Apparently, some time ago Mr [redacted] spoke with an independent marketer about our wonderful program for homeownersAlthough he claims to have spoken to our company 11/30/15, 12/18/and 1/14/16, we have no record of any of these alleged contact attempts. We always find it quite strange when people complain about receiving a check in the mail from us.Our member support team is available to speak with our members days a week, so it makes no sense that he claims to have been unable to speak with anyone for several weeksWe always promptly return any calls we receive, so it also makes no sense that 'no one called' him back.Mr [redacted] also incorrectly states that should he choose to sell his home in the future, that he would have to use our chosen broker, reality is he could use any broker in our program that he choosesHe incorrectly states that he'd have to use our broker and pay 'their chosen rate' when reality is Mr [redacted] would choose a broker he desires, and pay a rate he agrees upon with that brokerWe do not choose the broker, we do not choose the rateWe do indeed contractually prohibit our contracted cooperating brokers from charging any commission rate higher than the rate in their market, and none of our brokers ever over charge our homeowner members. As we provide nothing other than benefits to our homeowner members, and our homeowner members have never paid us anything, including Mr***, we have happily canceled his being a part of our program, and we wish him the best of luck with the future sale of his home, which unfortunately for him, will cost him more than if he was a member of our wonderful program for homeowners.Thank you

Homeowners pay us $to join our program, $to be a member, $if they sell their home some day using any cooperating broker they choose among our more than 5,cooperating broker offices across the USA, $if they never sell their home No homeowner has ever been asked to pay us one pennyNo homeowner has ever paid us one penny We pay our members between $and $10,to be a member (amount determined by the value of the member home when they join our program) [redacted] or his wife apparently spoke with an independent contractor marketer employed by a third party marketer (not employed by us) about our wonderful program for homeownersThe marketer is no longer marketing our program Any agent with a broker listed as one of our cooperating brokers who claims they 'never heard of Exceed' or 'has no dealings with Exceed' is either honestly ignorant of the facts, or is simply a fraudulent liar We, as a licensed real estate broker, enter into cooperating broker referral agreements only with other brokers, and never with agentsWe are in long term agreements with more than 1,real estate brokerages across the United States, comprising more than 5,offices, and in those offices are more than 250,licensed real estate agentsAmong our more than 1,contracted cooperating brokers are 70% of the largest brokerages in the United States (almost all of the other 30% are in states in which we are not active) Any agent who recommends a homeowner not be in our program does so to put more of the homeowner's money into the agent's own pocket (taking it out of the homeowner's pocket) We give our members cash benefits to spend on whatever they want to buy themselves, on average years before they sell their home! And they can keep it even if they never sell their home! When the home sells in the future, the cooperating broker pays us an industry standard referral fee On a home such as ***'s home, he and his wife would have received $from us for being in the program We ALWAYS put our homeowner members, our clients, first, above all elseApparently, whatever agent [redacted] spoke with does not do the same, and instead puts his needs above ***'s and ***'s wife's needs The 'penalty' [redacted] mentionsas mentioned above, we have never asked a homeowner to pay us one penny, and no homeowner has ever paid us one penny To be clear, any agent who makes any statement about being or not being a part of our program is being dishonest, as no agent can ever be a part of our programonly the brokers they work for can be a part of the programAny agent who is affiliated with any of our cooperating brokers is 'a part of our program' if they want to sell our member's home, whether they want to be a part or do not want to be a part So, if [redacted] thinks it is better for [redacted] and his wife to NOT receive $from us, then [redacted] indeed should not be a member of our Smart Homeowners Program (we named the program for our members) Pursuant to his wishes, we have cancelled ***'s and his wife's registration in our program, and as a result, as [redacted] desires, we will not be paying [redacted] and his wife $(for which they would have paid $0) Thank you

Hi, Just a note, "***" from Exceed called me after I sent them a request to make sure I was not signed up for their programThe call was around 4:10pm EST on Sept12thSam said he was the head of the company or similar and just wanted to make sure "***" the sales guy was doing things rightHe said that I was signed up for their program and I explained that I thought this was in error and that I was not interested in their program based on what I read about it and he agreed to cancel the registration that I told him was made in error If in fact I have been canceled from their program / am not bound to any contract with them then I would consider this issue resolved IN MY CASEHowever, it sounds like a questionable business program, and in the interest of protecting other consumers like myself, I would encourage you to look into the legitimacy of the program and whether consumers know what they are being asked to sign up for Thanks Sincerely, [redacted] ***

From: [redacted] ] Sent: Friday, September 02, 1:PMTo: [email protected]: complaint [redacted] This complaint can be cancelled as the business got back to me via phone and cancelled my accountThanks for your help!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Homeowners pay us $to join our program, $to be a member, $if they sell their home some day using any cooperating broker they choose among our more than 5,cooperating broker offices across the USA, $if they never sell their home No homeowner has ever been asked to pay us one pennyNo homeowner has ever paid us one penny We pay our homeowner members between $and $10,to be a member (amount determined by the value of the member home when they join our program) According to our records, [redacted] spoke with an independent contractor marketer employed by a third party marketer (not by us) about our wonderful program for homeownersThe marketer is no longer marketing our program We give our members cash benefits to spend on whatever they want to buy themselves, on average years before they sell their home! And they can keep it even if they never sell their home! When the home sells in the future, the cooperating broker pays us an industry standard referral fee We ALWAYS put our homeowner members, our clients, first, above all else Pursuant to [redacted] wishes, we have cancelled [redacted] registration in our program, and as a result, as Philip desires, we will not be paying [redacted] $to $10,(for which [redacted] would have paid $0) We did speak with [redacted] *financial advisor' who file this complaintShe was quite rude when we spoke with herWhy she would advise her client to not accept $2,for which he would pay us $does not sound like very good financial adviceAlso, it would be inappropriate for us to not accept senior citizens into our wonderful program for homeowners when they desire to be a member of our program for smart homeowners, as this 'financial advisor' suggestedWere we to ever do so, then we'd get complaints about excluding senior citizens from our program Thank you

