Review: I preordered an item on October 18th, 2013, to be shipped 11/01/13. On 11/6/13 I was notified they did not receive all their stock and it would not ship for another 10 days. On 11/16/13, I was notified it would not ship until 11/30/13.After more attempts of communication on 12/12/13, and requests for a refund on 12/14/13, and 12/19/13, both of which went unanswered I was forced to issue a chargeback via my bank to get my money back.

Order_Number: [redacted]Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: As I have already issued a chargeback, the only thing I would like to see the Revdex.com do is warn other customers about this shady online business.

Review: I ordered a product from this company's online square marketplace nearly a year ago. After many attempts to contact them about the product and requesting many times to be refunded nothing has been done. I received one remittance letter stating the product was "oversold" and I could get a refund or wait, at the time I elected to wait, after another 3 weeks with no further remittance I sent several emails requesting a refund or information on the product. All my attempts to get in contact with this company have failed.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $140.00 us dollars that was taken from my account well before the expected shipping date of November 1st 2013.

Review: I placed a pre-order on Evolution's website on Oct. 10, 2013 for the newest set of Magic The Gathering cards (new Commander set) for $139. Order number: X6GQHHJ8. The order was charged to the credit card immediately and I received an email saying that I would receive the product once it was released (Nov. 1st). That date has come and LONG gone and I have never received product nor any word from Evolution explaining the delay. Upon further research I have discovered that Evolution has many customers in the exact same scenario as myself: payment taken with no product received. I cannot tell from the MANY other customers' experiences if Evolution is a pure scam or if they truly have some other reason for not filling an order placed over 6 months ago.Desired Settlement: If Evolution is unable to fill the order I would at least like to be informed and have my $139 refunded. It is only fair that they not take my money if they cannot fill my order.

Review: I ordered 2 Packages of Commander 2013 Magic Cards and they never arrived and started ignoring my emails.

In the beginning of October I pre-ordered 2 Commander 2013 packs. This item was supposed to ship on November 1st. After a while of this not showing up I emailed them asking for an update. On November 13th they told me within 7-10 days it would be shipped. After 2 weeks passed and nothing happening I emailed again 3 times over the next couple of weeks and have not received any response since Nov 13. I have received no product, no explanation and no refund as of Dec 14.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund at this point.

Review: I Pre-ordered a set of MTG Commander 2013, for $139.99. The online pre-order was taken on October 18th, and the product was released on November 1st. In October, I got a confirmation email with an order number. After November first came and went without the product shipping, I emailed them (their phone line was disconnected for the month of November, and I am just now able to get a voicemail) on November 6th and received a reply the same day. They blamed a windstorm that knocked out their power and issues with inventory (note that I pre-ordered it to make sure they had enough product for me), and said that my order would be shipped out in 7-10 days. After that deadline came and went, I've emailed them three more times without any response. A glance at the reviews on Google shows over twenty people with the exact problem I'm having with this store.

Review: I preordered an item that was supposed to arrive November 1st. Did not ship. Was promised 11/25-11/30 shipment. Did not ship.

EVO Gaming (http://www.evogamingstore.com) advertised a preorder for some Magic the Gathering decks that were scheduled to ship on 11/1/2013. I placed an order on October 18th. My credit card was charged on 10/18/2013, and the order was marked as shipped (via squareup.com -- their online transaction partner), even though the product was not supposed to ship for 2 more weeks. The shipment confirmation stated:

"Hello! Although your order status shows as "shipped", your MTG Commander 2013 preorder is scheduled to ship on the street release date of 11/01/13. Thank you for your order! "

This practice of charging my card and marking the order shipped at Squareup.com is incredibly shady, and potentially illegal. I can confirm that my card was not just authorized, but settled against.

Early November came and went, and I received no notification that my preorder had shipped. On November 6th, I received the following communication:

"Hello [redacted],

Please accept our apologies for the delay in response. Unfortunately, we only received 50% of our Commander order upon the day of the release - the demand for Commander is tremendous. We do expect the balance to arrive within the next 7-10 days. Once we receive our delivery, we will expedite shipping out orders as quickly as possible. You will received an email with tracking once your order is processed.

We appreciate your continued patience!

