Horrible place of business! After coming in to show evidence of a disputed nature, I was told that I was legally still responsible for the debt owed. I understood and even agreed to pay off balanced owned the following month. The supervisor came into the room, stood in the doorway and bullied me into providing the money owned on the spot of which I didn't have and had already communicated that with her. She stood in the doorway and would not move so that I could exit the room and even had her receptionist chase after me to write down my license plate number as if I were a criminal. I was not yelling and at no point was the slightest bit hostile. I was extremely intimidated and bullied by the supervisor who was extremely hostile and yelling. I will never work with this facility. I pay my bills on time every month and I have never been in trouble with the law. This business was highly unprofessional with their intimidation tactics and bullying.

They call to collect on a debt that is owed so I went to pay them $100 toward the debt and refused to accept it. They would not accept less than $110. With my current situation, that was all I was able to give them at the time. Why wouldn't they accept any payment amount? Well, obviously it is so they can continue to receive the interest on the debt each mo nth. I didn't realize that they could refuse payment.

When I called to try and work with them on settling an account they said they don't do that
and by me not be able to pay my bills (cause I moved and never received them) that it
showed what kind of a person I am . Are you kidding me ? I called them to resolve the issue and they treated me so Unprofessional when I am more than willing to give them money . I have never been treated so poorly by any business.

This company is cut throat. They have no compassion. I told them on a Tuesday I was going to pay off the amount come next week. The very next day they garnished checks. Called like I said I would to pay it and found out I now owe $180 more. Untrustworthy company and employees.

One of their agents called me, searching for someone, and refused to identify the company she was representing. The agents insolent attitude forced me to treat her in a verbally unpleasant manner. I can not and will not tolerate lying/deceiving individuals nor companies. I tracked the company down from my caller ID. Calls to the company to complain were not answered by an individual. Any more calls from this business will result in me filing a harassment claim against them.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Refused to work with me on any type of payment whatsoever, unless over $300. Failed to send any physical paperwork. How am I supposed to know if this is a scam if you fail to provide me with a company name, address where I could send a payment, or who the debt was originally through! Ill see you [redacted] in court!!!

I had a medical account go to the vultures, They lie and lead people on. When things are difficult for there customers they do everything in there power to send them to court to get as much money from them as they possibly can. They say they are ethical and willing to work with there customers, but thats a lie and will run americans into the ground for another cent.
