Customer was aware of the policy before being, she also called the office to confirm the policy then kept calling on making excuses as to why she needs to return itAll sales are final and if she is working through the credit card company by disputing, I can no longer be a help

I was pulled into the store by one of the sales people standing outside who literally took me by the arm He then proceeded to hard sell me on products offering 50% plus discounts and free giveaways - at this point I should have known something was wrong, but I stayed I ended up buying a significant number of items At no point did he indicated that there were no refunds I never even saw the sales receipt as you sign a computer pad and the sales person shoved the receipt in my bag Literally less than an hour later I realized that the purchase was unnecessary and looked at the receipt to find that there are no returns I contacted the sales person and said I was coming in even though I came back less than an hour later, he would not accept the product or acknowledge that he purposefully hid the fact of no returns from me this appears to be their standard business practice I asked to speak to his manager who told me that only he can do 'anything like that' and asked me to come back the next day I told him that I live downtown and have a year old and it would be difficult for me to come back uptown he said that this was the only way he can 'help me' the next day I ended up coming back only to learn that he had no intention of ever helping me and instead wanted me to take more of their products, I have truly never experienced a vendor who is so blatantly unconcerned with their customer's experience or standing by the quality of their product Their entire business model is predicated on scamming ppl in this way - literally dragging them in from the street This is a business without any ethical standards and zero concern for their customer learn from my mistake and stay away

Though their products may possibly perform there are several problems I associate with the sales, marketing and information about their products. For one their use of fast talk and eye candy hooks by telling you what you want to hear and then give you a demonstration while speaking gibberish with no corroborated evidence that what their saying makes their product any better then Nivea (for example). The cost his high and the packaging is one step above what you'll find in Duane Reade cosmetics. You can say that their sales people are either ignorant or clever about pretending to know what the word fragrance means. For example all of their products have a fragrance. When you tell them that there is a fragrance they answer by saying it's natural. If you claim you had an allergic reaction they want to see what it is as if they are also medical doctors. Though I will not try to return this product, I will say that I will not be a customer of theirs and will warn people to stay clear of them. Dr. Haushka they are not! Maybe if they elevate their website to show something other than a pretty face and talk about the makeup of their products, their history, how they started, who they are, etc, I can begin to feel like their not snake oil salesman. They did catch me at a weak moment. Especially when where I live I can find plants that will out preform anything I bought from them corroborated by indigenous indians who've used them for a millennia.

Do NOT buy any products from these people They lie, scam and tell you one thing when you try to leave they actually had sales people block your path to the door so you could not leave without gettign physical and pushing someone of your way They should be shutdown for selling snake oil to the public DO NOT buy anything online or in person from this company Their packagign is cheap plastic and they do not stand behind their products They even stated the product was absorbefd thru the epidermis and acted like a medical drug This is illegal and agaisnt the FDA because if it were true it wouild have to be regulaed by the FDA with a prescription
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY and their prodeucts!

I'm sure it is true that the store has a sign near the register stating the store's return policy, however I was never near the register when I was in the storeThe transaction took place while I was another room getting the facial demo I did not ask forA store employee took my credit card to the register, and since someone else still had me in the chair getting a facial, I did not go alongTherefore, I was never at the register to see the signHAD I BEEN AWARE of the store's policy BEFORE they ran my credit card, I would NOT have allowed the transaction to take place, because I was never interested in the products to begin withEspecially considering the amount they were ringing up for me ($10,000) I should have been told about the policy and not just had my card ran for the amount
I only consented to purchase what they were asking me to (with the plan to cancel/return the order) so that I could get out of the store and make it to an appointment they had already made me late forTo be quite honest, I feel that I was pressured into the store and conned into the purchase because they viewed me as an elderly woman who appeared to have money, therefore a target for an easy saleI told them from the beginning that I did not have time to go through their demo, and that I DID NOT want to make a purchase, but they ignored my request
I would understand them not wanting to refund my money if I had used some of the product, but I did not take anything out of the store with me, and the product was returned to the store unopenedI had even told a representative (who was very unhelpful and rude, I might add) over the phone the next day NOT TO SEND the package in the first placeAgain, I was ignored and the package was sent anywayI did not open the package when it came, and it was send back to the Euphorie store

[This is not the case if I was told there was no refund I would not have purchased the products the sales girl said to take it and try it even if in months if ive used it all and im not happy with the results I can receive a full refund she said but I guarantee you that you will love this product and thank me for results, it wasn't till hours later after purchasing the product when I went back into the store with the unopened products that a different girl showed me the bottom of thr receipt where it says no refund and exchange within days then tried to have me exchange the products for a different type but at an extra cost to me of $1000, this is where the company starts to look shady and tries to keep getting more money out of peopleI was also made aware of several complaints online regarding the establishment after I had purchased the products this has also made me query their practices]

I am reviewing expenses for tax prep and came across almost $1,in charges by Eurphorie Cosmetics, *** *** on July **, on my wife's credit cardI asked her about this, and she said she was given a "free" facial and then was pressured to buy productsThey said she could come back for free supplies for a long time (she thinks it was years) "whenever she wanted." She went back to the store several months later (the next time she was in Manhattan), with receipt in hand and was told by a woman working there that the man (who told my wife he was the owner) who sold to her was no longer there so my wife could no longer get free suppliesThis is the first time I'm hearing about this because my wife was too embarrassed to tell me how she was strong-armed and hoodwinked into her purchaseMy wife also indicated that she valued the cosmetics at $200, but thought she would get her value with the subsequent free supplies.The tactics were more than high-pressured salesmanshipThis was an intentional scam

My experience with this store was nothing but negativeThe sales people are pushy and aggressiveI felt as if I was ganged up on by two sales peopleAs soon as I left the store, I knew I had been manipulated and taken advantage ofI immediately took the products back into the store and asked for a total refund on all purchasesThey