- [redacted] w/Evolution Gaming Store"

Although I explicitly ordered the "Wave 1" preorder, it's understandable that a store may be short-shipped or not receive as much product as they expect. I waited a week.

On November 14th, I asked for an update, and received the following email:

"It's looking like we are going to get the rest of our initial order with the 2nd wave shipment now, which is expected to arrive Nov 25th - 30th.

If we get anything sooner, we will send it out to you immediately."

That is frustrating, since I ordered from Wave 1. However, I decided to wait patiently.

Wave 2 was scheduled to arrive on 11/25 to 11/30. It is now 12/6/2013, and I still do not have any product. I have emailed, called, left voicemails, and reached out via Facebook, with no reply. My cards are now 30 days past the promised ship date, 7 days past the 2nd promised ship date, and now a full SIX WEEKS since my card was improperly charged (and settled).

I have tried to work with Evolution Gaming, but they have gone completely silent in the past 3 weeks. Desired Settlement: I know this store has the cards, and I would prefer to get mine shipped, rather than a refund processed.

Review: Was billed $139.99 for a product which was never shipped. Have not been refunded. The business will not return calls or emails.

9/30/2013, pre-ordered a product "MTG Commander 2013 (1x Set of 5) from www.evogamingstore.com. Order # [redacted]. It was billed to my VISA check card [redacted] (Educational Systems Federal Credit Union acct #[redacted]) on 10/1/2013. Confirmation email said "Your order is scheduled to ship November 1st via UPS or USPS with tracking information provided." Sent email to [email protected] on 11/8 to ask about the status of the order. Received a response 11/8 about high winds and power loss, was offered a refund or the option to wait. I replied and said I'd wait. 11/26, I emailed again for an update. Received a reply 11/27 stating that the rest of the order would arrive 12/2-12/5 and that my product would be shipped out as soon as they received it. This was the last communication I received from them. I asked on 12/9 for a status update. Then found dozens of reviews on Yelp and Google from customers in my exact situation - no product, and no refund. I wrote again asking for a refund immediately. Attempted to contact the business by telephone 12/13 - the number went immediately to voicemail, during their posted business hours.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $139.99.

Review: Preorder placed on 10/18 for a product ($139.99) that was supposed to ship with tracking on 11/1. Non-responsive to emails/calls.

I initially ordered the product (a case of Magic the Gathering Commander 2013), for $139.99 on my Grow Financial Federal Credit Union Visa card, through the merchant's front on squareup.com and paid through wepay.com. The transaction was a direct card transaction, and both sqaureup and wepay have denied responsibility and say to seek a refund through the merchant. After not shipping on the scheduled release date (11/1), I waited till 11/5 and emailed about a tracking confirmation number that was assured when I initially ordered. They responded with this: "Hi [redacted], Apologies for the delay in response - our area was hit with severely high winds recently and we were without power for the last 2 days. Our phones are still down, but we do have power now.Unfortunately, we only received 50% of our Commander order - the demand is just tremendous. We do expect the balance to arrive within the next 7-10 days. Once we receive our delivery, we expedite the shipping and shipping orders as quickly as possible and you will received an email with tracking once your order is processed. We appreciate your continued patience!

- [redacted] w/Evolution Gaming Store." The response seemed reasonable, so I waited. On 11/20, I emailed again asking about a tracking number or an update, with no response from the merchant, and again on 11/22. I attempted to call the store numerous times (their number wasn't listed on their website, but elsewhere on the internet), with no response. My receipt number was [redacted] while my order number was [redacted] in my confirmation email I received the same day as the purchase. When I initially began looking for their phone number or information through squareup, I realized their storefront page on that website had been taken down, as if it never existed, though still linked to google. While I was looking for the phone number, I came across several other posts across the internet from others who had ordered the same product as my and were having the same issues with the store being unresponsive. It is very strange because I have ordered from this merchant before, but through a website called tcgplayer.com, where they actually have 100% positive feedback, though there is very little way a merchant could scam a customer through that system. It is just strange that they would continue to expedite positive transactions through that storefront while scamming people who deal directly with them.

Desired Settlement: Full refund of preorder cost ($139.99) put back on my card.

Review: Ordered the commander 2013 set on october 5th, that was due to release and ship on november 1st. its dec. 7 and still have not recieved anything.

