How does me contacting them solve the issue? They took money that should not have been takenThey say I was served papers that I did not receiveIf I call them they will not work out a reasonable payment plan with meThey obviously have a knack for lying to get what they wantSome of us believe in honesty and integrityThey need to learn some of these values

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I believe that this business should be required to mail invoices out to people every month like 99% of businesses do.  I feel that this is poor business practice and my credit should not be penalized because of the failure on their part.  When I received the phone call from them I told them I could make the payment that I agreed to right then. I am not trying to get out of making a payment. But since I am unable to come up with the full amount due they now refuse to work with me.  I will make the $110 payment along with future payments like we agreed upon. I truly believe this company takes advantage of people by not mailing out a statement or invoice each month. I know there are ways they can work with people but they are refusing to do what is right and I will continue to fight it with my credit and with the Revdex.com until they take my payment like we agreed to.Sincerely,[redacted]

I welcome Ms. [redacted] to contact our office for arrangements on the balance of her account.  We have provided all information necessary to complete this investigation.

Horrible. Company ! Don’t want to help! Said they had multiple accounts and tried to contact me! Nothing! I explained one of the items they said that no matter what I owed what this company said I owed! First of all anything ever bought from this company was paid off the day I bought it . I never had “ in store credit” with this company! Asked for proof of what was purchased! They said they didn’t have the information . How do you expect someone to pay for something they don’t even have proof of. Liars, rude and viscous !

I called Evergreen Financial earlier today because they refused to accept payments through a credit consolidation and they sent me a non working number to contact them to find out the reason why. I talk with one of the workers and let them know about the consolidation being denied and the woman I was talking to said they cannot accept any payment $110. I told her I am unable to make a large payment like that so I asked if I could speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was [redacted], who originally denied me consolidation and gave me a non working phone number to contact her. I told her also I am unable to make a payment of , and to please allow a consolidation. She told me no payment less than $110 will be accepted. So I asked to speak to her boss because she couldn't tell me anymore. Her boss got on the phone and was completely rude to me. She right away said "I am not arguing with you, what [redacted] said is the end of it, now let me know what day you are making the payment and I amtterminating this call. " I told her this is unfair. I stayed calm and did not argue, I just wanted to know why I can't make smaller payments that I can actually afford. She continued saying "this call is being terminated" and said, "no, I need to speak to your boss" because she was so rude and unprofessional, and she hung up on me. Because of this, I will refuse to pay off my debts to this company. The people in charge of this company are rude, and very unprofessional. They are not up to Revdex.com standards.
