 to return it and that I will get my money credited back to me within a specific time period.

Review: I purchased a Bluetooth headset from esurebuy.com that was advertised as new but when I recieved it, it has a sticker on it that says it is refurbished. The headset has wear marks on it so it is clearly not new. Review: This is a bogus site. They have no other means of contact besides email. They sent a product that had the incorrect charger and no instructions. The products are being refurbished but advertised as new. The site NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN NOW!Desired Settlement: The company sent the wrong charger and no instructions, which leads me to believe they are either selling stolen goods or refurbishing products and selling them as 'new.' There is no way to contact them besides an ambiguous email. I want a full refund and the site is advertising false information. It needs to be SHUT DOWN NOW!

Review: I purchased a JAWBONE Bluetooth. It does not work. I did not get a receipt. I have been emailing to request a receipt. Esure has refused to issue a duplicate receipt. And will not answer anymore of my e-mails. The manufacturer will repair my defective unit no charge if I provide a receipt. Esure will not help me and I have only had the product 2 weeks. Review: Ordered Bluetooth LG 900 headset from Esurebuy.com on ** Dec and received defective product (right ear bud did not work) on ** Dec.

Requested RMA number on ** Dec, to return, and only after two emails did I receive RMA # [redacted] on 29 Dec.

I shipped defective product via [redacted] on approx ** Dec and [redacted] showed it arriving on * Jan.

On ** Jan, queried if esurebuy had received my RMA shipment and only after two more emails did I finally receive the following response "replacement shipped via [redacted]. your tracking number is [redacted]." That was it!

Well my replacement product was not shipped as stated, as my tracking number remained a shipping label "only" until ** Jan when apparently something was finally shipped. No notification of back order or anything.

Received what I thought was a replacement product on * Feb and discovered what was apparently the exact same defective headset (right ear bud still not working) I had ordered and received in the first place!!! The battery had a near full charge just as I had returned it. It surely was not new as advertised.Desired Settlement: To have full refund so I can work with a decent business and purchase a functioning product as well as to warn folks to not use this website for purchases.

Review: Within days this product stopped working. Because I had neck surgery and really needed this bluetooth, I emailed esurebuy. I even explained why I needed a replacement immediately. No response! After waiting and waiting, I had to purchase a new one at a local store. Finally got an email from esurebuy (Nick) who told me I have to take it up with Motorola. I replied, telling esurebuy I had to buy another because I need a bluetooth to avoid neck pain and asked for return instructions because I want a refund. Again...no response! The only avenue of communication is via email! I just want to return it and get refunded! Review: I ordered this product over a week ago. First off, it wouldn't take my [redacted], saying that it wasn't a valid sign in. I opened up a second browsers and logged into [redacted] just fine. Second, it said that it would send me an email confirmation of my order. They did not. I ordered on the [redacted], funds removed from my account on the [redacted]. I called the [redacted], the [redacted], [redacted], and now in the morning on the [redacted] thinking maybe I was calling New York too late. There is no answer. I have emailed them twice now and I explained that I was going to report their business as fraud. No answer. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!! They steal people's money and can not possibly be a real business if they are able to take people's money and not deliver a product. I want people to beware of this company and not be taken in by them. I should have checked all these bad reviews before I was taken in as well.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $86.90 paid back onto the credit card I used. Closing down a scam business like this is also desired.