I have done some searching online about this store and apparently this is a common excuse of theirs. I havent gotten any reply to any of my other emails that ive sent asking about my order status.

I became fed up with asking for my product to be shipped and I started sending emails asking for, and then demanding, a refund, with no success.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. Review: They did not deliver on my order with them.

On 10/25/13 I preordered a set of Magic: The Gathering 2013 commander decks for 139.99$, to be shipped on 11/1/13. On 10/28/13 I received notice of payment collection in full, as follows:

"Your order has been completed. Thank you for shopping with Evolution Gaming Store.

Note from Evolution Gaming Store

Thank you for the order! Although your order status is "shipped", your MTG Commander 2013 preorder is scheduled to ship on the street release date of 11/01/13. Thanks again!"

Since then despite emails and multiple calls, they have not responded and as of 12/24/13 16:00 Mountain Standard Time they have neither provided a shipping number nor anything to indicate they care about getting me the product I purchased from them.Desired Settlement: I have already spoken with my bank to dispute the charge to my card in order to receive my money back from them ($139.99), and I expect my bank (Wells Fargo) to be able to accommodate me as such. A business like this should not be allowed to rob consumers by posting deals they never intend to deliver on.

Review: Charged for a product that was not delivered, now refund not being given and no response is given to my e-mails.

Here are the e-mails involved...start at the bottom and read your way up. I'm not sure if it's too early to start a complaint but they've had my money for 56 days now and haven't replied to my last to e-mails now, so I feel something must be done to get my money back. I appreciate your help in this matter.

Hi Mr S,

First of all, please accept our apologies for the delay. Our area was recently hit with severely high winds and we were without power for a couple of days. Our phones are still having some trouble and as a result, we have had delays updating customers' order status.

Unfortunately, your order has not shipped yet. Although we have shipped over 100 of our preorders, we are still waiting on the rest of our initial order to arrive. The only explanation we have received is to wait patiently - the demand for Commander is tremendous and orders are being filled as quickly as possible. We do expect the balance to arrive within the next 7-10 days. Once we receive our delivery, we will expedite shipping out orders as quickly as possible. You will received an email with tracking once your order is processed.

If you would rather have a refund at this point, simply reply to this email and let us know. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours.

Thanks for understanding,

Review: Ordered $140 worth of product. Items never sent and they will not issue a refund. Business is ignore emails and phone calls.

On October 16th I placed an order with Evolution Gaming Store through their online store. Order #: [redacted] It was for Magic cards that were promised to be shipped on November 1st, my total purchase was $139.99. The $139.99 was paid using my Visa debit card issued through TCF Bank. His online store used Square to process the payment.

Upon paying I received a confirmation email. Shortly after that I got an email stating the order was shipping and my order was complete, there was a note from the seller stating that it hadn't been shipped, but would be shipped on November 1st and I would get a tracking number then.

November 1st came with no shipping confirmation and no tracking number. I emailed to inquire about my order and received an email back telling me he was still receiving product and would send it soon. Again, no shipping email, no product. I contacted him again on November 12th to inquire about my order. During this time the seller was still taking orders in his online store for the same product I had ordered. I received an email back on the 12th with a bunch of excuses. He stated they had high winds in California and he had been without power. This was a lie, I checked and there had been no such issues in the area, the max winds in that area were around 5-7 mph. He then stated he was waiting for more product and would have it out to me in 7-10 days.

I've sent multiple emails since that date trying to find out where my product is, and if he's not sending it to refund my money. I have heard nothing from him since the 12th of November. It is now November 25th, 24 days since the order was promised to be shipped and 13 days past when he told me it would be 7 to 10 days maximum. I have heard nothing else from him, no shipping confirmation or tracking number and no refund. Square has since shut down his online store and his website no longer has the option to purchase online.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded immediately since I have not received the product that I purchased well over a month ago.

Review: This business misrepresented its ability to fulfill online pre-orders, and it still has not honored its obligation to fulfill my pre-order.

On October 25, 2013, I placed an online pre-order with Evolution Cards & Comics (Order [redacted] for all five Magic: the Gathering Commander 2013 decks. Upon placing the order, my checking account was immediately charged $139.99, and the confirmation email I received said that "your MTG Commander 2013 preorder is scheduled to ship on the street release date of 11/01/13."

