We have reviewed our records in the matter of complaint number *** Ms.*** *** and find that an account was listed in our office on January 21,in the amount of$431.42.We mailed a validation notice to Ms*** residence on January 21,Wereceived the bottom portion of our
validation notice back with Ms*** creditcard information and authorization to run a transaction in the amount of $90.00.We contacted Ms*** at *** on February 11, and advisedMs*** that we would need to establish firm payment arrangements in theamount of $110.00, we ran her credit card for the amount of $confirmation#*** and Ms*** agreed to monthly payments of $with the nextpayment due on March 11, until the balance was paid.Ms*** did not make her payment of $on March 11, and herpayment arrangements were then defaultedWe contacted Ms*** at *** ***
on March 15, to advise her that her balance was now due.Ms*** was very argumentative with our collector and the call was elevatedto the compliance officer Denice S***, CCCOMsS*** reviewed the accountmultiple times with Ms*** and explained in great detail why her accountwas in default and balance in full was due.Ms*** wanted to continue to argue and demand that $was taken.MsS*** and Ms*** were not able to come to any agreement, and Ms.S*** advised Ms*** that the call was going to be terminated

II was never served personally anything about a court appearanceWhoever they "served" it wasn't meI have tried to make arrangements with Evergreen, but the amount of money they want is unacceptableI have proof thast the child support funds were deposited into my son's accountI was unable to make payments previously because the job I had was not paying enough moneyAt the time they garnished my paychecks I was unable to buy groceries, or pay other bills, which put me behind on everythingI am now working for myself and it took me months to catch up on everything financially, I tried to send Evergreen what I could, but it wasn't good enough for themI didn't not pay my bills because I thought it was fun, I truly couldn't afford itI think Evergreen goes about their business in an unethical way

Thank you for providing us the opportunity to respond to this complaint. We did not get an attachment that is indicated in the body of the complaint that will show us the entire complaint. Also, in order for us to respond we need an authorization to release from this consumer.
Upon, receipt of the authorization and the complete complaint we will be able to address this matter

In review of our records we find that our client *** *** *** turnedover accounts between the dates of December 29, and October 5, 2015.We mailed Ms*** a validation notice each time an account was listed toour officeWe did not receive a mail returnWe also find that our
Client*** *** *** listed an account November 13, 2015, at which time avalidation notice was mailed to Ms***.We left voicemail messages at her residence phone number ending in ***,with no calls back between December and April 2016.On April 26, we spoke with Ms*** whom stated she was unable topay the account in full and did not commit to payment arrangements.A summons and complaint was filed in Franklin County District Court on May13, and Ms*** was personally served on May 18, Judgmentwas entered on June 28, 2016.We filed a writ of garnishment on August 11, on her employerThegarnishment ran for days and the amount of $was collected and appliedto her judgment balanceWe spoke to Ms*** on September 13, 2016regarding the writ of garnishment and let her know that after the sixty day periodto contact us to negotiate payment arrangements on the balance of her judgment.Ms*** did not contact our office.We filed a garnishment on July 11, 2017, which was served on her bankingaccount on July 24, Ms*** contacted our office and stated that thefunds we held in the amount of $was child support moniesWe contactedher bank and spoke with Lindsey whom advised us that she reviewed theattachment and the $was not protected funds.We encourage Ms*** to contact our office and make paymentarrangements on the balance of her account.Please contact me if you require anything further.Denice S***, CCCOChief Compliance Officer

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I believe that this business should be required to mail invoices out to people every month like 99% of businesses do I feel that this is poor business practice and my credit should not be penalized because of the failure on their part When I received the phone call from them I told them I could make the payment that I agreed to right thenI am not trying to get out of making a paymentBut since I am unable to come up with the full amount due they now refuse to work with me I will make the $payment along with future payments like we agreed uponI truly believe this company takes advantage of people by not mailing out a statement or invoice each monthI know there are ways they can work with people but they are refusing to do what is right and I will continue to fight it with my credit and with the Revdex.com until they take my payment like we agreed to.Sincerely,*** ***

They took money that should not have been takenThey say I was served papers that I did not receiveIf I call them they will not work out a reasonable payment plan with meThey obviously have a knack for lying to get what they wantSome of us believe in honesty and integrityThey need to learn some of these values
