Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: They said they were going to refund me on Sept that was within days of the rental purchase and they didn't do it they waited additional days to respond to you about a check being sent cause it was over days which leads me to not trust what they are saying. In addition, the website still show that I have a rental return due. I want that removed to show I never received item and that no return is due. Until I have check in hand and website updated then I do not want it to show that they have did and acceptable response

I am rejecting this response because: While it is finally resolved that the company has received the books back and acknowledged that they have
received them, I still feel that their terrible customer service and overall performance as a business is lacking and should be identified so other patrons will not have to endure what I went through in dealing with this companyIf I could give them a rating it would be below Zero.

My son rented a book from this company that shows it shipped 8/12/14 but as of today there is still no book so I had to rent him a textbook from another company. Trying to resolve the issue has been ridiculous. They didn't send a tracking number and both my son and I have tried to explain this to them, of course through email because they don't answer the phone, but their response is that they can refund the money when we return the book. Now how can I return a book I didn't receive? I order off the internet all the time and I have never experienced anything like this.

Regarding Our Order #7593
We are writing to inform you that the Customer has filed a chargeback for the entire amount that was charged to his credit card. Due to this we are unable to process a partial refund as requested by the Customer. We are currently in the process of contesting the charge-back which can take up to 90 days to resolve. As soon as a resolution is reached, and depending on the outcome of the dispute, we will be able to process a partial refund to the Customer credit card.