The scheduled shipping date came and went with no communication from the store about my order status. I waited until November 8, then emailed the store with a request for order status. The response, in part, was as follows:

"Please accept our apologies for the delay. Our area was recently hit with severely high winds and we were without power for a couple of days. Our phones are still having some trouble and as a result, we have had delays updating customers' order status.

"Unfortunately, your order has not shipped yet. You will received an email with tracking once your order is processed. ...

"Thanks for understanding,

- [redacted] w/Evolution Gaming Store"

I thanked [redacted] for his response and declined his offer of a refund, thinking that his promise of a 7 to 10-day wait was acceptable.

Again, the promised date came and went with no delivery of my pre-order or communication regarding its status.

I sent another email to the store on December 3, asking for an update. I have received no response. I have called the store's phone number as it is listed online, but I was unable to speak to an employee or even leave a message.

At this point, Evolution Cards & Comics is over a month late in shipping my order and seems to have little interest in communicating with me about it. The product, as sold by other stores, is significantly more expensive now, as demand has been high. This was the issue that led me to pre-order the product in the first place.

This store has misrepresented its ability to fulfill its pre-order obligations. Under the "Legal" section of its website, it says: "Pre-Ordering is the best way to guarantee yourself product on the day of the release. ... Pre-orders ship on the stated release date." If I do not receive the product I ordered, this misrepresentation will lead to financial loss for me, thanks to the rise in prices while I waited for the store to ship my order.Desired Settlement: I would like the product that I paid for, no more or less. A simple refund of my payment would not be sufficient redress. Relying on this business to honor its pre-order obligations has caused me to pass ** other opportunities to obtain the same product from other stores. The product is available only in limited amounts, and high demand has caused prices to rise recently. The pre-order price I paid is no longer enough to purchase the same product elsewhere, and therefore a refund does not undo the damage caused by Evolution Cards & Comics' inability to operate efficiently.

If it is not possible for Evolution Cards & Comics to provide the goods that I have paid for, then I would require my money back, PLUS enough money to obtain the same goods from another source.

Review: I preordered the Commander 2013 package, includes all five Commander products, on October 19, 2013, with them promising to ship the product on November 1, 2013. I have send several emails as follow up and tried calling them, and have received no follow up as to what is going on. They immediate took the payment at time of preorder. As of today, January 23, 2013, I have not received any correspondence from the store.Desired Settlement: I would like either the MTG Commander 2013 product that I have ordered or a total refund of $139.99, which was their asking price for the product.

Review: Allowed too many pre-orders for product, never shipped several pre-ordered products

On October 18th, I placed a pre-order for a set of MTG Commander 2013 decks, set to be shipped on November 1st. After no communication by November 10th, I sent an e-mail, receiving a fairly prompt response claiming adverse weather and low shipment quantities for the delay. They gave me a date of 7-10 days, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After that time period expired I sent another e-mail, with no response. A few days later I sent a further e-mail and was given another time frame. After this time frame was exceeded I attempted further contact but so far have not had any results.

I have documented all of my e-mail correspondence with them, along with some links to multiple instances of this happening over a substantial period of time, here:Desired Settlement: I am already in the process of having my bank refund the money to me

I received an email back saying they would ship it out towards the end of November. I haven't heard a word since and have not gotten any replies by email or phone since. Desired Settlement: I would prefer a replacement product of what I ordered, but at this point would take a refund for my purchase.

I preordered a set of cards from this company in October. I never received the cards. That was a month ago and still no cards and no refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my payment of 139.99 returned to me.

Review: This store oversold it's predicted stock. Product was released Nov 1, I contacted them Nov 6 on why the item had not arrived yet. They responded with they didn't get enough product and they would be delivering the rest within the next week. 3 weeks went by and it never came, and another email asking went unanswered. I had to buy the product elsewhere at rush expenses for a tournament.

I would like 50$ from the business for time spent and compensation of paying extra for last minute adjustments made. Apparently the same thing happened to some friends of mine as well. I've been informed that they constantly oversell their stock and don't inform the customers or initiate refunds.
