I am rejecting this response because: the tracking number did correlate with a shipment but not all of the shipments. I only received two of the three books I paid for. Where is the last one?  Where is the tracking number? Why are we in the second week of this class and I still don't have 33% of the books I ordered?   A discount with an extension of book rental dates must be given. I need a tracking number of the last book.   If you would have just communicated with me when I reached out originally neither of us would need to go through this now. Matt K. Please learn how to communicate as a business.

I have been in communication with this buyer regarding the confusion with their order. As per our rental policy, like all other textbook marketplaces, it is not our responsibility to return misplaced orders as our system is not designed to keep track of books that are...

not a part of our inventory. However, in this case we went out of our way and made an exception to locate and return this book to the buyer. This was returned earlier this week with the USPS and scheduled for delivery by Tuesday.

Review: I returned my book to the post office with the return label provided by everytext on August 6th, 2015. It was delivered to everytext on August 11, 2015. I contacted everytext multiple times in regards to the deliverance and Sarah assured me that if I had placed the item in the mail prior to the return date, I can disregard any automated emails. On August 19th, 2015, I was charged a late fee of $48.91. I have emailed and called every number available for everytext with zero return.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the late charge since I have proof from USPS that the item was delivered to the facility.

Review: I ordered three books for rent on August 17th. It is now Aug 27th and still no books. I emailed the company and they said it should have been here by now. But they said they will send out another copy but they still won't send me a tracking number and they will not respond. I am almost to be kicked out of this course for now having the correct books and they won't even respond. This is terrible.Desired Settlement: I just want the books and I need them now. Tracking number something. If nothing else some correspondence with clarity would be ok so I can buy them elsewhere. I am out of time.

Review: I ordered a book 4 weeks ago and have still not receive it but the payment have already been pulled from my account. I have e-mail them 7 to 8 times asking for a tracking number and has not received that either. I have not received but 2 e-mail form them stating I am sorry but it will there this week and of course it is not here. They need a phone number to be able to contact them and not just E-MAIL.Desired Settlement: I need book now. Would like it shipped thru UPS ASAP and a discount would be preferred.

Hello,

NEVER use the buyback program. They will promise you the money, you will send the book, then they will hold your book for months. Then eventually (if you bug them hard enough) they will return it to you and say they couldn't buy it. I spent way too much time and effort trying to deal with this company, and will never come back. Oh, they don't have a phone number on their website, just an email that they poorly respond to. If you call the number on Revdex.com, it is an employees personal phone. Poor communication and poor business. Stay away for your own peace of mind.

Review: I rented a book "Living With Art" For my daughters collage course from them. The book is due back now and am in need of a return mail label as per their request. They do not want this sent back to their address listed on the website and do not want the package sent USPS priority. They do not answer their phone. Their voice mail is full, they do not respond to a fax. I cannot sign on their website since it does not recognize my password. Their password reset is not working. I set up a new access with another email address to access and print a label but since it is not the original email I used it will not find my book order and not print me a return label. I do not know what other means I could possibly use to try and contact them to return the book. When the deadline reaches they will charge me for the book. I can only imagine that cost since the rental was over $50 for one semester. Please help.Desired Settlement: They must contact me in a timely matter and send me a return label for their book. They have my email address since they sent me a reminder that the book was due back soon but could not include a return label they requested I use? this appears to be a scam where they make it impossible to return a rental so they can charge full price for a used deplorable book.

I ordered some books from them a few years ago. It was to replace some orders I had sold on amazon, and did not have inventory for. Not a single book arrived. I contacted the vendor and received not a single response. I contacted everytext.com website customer service, and received not a single response. They basically stole my money. This website should be investigated and shut down.

Review: I sent a book in to this companies book buyback program in sept. 2013 and as of today I still have not gotten a payment, nor has my property been returned to me. I have sent several emails and gotten no response. I do have a couple of emails that said the check was sent about a month ago but I have not recieved anything.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money from them.

Review: I rented a book from everytext.com. Upon returning my rentals at the end of the semester, I accidentally returned the wrong book. I have been trying to contact them for almost a month now for them to return the book that I shipped to them. I only heard from them once and the reply was not satisfactory. I still need to get the book. The book I originally rented from everytext.com will be returned soon but I need the book that I had sent in!I also need somebody to communicate with so that I can at least know what to do. They are not being helpful.Desired Settlement: I need them to be responsive to my emails, I need to get a valid phone number so that I can talk to them in person and most important I need them to ship my book to the address I had provided through emails to them.They should contact me if they need anything like address information in case the lost my emails!

Review: I ordered a book for school on March 24th for a class that started April 6th. It is now April 22nd and I have yet to receive my order. I reached out to the company about 4 or 5 times and they apologize but refuse to refund me my money because the order have been shipped. twice I verified my address and phone number and they are correct. Review: I ordered a book from this company. When I received the book in the mail I immediately noticed that the packaging tape was ripped and tore on the ends and that the book ends were not protected by any packaging other than the thin torn tape. When I opened the packaging I found the book binding torn at the top and the pages were covered in stains/sticky tape residue. The book looks as if it were dropped on its end into a mud puddle. After contacting everytext.com via e:mail I was instructed to contact the seller directly which I did. I was also instructed to re-contact everytext.com if the matter was not resolved with the seller directly. I was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the seller directly so I attempted on 6 different occasions to contact everytext.com by their website contact address. None of my e:mails were deliverable. I have been unable to contact this company and have been unable to have my damaged book replaced. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue.Desired Settlement: At the very minimum I would expect the seller to guarantee a replacement book, pay my return shipping, and expedite the return shipping to make up for the inconvenience of not receiving my book in new condition. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this issue.

Review: I ordered two books from this website on April 25, 2014 with shipping of 7-10 business days. I received one book on May 9, 2014 and the second book I have no received. Review: I ordered two textbooks around the first week of May. I received one book within the second week and the second book I never received. On May 29th the second book arrived which has caused a hardship with my class. I was told the books would arrive in 7 to 10 business days however that did not happen. Review: Ordered college textbook and have not received it paid in full at the time of online order with discover charge card. they took my money and did not send book. There was no tracking link provided though they said on their website track with USPS.gov. they have no number to phone the company to get answers. When you email them with inquiry they do not respond for more than 2 days. I don't think this company does what it claims to do on their website.Desired Settlement: Want my money back and they should have to respond to customer concerns in a quicker time frame.

I ordered a book from every text.com September 14th and it is October I still haven't received my book I called them they never call me back and I send them emails and they never emailed me back they are a scam and they stole my money. Do not buy books from them!

Review: I ordered one book from everytext.com and I never received the book. they charged me $52.37 I have called three different numbers and they all lead to a voice mail with no message stating that its every text. the numbers I have are ###-###-####, ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. Review: I purchased a book from everytext.com's website where people post textbooks they have for sale, everytext collects the money, contacts the seller, and seller notifies everytext when book is shipped. I live in Ca. and the book was being shipped from a seller in Ca. I contacted the seller to verify shipping had taken place and from the beginning I was ignored. I finally contacted everytext through their internal messaging they have set-up and I was also ignored. My order number is 5163 and the purchase price with shipping was $15.47. the order was made on June 11th 2013 and the website marked the order as shipped the next day. If the order was in fact shipped then the seller should have been able to respond to my email regarding when it was sent. I got concerned because upon further investigation I found that this seller had scammed other customers, but if you read everytext's website they claim to discontinue sellers when there has been an issue with them...this is false as this seller was still there several months after the last customers negative feedback was posted. Basically I have been ignored by everytext and the sellerDesired Settlement: I want my credit card refunded