Homeowners pay $to join our program, $to be a member, $if they sell their home some day using any cooperating broker they choose among our more than 5,cooperating broker offices across the [redacted] $if they never sell their home No homeowner has ever been asked to pay us one pennyNo homeowner has ever paid us one penny We pay our members between $and $10,to be a member (amount determined by the value of the member home when they join our program) [redacted] or her ex-husband likely spoke with an independent contractor marketer employed by a third party marketer (not by us) about our wonderful program for homeownersThe marketer is no longer marketing our program We give our members cash benefits to spend on whatever they want to buy themselves, on average years before they sell their homeAnd they can keep it even if they never sell their homeWhen the home sells in the future, the cooperating broker pays us an industry standard referral fee We ALWAYS put our homeowner members, our clients, first, above all elseWe pay our members between $and $10,eachNo homeowner has ever been asked to pay us one penny, and no homeowner has ever paid us one pennyIt is impossible that we could be a scam, as [redacted] unfairly and inappropriately suggestedIf [redacted] could please explain how we could possibly be a scam, it would be very helpful to know how that could be possible, as we cannot determine how this could ever be possible Also, contrary to [redacted] s statements, our member services personnel attempted to call her and email her several times Pursuant to [redacted] wishes, we have cancelled her and her ex-husband’s registration in our wonderful program for homeowners, and as a result, as [redacted] desires, we will not be paying her between $and $10,(for which she would have paid $0) Thank you

We pay our members between $and $10,to be a member (amount determined by the value of the member home when they join our program) Homeowners pay us $to join our program, $to be a member, $if they sell their home some day using any cooperating broker they choose among our more than 5,cooperating broker offices across the USA, $if they never sell their home No homeowner has ever been asked to pay us one pennyNo homeowner has ever paid us one penny According to our records, [redacted] husband Brandon spoke with an independent contractor marketer employed by a third party marketer (not by us) about our wonderful program for homeownersThe marketer is no longer marketing our program [redacted] incorrectly states she was again being invited to join our wonderful program for homeownersShe likely misunderstood our reminder that our membersreceive an extra $for every new member they invite to join our program (each new member getting $to $10,from us, for which they pay us $0)So, in other words, the more money our members help us to pay to their friends and family, we provide them with more member rewards, with no limitA member can invite another members to join our wonderful program for homeowners, and when they do, we send the inviting member an additional $1,000! If they invite another members, such as through their [redacted] page, we pay them an extra $5,000! We, as a licensed real estate broker, enter into cooperating broker referral agreements with other brokersWe are in long term agreements with more than 1,real estate brokerages across the United States, comprising more than 5,offices, and in those offices are more than 250,licensed real estate agentsAmong our more than 1,contracted cooperating brokers are 70% of the largest brokerages in the United States (almost all of the other 30% are in states in which we are not active) We give our members cash benefits to spend on whatever they want to buy themselves, on average years before they sell their home! And they can keep it even if they never sell their home! When the home sells in the future, the cooperating broker pays us an industry standard referral fee We ALWAYS put our homeowner members, our clients, first, above all else [redacted] makes the impossible statement that our program is 'some kind of scam'Such statements are absurdWe pay our members between $and $10,eachOur members pay us $No homeowner has even been asked to pay us one penny, no homeowner has ever paid us one pennyIf [redacted] could be so kind as to explain how we could possibly be a scam, we would surely like to knowReality is it is impossible that our program could be a scam, which is why whenever anyone suggests such a thing, and we ask how could it possibly be a scam, we never get an answer! So, if [redacted] thinks it is better for [redacted] and her husband to NOT receive $to $10,from us, for which they would have paid us $0, then [redacted] indeed should not be a member of our Smart Homeowners Program (we named the program for our members) Pursuant to her wishes, we have cancelled her and husband's registration in our program, and as a result, as [redacted] desires, we will not be paying [redacted] and her husband $to 10,(for which they would have paid $0)Thank you

Mrs***, in her complaint, acknowledges that she signed an agreement, in a grocery store, which she now wants to cancelIf Mrs [redacted] returns to us the check she acknowledges that she received, which she should mail to our PO Box (the return address on the envelope in which she received the check) we will then cancel her registrationThank you

According to our Executive Vice-President who spoke with Mrs [redacted] , she acknowledges that she signed up for the programWe have offered her the opportunity to return to us the gift card we sent to her, and upon receipt we will cancel her registration in our programIt is illogical that a homeowner would not want to remain in the program, but we need not spend any more time convincing her of the benefits of getting free gift cards for which she never needs to pay us

An officer of our company will be calling Mrs [redacted] , and will resolve her concerns, or will cancel her membership in the program, for which she pays $ We will also follow up with the real estate brokers she mentioned in her complaint, as their statements are incorrect, and inappropriate
