Review: I pre-ordered each Magic the gathering Commander deck in October 2013 (Order # [redacted]). I was charged and am still awaiting delivery. I have attempted to contact the business several times. Emails were never answered and each time I called, I was directed to a full voice mail box. At this point this business has stolen $150.00.Desired Settlement: As mentioned in another complaint I read, delay of this type of product severally effects the value since the market for this type of thing is volatile. Ideally, I would like the product I ordered to be delivered ASAP. If that is not possible, then I want a refund.

Review: I ordered the 2013 commander product in September of 2013. The shipdate was November 1-7 of 2013 but it did not ever ship. I emailed them to check on my order when the estimated arrival date passed and they responded with some issue with the weather preventing them from shipping the product or something. They offered a refund in the email but they were respondent to any further contact from me. I have emailed them more than 7 times to date and now I see that their website is empty and the fact of the matter is that they stole $139.00 from me. They have failed to deliver the product, failed to go through with a refund, failed to respond to any of my emails checking in on the whereabouts of the order and it is just plain wrong that they can get away with this.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. Review: Placed a preorder with company on 11 October which released 40 days ago. Have not received product nor can I reach company via email or telephone

I placed a preorder with the company on 11 October 2013 for the MTG Commander 2013 preconstructed decks (set of 5) for $139.99USD with a street release date of 1 November 2013. My initial email to the company received a response stating that the company only received 50% of the merchandise they were supposed to be allocated. I was told by this associate that they would receive the remaining 50% of the product in 7-10 days (14 November at the latest). Today, is 10 December and I still have yet to receive any email with shipping information and such. I have emailed the company an additional six times and have been telephoning the company every third day for two weeks without a single response! After reading countless Internet reviews that this company notoriously oversells preorders and delivers products 6-8 months late regularly, I went ahead and ordered from another site.

UPDATE: Still no word from the company, despite emailing their "new web site" and phoning their old telephone.

Furthermore, I have contacted Square Market to see if they could provide any assistance to this case. My purchase was made through Square Market to the company on-file in this investigation. I also inquired as to why Evolution Gaming Store (the store's name on Square Market) is no longer a part of the Square Market network of shops. I will provide a future update with any information I receive from Square Market's Customer Support team. Thank you

Review: Order was never fulfilled even though payment was collected. Have not had any response from business in nearly a month.

A pre-order was placed on October 20, 2013 (Order #: [redacted]) for a set of Magic: The Gathering Commander 2013 decks which were scheduled to release on November 1. The order was processed online through the site https://squareup.com/ and totaled $139.99. When I did not receive an email about the shipment on the release date, I inquired with Evolution Gaming Store. The response I received stated that their shipment was delayed but expected within 7-10 days. I waited approximately 14 days from that date to inquire once more. I never received a response to this inquiry or to a subsequent inquiry. It has been nearly a month since I have had any communication with Evolution Gaming Store. I attempted to get a refund through https://squareup.com/ but found that they are no longer affiliated with Evolution Gaming Store.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to receive the product that I ordered. The average cost to purchase the product is now $150 or higher. If they are unable to supply the product I will accept a full refund.
